Unfortunately, the carpaccio was too cold and too moist, which detracted from the taste experience. The main course, steak tips, was a large portion. The chef has prepared the food skillfully, but if the quality of the meat is not optimal, even a good chef cannot do justice to the dish. The Eton Mess was served in a glass with no further presentation; a simple raspberry with a mint leaf could have made the whole thing a bit more attractive. A little tip for tea: place the tea bags on a saucer instead of directly on the table, it looks a bit neater.

After a long time, I finally tried the food here (ordered online). Unfortunately another disappointment, price/quality is far apart. Snitzel was cremated on the bottom, vegetables were boiled to smithereens and the fries were tasteless due to a lack of salt and/or fries seasoning. Waiting time almost 1.5 hours for a fairly simple meal and when they eventually drive up in a fast Scirocco, I expect the food to be hot and not lukewarm, or from my girlfriend some pieces of meat even cold. Another experience richer and around €40 poorer. If they start running the former Java in the same way, it will be a matter of mopping with the tap open.

The main course arrived minutes later, even though we hadn't even had the starter yet. The container of fries had grease in the bottom, and we looked at each other to see how many pieces we received. We counted 20 fries for two people. The schnitzel came out of the microwave because they had forgotten the starter, so the meat was reheated. Photos are based on two people. Bad, very bad.

The ambiance was a bit disappointing, the restaurant entrance is like the waiting room entrance, the location is perfect for car, bus and train travelers.

The service was terrible. After 20 minutes, the waitress finally came to ask what we wanted to eat and drink. After mentioning three different kinds of beer, she finally found one that was in stock. The chicken soup was so salty it was inedible. The melon was already chopped up, and only one slice of ham was included. The schnitzel was more breadcrumbs than meat and was bland. We didn't order dessert. There were other guests there at the time. And almost every table sent food back. So, for us, it was a one-time try, but never again. A big fail for both the kitchen and the service.

The restaurant has taken a new path from tapas to a regular menu. The homely atmosphere is nice in the restaurant and the service is friendly. This week they had an offer that we took advantage of. A three-course menu for €15,- p.p. which is of course not expensive. The food was very tasty! The starter tasted good, the main menu (2x chicken satay in our case) was really good and the Eaton mess at the end completed our meal. Nothing to complain about this restaurant!

The schnitzels are homemade! Regional product! Delicious! We will definitely come back! Flexible, reschedule with appointment and small-scale! Really worth a try!

Stay away from here! What a misery...couldn't be worse

The food was very tasty. The waiting time was sometimes a bit long, but the service was friendly. The restaurant looks a bit old, but that gives it a certain charm. All in all a nice experience!

Nice meal, the entrance is not really clear. A nameplate at the door would be helpful😉. It was chilly in the restaurant.

Delicious food, friendly service and excellent prices. Some trouble with cold drafts on the floor, but the building is also old so understandable. Indication of the entrance could be clearer, we had to search for the entrance. All very nicely dressed.

Ate tapas here for the 3rd time today. The rounds also went in quick succession so we didn't have to wait at all. The food was delicious & the service very friendly 👍👍

Na elk bezoek is de kwaliteit van tapas en de keuze mogelijkheden afgenomen. Net als de bediening. De achterzak van de broek van de serveerster was aan de onderzijde opengesperde, zo leek het. De tafeltjes zijn anders neer gezet, waardoor er meer mensen kunnen zitten. De gezellige sfeer is nu helemaal weg. Bestel je zoete aardappelfrietjes, dan kan het zijn dat de ene portie zwart geblakerd is en de andere niet genoeg gebakken. Ook de grootte van de porties fluctueert nogal. Zelfs geen nachos meer op het menu. Heel jammer allemaal. We kwamen er graag. Nu gaan we naar een ander, echt tapas restaurant waar ze weten hoe het hoort.

