Hello, Yesterday I placed an order with you for €60, and to my horror, I bit into a piece of meat that clearly tasted of chemicals. My mouth immediately started burning, and I felt unwell for a while afterward. This is absolutely unacceptable. For such an amount, I expect quality and safety, not a health risk. I demand, at the very least, a clear explanation and appropriate compensation. These kinds of mistakes are dangerous and absolutely must not happen. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

We went to the address and found a completely different restaurant. We asked them and they said this is our second branch and we closed it. Honestly, the place we saw is this. I hope you work on the routine, especially your chicken grill.

The restaurant is really bad. The chicken is considered fried and it comes out frozen. The work of Turkish shops must be better than this.

We had a stomach ache from eating them.

If there was a zero, I would give it a zero. The food was stale and had a strong smell, and the shawarma was just shawarma scraps that were all crumbs and inedible. I don't know why the quality is so low, even though the shawarma isn't cheap at 18 euros for a meal. Please take these comments into consideration. I tried your place twice, and there were maybe three years between the two experiences, but the quality was poor during both of them.

The pictures on the internet are one thing, and the restaurant is another, and the cleanliness was zero and indescribable. Of course, without sitting down, we left immediately.

We waited 1 hour 15 minutes for delivery. Food arrived cold, was less than indicated on pictures. The Aleppo mixed grill had 1 chicken wing and 1 lamb chop in it even tho photos showed 2 of each. It was cold, horrid and cost 56€.

Aleppo verzorgde het avondeten op 13 maart tijdens ramadan. Het was echt heerlijk, zoveel verschillende gerechten en lekkere smaken, ook vegetarisch. Een dikke 10, aanrader!

Aleppo is one of the most legendary places for good food in Den Haag for me. Especially the chicken spinning outside the shop is sensational. You can get it half, or, as I did it many times, whole, to share with someone. The whole chicken comes with fries and some nice sauces. Also the other meat options like Kebab are very nice. Service is friendly, waiting time very short, and all dishes can be eaten on site, takeaway, or ordered. But please - not matter what you get - you have to try the chicken, preferably when it comes fresh from the spinner outside. I could watch this juicy chicken spinning for hours.

Had a delicious meal here with a friend via Social Deal. The portions are large and the food is both tasty and fresh. The flavors were wonderfully authentic and you really notice that attention is paid to the quality of the dishes. What completed the experience was the extremely friendly service. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. In short, highly recommended for anyone who loves Syrian food or wants to try something new! Definitely worth it for a fun evening out in the center of The Hague.

Ate here and it was way too expensive for what you got. The service was completely uninterested and didn't come to our table to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything or even to clear the empty plates while there were 2 other couples in the restaurant.

Average food quality and high prices

My father and I recently visited this restaurant, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The food was not tasty and of poor quality. The rice was under-cooked, the fries seemed twice fried, the salad lacked oil, among other things, and the main course was extremely spicy. Although we are used to some spiciness, we could not enjoy the food because of the spiciness. Wat een heerlijke verrassing en kennismaking met de Libanees/Syrische keuken. We zien dat bij drukte er organisatorisch van alles mis gaat. De toeloop van gasten is groter dan dat er plekken zijn. Ook is de inrichting niet heel bijzonder en de Libanese muziek staat net te hard. Toch voor ons één van de leukste plekken waar we ooit geweest zijn. Het personeel is namelijk heel vriendelijk en voor ons het belangrijkste, wat is dat eten verrekte lekker. En dan ook nog goed betaalbaar. Top, komen graag nog eens terug.

A nice enough Syrian restaurant. Food is good. Drinks list could be improved upon. Service is so so. Starters are mezzo style. Mains are big. They are slightly disorganized. So dishes are not always as described.

Erg goed gedineerd gisteravond...een verrassende proeverij voor Valentijnsdag. Voor herhaling vatbaar.....wij komen zeker nog eens terug
