What fantastic spare rib platters, and always ready on time when you order by phone and pick them up. Friendly staff who have become regulars.

I ordered a pizza and it turned out I had a broken toothpick in it, and I nearly choked. Otherwise, the service was good. But after this, I'll never order from here again.

The delivery driver forgot the drinks, but after pleasant and easy contact with the store, he brought them very quickly! Excellent service. The kapsalon was okay, and the potato slices were nicely seasoned. However, the margarita pizza was inedible: a piece of crust with a slice of cheese, not even a hint of tomato sauce. The grease was dripping off, and not in a good way. The service was good, but due to the quality of the food, I won't order again.

I won't be ordering from here again. I waited four hours for a pizza last time, too. They gave the pizzas to my neighbor, who ate them. Delivery drivers have no clue... I'll be ordering from somewhere else from now on.

I've ordered many times. Every time, I have to wait more than 30 minutes longer than the expected delivery time. My last order is now also 40 minutes longer than expected! I definitely won't be ordering again.

Ordered again from Antalyse, had to wait 40 minutes longer. The lady first drove to the neighbors and only then realized she had ordered the wrong pizza. The pizza box was warm, but the pizzas themselves were cold. There's probably a big difference between the menu and ordering online; we ordered different pizzas. And the toppings are quite sparse.

NOT RECOMMENDED! We've never seen so much grease; it was dripping all the way out of the bag. Once everything was clean, it turned out you had to prepare everything yourself until you had the dish you ordered. On top of that, the meat was incredibly dry. Everything went straight into the bin! This is terrible!

Great food...don't be so whiny, it's a pizza place, not a Michelin-starred restaurant. Just order it, shove it in your mouth, chew, and swallow... Delicious.

My order consisted of a calzone and potato wedges. The calzone was fine, but I had to call back for the potato wedges. They were barely cooked. The first time I called, I explained the situation and asked for a solution. The employee asked me to please wait. Meanwhile, I was put on hold for five minutes. I hung up and then called back. On the second call, I indicated I wanted a solution. They offered to bring new potato wedges, which I was fine with. When I asked when I would receive them, they said 45 minutes! As if I wanted to wait that long for potato wedges. Finally, they offered to bring them in 20 minutes (so it's possible). During the phone call, I felt unheard, and they pointed out that potato wedges always get a bit soggy after a while. While this is true to some extent, these potato wedges weren't soggy, they were simply undercooked. They also wanted the "old" potato wedges back (perfectly fine, since I wasn't going to eat them anyway). The food was fine, but not outstanding. But the service was the worst part. I won't be ordering from here again.

Yesterday I ordered a chicken doner dish and a kapsalon. It was tasteless. The chicken doner was too salty. The pita bread and garlic sauce I ordered weren't included. This was the first and last time. Next time I'll just order from Sultan in Oude Pekela. They do deliver delicious food.

Burnt pizzas, I called. I was on hold for 5 minutes, then hung up and called again. I was able to speak to someone, but I didn't want to believe the pizza was burnt... At first, I mentioned one pizza, but it turned out the second was also burnt... neatly hidden under the edge of the box.

More and more often they forget something or forget to add the extra additions to your meal, too bad, but I will order somewhere else next time

Very tasty pizza, doner and very good spareribs for a good price, best in veendam, definitely recommended. Furthermore good service friendly staff and tasty food!

Order here regularly and never had any problems. Last time there was something wrong with the order and this was resolved very quickly and I also got 2 extra cans of drink for free. These people are not stingy and give you value for your money.

Today ordered coban kavurma, well first time and never again. I literally got a bowl of tomato sauce and in the sauce chicken fillet paprika and other dishes were not even visible in that sauce! And they also forgot my Ayran. Sad!!

Found the kapsalons a bit too salty because they also season the fries, the portion was generous for the price, the garlic sauce was also good. Not to say we will come again, the place was not really clean

In large letters placed with the comment please only red pepper and extra mushrooms so no green peppers then I do get green peppers but then also without onion which I did not mention and the food was not hot it was a giant shawarma special which I expected it to be a larger plate which I had ordered more often but it was just a small plate without special sauce and without herbs shawarma meat was tasteless in the future I will order from another shawarma shop

Definitely 5 stars and if possible 10! On Boxing Day, spend the night at the hotel with the falcon nearby. Unfortunately, due to the Christmas crowds, there is no room left in the restaurant. Ordered from Antalya via the internet. The food was fantastic. Delivered warm/hot. Well in time. Could really match the restaurant with the falcon! Cheers!

Regularly order pizzas or dishes here and always receive delicious food and on time. And the spareribs are really great.