We hebben hier heerlijk gegeten, ruime keuze in tapasgerechten, vers en goed bereid, vriendelijke bediening, prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Booked for 2 people via tripper. high tapas First shelf was grapes and meringues According to them, the 2nd board was fish. And the third slice was topped with supermarket things. And finally we got a frozen piece of cheese cake! We spoke to one of the staff and said that those cakes were put in the freezer last week. This is so not worth your money! We had dinner here last Wednesday with 9 people. (Team of our work) It was, in a word, amazing! The service was friendly and we got a lot of snacks in a row quite quickly. The range was also very surprising. Something different every time. We thought it was great. Definitely worth repeating! We had to pass at one point because we couldn't get up anymore. The dessert board was also great and delicious!!

Ate here a while back, had an absolutely bad experience. There is more than an hour between each round, so you only end up with 2 to 3 rounds. The food was absolutely ridiculous, and I'm especially talking about the layout of the plates. Also having to send several meals back to the kitchen, because it was either cold or because there was a hair in the food. There is nothing bad to say about the service, they do their best. But they are severely understaffed. They were also yelled at in the kitchen, which could be heard throughout the restaurant. It fell completely silent in the restaurant. Very uncomfortable.

Het eten was zwaar onder het gemiddelde voor een tappas bar. Eten werd gebracht in het begin was het oke (niet goed maar ook niet slecht) hoe later het werd hoe slechter het ook werd. Gamba's met de darmen er nog in (als antwoord nadat ik zei dat het niet zo hoort en bij geen enkele restaurant zo je gamba's krijgt, wij doen dat hier zo en niet anders. Heel slecht en onprofessionele antwoord.) eten wat verbrand naar de tafel werd gebracht met de zwarte kant naar beneden. Heel simpel ga ergens anders eten waar je geen gezondheids risico hoeft te nemen en waar de kwaliteit 100% beter is. Dan nog durven te beweren een korting te geven op tappas wat niet gegeten was (omdat het een gezondheids risico is waren bepaalde dingen niet gegeten. Denk aan rauwe vlees en gamba's met darmen.) Ga naar Groningen waar ze normale tappas hebben zonder gezonheids risico's.

I have never left a restaurant during dinner because the food is bad, but at Tapas 1910 we did this anyway. We were here for 2.5 hours, we were given the wrong dishes, the food was raw, burnt or we wondered whether it would still keep. Argument from the kitchen, and complaints from customers piled up. Ultimately left with an empty stomach and fear of food poisoning.

A very nice location to have a meal. You end up somewhere you wouldn't expect. Is it Lux, well no not. Is there a top restaurant, that too. Is it star food, well not that either. But all in all a very wonderful experience. Really something special that you could try out. In any case, the concept is fun and the food is good. There could perhaps be a little more meat on the menu. The employees are very nice. And everything neat and clean. The overall picture is a warm blanket

we were able to eat 2 rounds in 2 hours! Drinking lasted 40 minutes. Staff are nice, the owner was shouting at them in the kitchen for everyone in the crowded restaurant to enjoy! In short, you wait far too long for your food, only to receive mini portions that are half burnt! Staff really does their best but PLEASE the owner really needs to change! Outside on the terrace very dirty with all kinds of rubbish!

I am now sitting here waiting for my third round, I have been waiting here for 2 hours and have only had 2 rounds, I find this particularly slow and what we are then served looks as if it came straight from the microwave. Carpaccio that has the same color as the brown leather mat on which our plate is placed. And a Galia melon that is even greener than the fake plants at the table. When I asked for a children's menu, I was told that it would arrive soon, unfortunately after 2 rounds we still had not received the children's menu (only after asking the second time did it take another 10 minutes before we got it). And the same goes for the drinks, which also took a good 10 minutes before we got them. In the meantime, I'm still waiting for my third round of food. It's also a shame that you hear the hardstyle and arguing from the kitchen. Very disappointed. Next time I'll go to la cubanita.

Only received 2 rounds of tapas after 2 hours. Every round there was something wrong with the food. It's amazing that there are so many good reviews when we received brown carpaccio, full green galia melon and pink pork tenderloin. Very disappointed in this restaurant.

