The meat in the kapsalon was inedible. I ordered a healthy sandwich; the picture shows a tasty sandwich with egg etc., just how you expect a healthy sandwich. I got a limp pita bread with only lettuce and cucumber… Paid 5 euros for it. Ridiculous.

Had a delicious meal here with my buddies Flipper and Bundy.

⭐ 1/5 — if 0 stars had been possible, I would have given them. Ordered via Uber Eats at 5:45 PM. At 7:00 PM, well over an hour later, we still hadn't received any food. We called and were told that the order was “on its way” and would arrive within about 10 minutes. HALF AN HOUR later, there was still nothing. So we called again to ask how a “10-minute” drive could already take half an hour. Even then, no clear explanation or solution was provided. Eventually, the delivery person didn't arrive until around 7:45 PM: nearly two hours after we had ordered and about 45 minutes after we were told the food was already on its way. And after all that waiting, you expect the food to arrive in good condition, at the very least. Unfortunately: everything was cold, and items were missing from the order as well. So we called *again*. You would expect that after a delay of nearly two hours, cold food, and an incomplete order, a restaurant would at least offer an apology or come up with a solution. On the contrary. They blithely said that they weren't going to send anything new and that "if we didn't want cold food, we just shouldn't order from them." When I pointed out that we had waited nearly two hours only to receive cold food, they simply hung up the phone. Truly unprecedentedly bad service. Waiting nearly two hours, having to call multiple times, first being told that it was "on its way" and would take 10 minutes, then waiting another forty-five minutes, receiving cold food, missing items, no solution, no apology, and to top it all off, an employee who says you just shouldn't order from them then and then hangs up the phone. Well, we are happy to take that advice to heart. We will indeed never order from here again. I would recommend the same to others.

It used to be very good. Now it's doner kebab. Practically nothing but fries and a tiny bit of meat. I was used to something different from them, but the taste was practically non-existent too. Not for me anymore.

Ordered food at 17:45, called at 19:00, said it would be there within 10 minutes, called again at 19:30 because it wasn't there, said it would be coming soon. At 19:45 it finally arrived. Everything was cold and a container of sauce was missing. I called back to sort it out, was told not to order anymore, and then they hung up.

Received the wrong order, and due to a language barrier, it goes in one ear and out the other.

I ordered food but never received it.. I called multiple times and managed to get someone on the phone, and each time I was told that they were just on their way. The 3rd time I called, the staff reacted angrily and hung up the phone. I asked for my money back but was told that wasn't possible.

The downfall of Amon must be studied.

Friendly people, unfortunately I didn't have good food. Tried again today, at the end of February. Was served by someone who didn't feel like it at all. Food less than mediocre. Thrown half away. A shame. Update April 7, 2026. Friendly people. Food could be better. I think the chicken just flew over the Turkish pizza. Almost no meat.

Serhat, Keuringsdienst van Waarde is a TV program, you idiot. You mean the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA). And I agree with you on that. The NVWA really needs to come by for an inspection because what I saw was bizarre. Shawarma left open uncovered, meat that has dried out being reheated, and the leftovers thrown back into the cold bin, and so on. This is really not good for your stomach, intestines, or your bathroom visits the next day.

The meat is of very poor quality. I don't think you're even allowed to sell this. I'd invite the Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (Keuringsdienst van Waarde) to take a look. An 18-euro order was immediately thrown in the trash.

I ordered a dish, but it went straight in the bin. The meat was so tough you couldn't eat it. The salad didn't look fresh, and the fries were cold. I'll never order anything from them again. I should have thrown my money down the drain.

We have ordered from this place 5 times already to give it a chance but each time it gets worse and worse. We had fries with war satay sauce. It looked and tasted like diarrhea. The Turkish pizza was limp and disgusting. Next time it will be better if there is one.

Not a professional business. They charge me for the order. But im waiting around 3 hours to bring me the food and I call them like 20 times but they dont reply. So im still waiting!!

Placed an order at this place around 1:30 at night to finally receive it at 2:30 while the place closes at a quarter to 2... it was for 2 fries and as can be seen on the receipt we didn't get 2 fries 🤯😩 a completely different address and a completely different name my girlfriend had ordered it in her name and with all due respect that doesn't look like a mark!

Placed a large order and was so disappointed. We ordered a super shawarma, which was even smaller than a doner sandwich. We also ordered a doner sandwich, and the meat tasted burnt. We ordered three kapsalons, which were very dry and had old fries in them that were rock hard. NEVER AGAIN.

I had a Turkish pizza with doner here. I was very disappointed. The doner was tasteless and there was very little doner in the Turkish pizza. But then again, it was busy with tipsy customers, so apparently quality doesn't matter. As long as the money is coming in.

Ordered two calzones today through Thuisbezorgd. Delivered on time by an attentive driver. Tasted delicious, so glad we found this place for calzones.

I had to wait two hours for a kapsalon and Turkish pizza. The Turkish pizza was cold and the fries were rock hard. I called twice, and all they could say was that the attendant was on his way. It was terrible; we won't be ordering from here again.

Amazing food and service! I ordered the chicken döner and it was absolutely delicious. Despite it being really busy for King’s Day, the service was fast and super friendly. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Great food, great service — I would definitely recommend this place!

The kebab is good, fresh salads save it. Meat is meat - sometimes there is a vein. The service is always top notch, but the place could do better. be more neat, it is always smoky. I will come back here anyway :)

The kapsalon wasn't good. Not enough salad. Both the rice and the meat had no flavor at all. I couldn't eat them, and I lost money.

Ordered at 11:40 PM and still no food at 2:09 AM, had the wrong order that was cold, promised to be back within 30 minutes but no food yet. Not that bad, they don't speak kindly to you. Finally at 2:15 the food and it was inedible.

I had to pay 14.50. If I had 50 cents extra... after some searching I didn't have it. I paid with 20 euros and the gentleman gave me 5 euros back without shame. Excuse me? Antisocial, first take an extra 50 cents, then 1 container of sauce. Turkish pizza seriously had almost no meat on it and was tough dough! (See photos). We don't come here anymore.

Just ordered 2 Turkish pizzas with doner with garlic sauce, which you also pay for. Apparently they put their own sauce on it. If you also order sambal, they apparently put it on it too. Ordered pepperoni pizza, pizza fell apart due to dryness. The cheese was also missing and the pepperoni had holes in it from being baked for too long. Edge of the pizza was burnt. After calling, new pizzas were delivered but no one listened at all. Shame!

Deeeeelicious Turkse pizza Doner and my friends both got Shoarma wraps. Service was impeccable, our food was ready within minutes and I was able to add as much hot sauce as I like. They also let me charge my phone for a bit as it was dying and had a great conversation with the young man behind the counter. Would recommend to anyone looking for a snack or stimulating conversation!