I had a disappointing experience with my last pizza order. The pizza was delivered lukewarm, and even though I specifically asked for it to be cut, it was not done. A friend of mine ordered by phone shortly afterwards and also asked if the pizza could be cut, but that didn't happen for him either. The delivery person was friendly, but the lack of attention to such details made the experience less pleasant. Hopefully the team can improve on these points for a better customer experience.

Good food, always nice and hot. Salad is always packaged separately and is always fresh. If the delivery takes a little longer, they will call you politely and give you a few cans or a bottle of Coke for the inconvenience. Friendly staff.

Almost hit by the delivery person from this store. Cut off at a bridge while on my bike I could barely avoid the van, which was already covered in many dents. I hope the food is better than the driving.

I ordered a chicken fillet vegetable pizza, so that includes pepper champions and onion, what I get is a chicken fillet pizza with lettuce, cucumber and tomato, I call the owner of the business and I explained everything to him, he doesn't want to give me a new pizza or get my money back and really no customer service.

Not enough change given (50 euros given, order amount 28.80, 18.80 received). Also received too few bags of potato slices.

We ordered here via home delivery. After more than an hour of waiting we got the dirtiest pasta bolognese I have ever tasted. The pasta was cooked too long and had a nasty floury texture. There was no tomato sauce to be found and the minced meat tasted like shawarma. The actual shawarma that we also ordered had no taste. Very bland. We will not order from here again.

Ordered a spicy sparerib dish with potato slices and asked if some Sucuk sausage could be added and that was no problem at all. (delicious) For the wife a tasty Turkish grilled cheese sandwich with all the trimmings. Finally, the boss gave me a beer for free. Great business!

Had to wait more than 1.5 hours for our food. Called the restaurant twice, the first time they said it would be there in 5 minutes, called again 20 minutes later because the delivery person was not there yet. 10 minutes later he finally arrived. The delivery person also stood outside the car for a while after the order. No wonder it takes so long. Everything was in one bag, so our son's salads and applesauce were very hot. The potato slices were limp and the steak was tough and well done. Not again!!

Today we were looking forward to a hair salon and a children's menu of fries and shawarma. Kapsalon was super nice. The shawarma for the children's menu was tough, the fries were cold and my daughter wanted dessert with it. Unfortunately, it could go straight into the container because it was more than a week out of date. Hope it's better next time.

Ordered a large shawarma sandwich with cheese and a pizza doner mix. When I opened the shawarma I saw no cheese on it and there was no bread with it either. I called the store and told them I had no cheese on it. I was told that I had to go look for it because the person on the phone had made it himself. There was a small piece of cheese in the middle and also hidden under the shawarma. It was also said that the missing sandwich would be made up for later when I ordered again. When I order a shawarma sandwich with cheese, I also expect the cheese to be over the meat and not a small slice on the bottom. The meat also tasted like it came from the freezer. Half cooked (Old meat) Paprika on the pizza smelled sour. Food ended up in the trash and ordering will not happen here again. There was only 1 plus. The delivery person was there within 40 minutes.

I ordered via home delivery, and the order arrived 35 minutes later than expected. But the wait was 100% worth it. We had spare ribs, so tender and cooked that I could easily pull the bones out. In the future, I'll just keep in mind that it may take a little longer, because it's worth it for this delicious food!!

After waiting 3 hours and calling twice, I received a wrong order that was still cold.

Meer dan 2 uur wachten om half 8 besteld 2x gebeld eerste keer werd het net klaar gemaakt en omdat het erg druk was zou het later zijn dat was al een uur later en 2de keer gebeld was onder weg en moesten nog lang wachten op eten Staan voor aan het water werd gezegt over de brug en dan naar rechts nog 15 min gewacht werd er gebeld waar is het

1e keer was perfect... 2e keer ging er van alles mis met bezorgen maar goed opgelost. Nu net voor de 3e keer besteld, geen saus bij het eten en de shoarma zat geen smaak aan! Gewoon geen kruiden op de shoarma en de pita kaas was koud. Niet te eten! De pasta carbonara betaal je 12 euro en je krijgt maar een kleine bodem! Erg jammer!

Laatste bestelling bij hun bijna 2.5 uur gewacht op m’n eten. Heb tussendoor nog gebeld, waren erg rommelig aan de telefoon. Kreeg verschillende mensen aan de lijn. Uiteindelijk kon iemand mij vertellen dat ze ermee bezig zijn en het er zsm aan zou komen toen werd het telefoongesprek beëindigd. Ik had op z’n minst een excuus verwacht of een blikje drinken bij het eten, dit was niet aan de orde. Ik weet niet of ik er nogmaals ga bestellen helaas. Het eten was altijd wel enorm lekker, maar ga niet uren zitten wachten en geen excuus ontvangen.

Heerlijk eten en flinke porties. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Altijd druk maar toch snel bediend. Er wordt veel afgehaald maar ik eet meestal binnen of bij mooi weer op het terras onder de grote parasol. Met stip mijn favoriete restaurant.