We were here for 2 hours, after 2 hours we were pretty much done with it, it all took way too long, we had 2 rounds, everyone around us hardly got any food. We got up and just paid for our drinks. The staff really did their best, but they were understaffed and were yelled at in the kitchen, which could be heard throughout the restaurant. Fingers crossed that the staff will hold up there. The food itself was fine. But it took almost an hour before we got drinks, it was not cold. Notes to order your tapas were collected very late. Sometimes more than half an hour wait. That just takes too long.

The food was okay, service is friendly. But we really had to wait way too long for our food or for our note to be taken with the order at all.

A Parma ham melon as a build it yourself. Prawns with the intestines still in them (this is not appropriate due to possible health problems), if you say something about it you will get the answer "that's not how we do it here" that is a very unprofessional and inappropriate answer for a catering business. The frying fat used was at least 1 week old as it could be tasted. In short, not worth eating here, especially when you have such lazy chefs and poor service/management.

Due to work we eventually arrived 1.5 hours later than reserved. But by calling them and letting them know, this was absolutely no problem. So the service already started great. It is small and cozy and the food tasted great. We will come back again.

With 2 p. Ate. Delicious food, although the menu is not very extensive, there is still plenty of choice. We received our tapas in good time. (given a note for the next round when receiving the tapas) Tapas tasty and good in temperature and size, The sangria is delicious! And the prawns were also delicious, there were so many delicious ones! I just miss the nachos. And maybe a tip. Serve the dishes (pincho) on an equally toasted baguette instead of on regular baguette. But nevertheless, we sat comfortably for almost 3 hours with friendly service and a nice atmosphere.

Definitely a recommendation! Super cozy and nice atmosphere. Great hosts! A different way to eat. Of course you have to have time, but nice conversations and delicious food are a nice way to end the evening.

Ate here as a couple. We have been here before, but the interior is now a bit more cozy and warmly decorated, a big plus! Service is polite and willing to have a chat and provide explanations where necessary. The tapas are tasty and well heated. You can use a total of 3 hours for eating, during which time you can eat more than enough if you want. We especially enjoyed going out.

Nice and attractive location located directly next to the station. Menu with various tapas dishes where you write your choice on a piece of paper and bring it to your table. Various beers and cocktails are available. The food was excellent and you can choose a dessert to finish. Steaks are highly recommended.

We were always curious what this restaurant would be like. Had dinner here with a group of 5 last Saturday. Depending, it looked small-scale and attractive, not too busy. With good courage we had already ordered our 1st round, which took almost 50 minutes before we received it. Mind you, we had unlimited tapas for 2.5 hours, 2 dishes per person per round. But if there are at least 40 minutes between rounds, you do the math, it's just not worth it. The tapas looked miniscule. 1 of us said, Maduradam dishes. Plus the dishes came out cold from the kitchen. Some dishes were not prepared properly and every time you ordered a dish again, it looked different than the previous time. All in all, unfortunately not worth repeating for us.

We had made a reservation for 5 people at 7:00 PM, our 1st round did not arrive until 7:50 PM. The 2nd round was only half an hour later and there was a lot of time in between, the food was lukewarm and raw. The spare ribs also seemed to come from Lidl in terms of size and taste! The sweet potato fries were very well done and the fat was dripping off, the shrimp were also suddenly gone because it was busy, the rest of the evening was ruined. Apologies from the staff, this was due to a sick staff member. But really, we will never come here again, we left feeling nauseous and hungry. Very beautiful on the inside, it is worth a visit alone.

Ate here yesterday. After reading the reviews, we were curious. There were very positive reviews, but also very negative ones. Upon entering we were surprised by the location. How nicely decorated. We also found finding attributes of the track very nice/appropriate. We received a friendly welcome and we had a choice of where we wanted to sit. After receiving our first drink and the 1st round of tapas, the friendliness diminished. They forgot to bring drinks you ordered🤨. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked again. They were busy and it was said to be hectic. We had to wait a really long time for the food. Moreover, the food that was supposed to be hot was still almost cold. Also, not everything was cooked properly or was overcooked/baked for too long, making the meat dry. We definitely won't eat here again. You pay more than €40 per person, but the waiting time and quality are really not worth it.

