That was so delicious!!!! I came to this restaurant for the first time and I LOVE THAT. The owner was the nicest person ever and he made my day. I definitely recommend this place if u want to eat great food for fair price in a good atmosphere.

Absolutely phenomenal food and cozy ambiente. I loved it very much. As a vegan with a meateater boyfriend, Indian food is always perfect but this restaurant exceeded my expectations.

You guys are awful! I placed an order on Uber Eats, and then I received a message from the courier (after almost an hour) telling me that the restaurant is closed! What is this? Now it’s 23:07, I’ve been waiting forever and now all the good restaurants are closed. You ruined my evening and stole my money.

The most delicious food I ever ate

We loved the food. The owner/manager was too kind and curated a veggie curry for me and I loved it, perfect balance of sweet and spicy. I had shahi paneer and I think it was really good for the price in Amsterdam. Also I am from Delhi, so trust me when I say it’s authentic. Would definitely recommend it!!

First of all, my husband and I have resisted eating Indian food for years as I normally find them really heavy. However, today we decided to try it. Lo and behold, food was absolute delish and light and sooooo tasty. The waiter was an unassuming Indian gentleman who chatted with us and was very good at recommending the right dishes and portions for us. We had rice with a fish curry and lamb jaipuri with garlic naan. I would totally go back there again!

Average nothing terrible nothing great. The prawn spinach dish was lacking flavor, but the prawns were not over cooked. Capati good. Bombay potato’s not what I expected. Ok price for the area.

Fast, attentive and friendly service. Our butter chicken and curry chicken were delicious and the perfect portion size for us. We know it with more vegetables, but we also liked it that way. Definitely a recommendation!

Top restaurant in a very calm atmosphere at a very reasonable price.

We went here after reading some great reviews on Yelp and after a busy day of sightseeing. We were tired and hungry and this was a perfect place to recharge and relax! We went for dinner around 830-845 pm. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the food… delicious! There was plenty of it and it tasted home made. We enjoyed every bite. We ordered chicken tikka masala, dal, vegetable biryani and three types of naan. Every bite we savored. Highly recommend Anmol!

Estábamos cansados y hambrientos y este era un lugar perfecto para recargar energías y relajarse! Fuimos a cenar alrededor de las 8:30 - 845 pm. El personal era amable y servicial. Y la comida... deliciosa! Había un montón de ella y sabía a casa hecho. Disfrutamos cada bocado. Pedimos pollo tikka masala, dal, biryani vegetal y tres tipos de naan. Cada bocado que saboreamos. Recomiendo encarecidamente Anmol!

During a walk I got hungry and walked into this tent. It was nice and quiet, which I liked. I ordered the Paneer Pakora, a tofu dish, and the Butter Chicken with naan. Everything tasted really great and the atmosphere was very cozy. I will definitely come back here again!

The food was super good and the service was really authentic. Was very positive. It's hard to understand why almost no one sits there and eats. Prices are also fair and the level of spiciness is indicated on the dishes 👍

food - the food was great. we ordered chicken biryani, butter chicken, and garlic naan. the food was hot and tasty, the butter chicken was a little bit sweet which I was not expecting but was still quite good. full point drink - we got a kingfisher and a mango lassi. lassi was great, very creamy. full point service - the man who was working the tables was very nice and patient and understanding. wonderful. full point atmosphere - it was alright, i don’t necessarily agree with some of the choices in terms of interior design and there was a fly buzzing around but still a lot of traditional style art. 0.7 price - it was expensive but it was good food in amsterdam so it was worth it. would pay again. there were leftovers. 0.7 overall - 4.4. overriding to 5 points because I want the restaurant rating to go up

What an incredible restaurant that is very much under the radar of the local hotels. Ended up here due to most other restaurants being very busy and was warmly welcomed in and served by Paresh - he’s fluent in many languages which is very impressive! Tried the pakoras and the biryani - both dishes were flavoursome and the biryani was so good I ended up finishing the whole pot! Compared to the UK Indian restaurants, the dishes are quite mild but I’m sure they’d accommodate more heat should you wish. Would have no hesitation of coming back and highly recommend a visit if you’re nearby!

The only thing that was a little annoying was the traffic situation, as the restaurant is on a relatively busy street. But overall everything was great 👍

The restaurant has been around since 2001, and the furnishings are probably from that year too - in terms of style. The food was BORDERLY good, the service was friendly and attentive.

The best Indian restaurant for me. We have been coming from far away for years to eat at Anmol. The family that runs this restaurant puts a lot of love into the food, the customers and each other, and you can taste that in the food. The ambiance is not fancy, but that is more than made up for by all the good care and fantastic food. We love Anmol.

I've been coming there for years. Quality remains consistent. Delicious food, very tasty and authentic. And the owners and staff are very sweet people who prepare delicious dishes for you with care and attention. They are always friendly and very attentive, making you feel valued as a guest.