Wij bestellen regelmatig bij Antalya. We zijn altijd zeer tevreden over het lekkere eten en de klantvriendelijkheid!

mensen zijn nou 1 maal klager de laatste tijden shut up en vreet geen enkele mensen meer tevreden laatste tijd stel je voor jij hebt een bedrijf die dit schrijft in deze dure tijden bezine dan ga je routes plannen neem ik aan klaar uit zo werkt het leven en dat geklaag niemand is ooit tevreden of het nou om eten gaat of wat dan ook klaag niet zo altijd goed spul wat ze hebben tuurlijk te laat kan gebeuren denk maar even naar mensen kunnen niet alles hebben hoe je het hebben wil ......

Lekker gegeten voor een goede prijs, kwaliteit was zeer goed. Niet lang hoeven wachten en best een gezellig plein uitkijkend op de fontijn.

Eten is goed, maar bezorger mag iets meer geduld hebben, drukt op de deurbel en staat op t raam en deur te bonken alsof ze er uit moeten vallen. Hoeft niet, wacht maar netjee tot er iemand komt

Altijd goed en lekker eten. Zowel in de bezorging, afhalen of daar te eten. Vriendelijke bezorgers en vriendelijk personeel in het restaurant zelf.

Ik heb voor 2 of 3 dagen terug spareribs besteld, ik moest er langer op wachten en daarom kreeg ik een blikje drinken er gratis bij dat was uiteraard heel aardig, maar eenmaal dat ik het eten had bleek dat de spareribs niet te eten waren het was ontzettend taai en dus niet eetbaar heb het helaas in de afvalbak moeten gooien wat jammer is van het geld. Ik zou hier zeker niet weer spareribs bestellen

Geweldig wat is dit lekker! Voor het eerst lahmacun gehad, en het is echt een aanrader. Besteld om op te halen, was er iets te vroeg maar toch snel klaar. Ook vriendelijk ontvangen door aardig personeel. Als ik weer eens in de buurt ben bestel ik zekker opnieuw.

Altijd vriendelijk personeel! Vandaag voor het eerst laten bezorgen (halen meestal op) wederom heerlijk eten! De broodjes met Turkse yoghurt en komkommer is ook een aanrader. Net al 2 personen verrassing van de kok en pizza en nou ja alles dus 😅 Dikke aanrader dus!

Half uur in restaurantgedeelte gezeten en niemand die je komt helpen. Dan niet met de smoes komen het was druk met afhalen en bezorgen dan moet je geen restaurantgedeelte er bij nemen. Iedere werknemer daar heeft gezien dat we met z'n vieren aan tafel zaten.

Heb van kennissen gehoord dat je hier lang moet wachten op je bestelling en dat zie je ook terug in de reviews, maar... het lijkt er op dat ze hier iets aan hebben gedaan. Heb hier afgelopen weken 2x besteld en beide keren werd het ruim op tijd bezorgd (max. 30 min. gewacht). De kwaliteit van het eten is goed en de porties zijn groot, helemaal voor deze prijs. Vooral de kapsalon is mij erg goed bevallen, die ga ik hier zeker vaker bestellen!

Lekker gegeten. En behoorlijk veel ook, had dat niet verwacht. Lekkere pizza, lekker groot ook. Vriendelijke bezorging. En wat een goede service. Aan alles was gedacht. Zelfs de lege pizza doos waar we om gevraagd hadden. Super!

Voor een eenvoudige lahmacun schotel 2 uur wachttijd op een dinsdag. De ervaring leert dat de eigenaar niet van plan is zijn bezorgtijden te verbeteren daar wij al vele malen uren moesten wachten. Voor mij de laatste keer . Er zijn gelukkig meer goeie zaken

Gisteren omstreeks 17:30 een bestelling gedaan, en zoals vele andere klanten een wat mindere ervaring gehad aangezien we maar liefst 3 uur op ons eten hebben moeten wachten. Na anderhalf uur gebeld, kreeg te horen dat onze bestelling in de maak was. Een uur later nog maar eens gebeld om te vragen hoe het met de bestelling staat, word er gewoon niet opgenomen en in 2 gevallen werdt ik gewoon weggedrukt. Niet zo netjes inderdaad, maar dit weerhoudt ons er echt niet van om gewoon 5 sterren te geven! Kijk nou zelf eens naar al die nodeloze negatieve reacties een dag eerder.. Ik begrijp dat men "hangry" kan worden als er niet op tijd eten word voorgeschoteld, maar beste mensen... U heeft toch zelf ook wel eens een slechte dag? Stelt u zich eens voor als uw partner meteen met 1 ster begint te smijten... Het eten van Antalya is gewoon goed, vers en vooral hygiënisch! Wij blijven hier gewoon ons kapsalon bestellen :))
