Ordered food in Heiloo, fries were tough, meat was fine in itself, salad was separate. Sauce from Jumbo but still inedible. Not recommended + delivery took 1 hour and the delivery person didn't even say hello.

Cold pizza, soggy fries, and aluminum in the food… oh right, and delivered way too late.

Ordered 4 portions of garlic sauce, 1 was delivered. The delivery driver called the restaurant and was told it would be delivered later, but never saw it again. Regret giving a tip. Poor quality lamb shawarma with huge pieces of cartilage and tendons.

I have been a customer of Montfort for years and have never been disappointed. Occasionally, when it is busy, delivery takes a bit longer, but that is to be expected.

This is the first time we've had a shawarma sandwich here. It was really delicious, a lamb sandwich. Generous portions! Definitely worth a repeat visit for us! Very nice people working here. Clean and tidy place.

Ordered 1.5 hours ago. Received nothing, called after 45 minutes but got hung up even though their Google listing indicated they were still open. Money lost and no food, pretty rude. If you can't make it to the order, let me know and refund the money.

Terrible service. Delivery time 20-50 minutes via Thuisbezorgd. We placed an order at 4:55 PM for a 6:00 PM delivery time so we could have dinner on time with our little son. Well outside the maximum delivery time, you'd think no problem. Unfortunately, by 6:20 PM we still hadn't received anything. We called the restaurant, and they said the delivery driver was on his way! We called again at 7:00 PM because still no food. The delivery driver was still on his way; we really didn't want it to take that long. It had already been 40 minutes, but the driver said the food wasn't cold. Five minutes later, the delivery driver arrived with cold food, two garlic sauces short, and over an hour later than agreed. We threw it away and turned on the deep fryer. Never again for us.

Ordered today. Arrived super fast. The shawarma sandwich consists of pita bread, two sauces, a salad bowl, and a container of shawarma meat. Order two extra pita breads because the container of shawarma meat fills three sandwiches. They forgot to deliver the onion sauce that we ordered extra. Called, and within 15 minutes the delivery driver was at the door (on the other side of Alkmaar) with two containers of onion sauce. That's what I call SERVICE! We ordered one container, but because something went wrong, they still delivered it quickly, plus one extra container. Delicious food!!!

It was unfortunately a disappointing experience. The fries were limp and cold, which made it very unpleasant to eat. The chicken nuggets were clearly old and did not taste fresh. The dessert on the children's menu was out of date, with lumps in it, which is really unacceptable. The sperrips were also tough and not tasty. Considering the price of 30 euros, this was definitely not the quality you would expect. I wouldn't recommend this place.

On a short trip in Alkmaar from the UK and we found this restaurant close to our Airbnb and the food was AMAZING!! Ordered pizzas 2 nights in a row because the pizza was so mouthwatering and tasty. Great size for the price too. Would recommend to anyone who wants late night, fresh, takeaway food ✅ Thanks to the owners who are also so lovely and greeted us with a smile each time we came in!

The food was super good, I got a kapsalon chicken and a pita ham cheese with two cold redbull. Drinks nice and cold, food nice and hot, freshly prepared, friendly staff, thanks for the food guys! Oh and they got there really quickly.

Never order here again Turkish pizza is not normal nasty meat looks like tuna cucumber looks bitten off. It is not a normal Turkish pizza but a kind of burrito and fries that are weaker than the ones at the bottom of a salon and the sauce comes loose and the cheese you pay extra for is on top instead of in it. And delivery takes 3 hours instead of 50 minutes and it's cold too.

You can hardly call this food, the kapsalon was burnt and rock hard, the fries cold and limp, the spare ribs for €15 were simply unpalatable, the meat was like rubber, full of tendons, it was simply impossible to chew ! There are more reviews like this, those spare ribs for €17.50 were simply inedible man, all the tendons were still attached, you couldn't pull the meat from the bone, the only reason you are still open is because you late delivery to binge junkies. Luckily I had a €10 voucher from Uber Eats so I didn't have to pay the full price, but oh what a shame. I'm going to report this to uber eats with photos, I'm going to get my money back anyway, bunch of thieves!
