Just ordered food for three people at 6pm, paid, received a proper confirmation email... Now almost 3 hours later still nothing... I got in the car, went there, the whole building was empty... They're dirty scammers!!!! 😤😡😠🤬

After waiting an hour and a half, the delivery driver finally arrived. I called several times to ask how long it would take, but they didn't answer. They were on their way, but it took forever. Finally, they sent the delivery driver back with the food. The driver did ask if we wanted to stop ordering from them, which wasn't very customer-friendly.

We ordered for 4:45 PM, and it was supposed to be delivered at 6:00 PM. They called to ask if we minded if it would be half an hour late. We didn't mind, but now the delivery driver arrives an hour and a half later. He told us he called and asked if we minded if they arrived an hour late. This is a lie, and we don't like that. We sent him away and will never order from them again. And if I were you, I wouldn't.

Ordered half an hour ago, still not here. We were constantly told it would take 5/10 minutes. Then we were told there was a problem with the car. The service is terrible. Not recommended.

Placed an order for around 40 euros via Uber Eats around 5 p.m., everything was deducted from the account fine and we also saw in the Uber Eats app that the restaurant was preparing the order and that the order was placed between 5 p.m. :55 and 6:15 PM would be delivered. I had not received anything around 6:45 PM, so I contacted them by phone. Gentleman on the phone says that they have not received an order via Uber Eats. We tried to explain to him that the order had gone through, the money had been debited from the account and that we would like to have our food after a very long wait. The gentleman did not want to think along and even when we said that we could come by to show that everything had been debited from the account and that our order had also gone through the app, we were told that they apparently do not have a contract with Uber Eats. We had to contact Uber Eats' American-based customer service ourselves to receive our order. All in all a very bad experience and we didn't get our food in the end. Definitely won't order here again after this experience.

I think it’s unbelievable and his arguments where absurd. In Italy there is a Pizza Called marinara which is always without cheese but the so called „italian“ Chef did not know this kind of Pizza.