Nice staff but too busy chatting or something. Paid more than €40 per person for unlimited tapas and drinks separately. Very nice, I thought, but waiting 20-25 minutes each round for, for example, 1 piece of baguette with toppings, 3 mini meatballs or a bowl with 6 olives is ridiculous. We only had 6 rounds in 2.5 hours. Each round was 2 tapas p.p. which were very small portions. And there were only 3 customers. I left hungry and ate noodles at home. No.... Not worth repeating for me. Very unfortunate because I expected a bit more after many good reviews online.

Heerlijk gegeten, erg vriendelijk personeel, gezellig restaurant. Alleen die Spaanse muziek word je na verloop van tijd wel zat. We zaten vlak bij de keuken en daar kwam muziek vandaan die een stuk beter klonk. Maar buiten de muziek om hebben we genoten.

Leuke zaak, heel lekker gegeten via Social deal. Lekker gevarieerd en genoeg keus. Vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader! Als we weer een keer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug.

Mijn ervaring in dit tapas restaurant met een groep van 8 was teleurstellend. Het duurde aanzienlijk lang voordat ons eten arriveerde, wat de algehele sfeer beïnvloedde. Bovendien waren we beperkt tot het bestellen van slechts één portie per ronde, wat het delen van gerechten bemoeilijkte. Wat nog erger was, was dat de tafels niet werden afgeruimd, en tijdens het dessert stond er nog steeds vuile vaat op tafel. Dit zorgde voor een rommelige en onaangename eetomgeving. Over het algemeen was de service ondermaats en werd de avond negatief beïnvloed door deze problemen.

Super plek om te eten! Samen met mijn vrouw super genoten van dit super restaurant! Weinig plekken in Nederland waar je lekker kan eten voor een leuke prijs, maar dit is er eentje!

Heerlijke tapas gegeten met lekkere cocktails. The Splitty is een echte zomerse aanraden.

Met zijn tweeën heen geweest om een hapje te eten. Aardig personeel, helaas is dat dan ook alles. Heel lang op rondes moeten wachten, gerechten, niet op voorraad, luidruchtige buren. Bediening heeft ons uiteindelijk een drankje van de zaak gedaan ter compensatie, maar voor ons nooit meer!

Prima restaurant. Zeer gastvrij en Heerlijk eten. Fam Bos.

Waren erg vroeg en sommige gerechten waren al niet te bestellen waaronder nacho's vervolgens komt er een groep later die wel nacho's kregen.

Heerlijk eten en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. De keuze is reuze en van goede kwaliteit! Sfeervolle locatie in het oude stationsgebouw van Veendam.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en de ruimte onwijs leuk aangekleed. Helaas is daarmee alles wel gezegd. De tapas kwam soms pas na 40 min, terwijl wij met twee personen waren. Daarnaast kwam het grootste deel heel duidelijk gewoon uit de supermarkt. Besteld bijvoorbeeld buikspek, maar krijgt een heel klein stukje speklap. Quacamole kwam uit een potje (dat weet ik zeker omdat ik de smaak direct herkende gezien ik deze wel eens thuis heb). Daarnaast waren veel dingen heel erg droog. Te lang doorgebakken. Het reserveren ging ook al op een vreemde manier. Kregen maar geen bevestigingsmail, dus uiteindelijk gebeld. Wordt ons verteld dat de eigenaren ruzie met elkaar hebben en het daardoor soms ergens misgaat...

Bij tapas krijg je kleine hapjes, maar deze werden steeds kleiner. Aan het eind van de avond waren veel dingen op. Bediening was vriendelijk maar er moest wel heel veel nagevraagd worden. Soms duurde het 3 kwartier tot je een volgend gerecht kreeg. Wat persoonlijk is, maar ik vond niet veel gerechten lekker. Het was ook best prijzig, een glas wijn voor ruim 4 euro. We hadden veel goede verhalen gehoord, maar op onze avond was het een misser. Jammer, maar daar door komen wij er niet weer.

Eten was zeer goed !! Bediening deden perfect hun werk. Maar een aantal dingen waren helaas al op . Leuke belevenis als je van simpel houd.

Dit is echt het ultieme tapas restaurant, heerlijk eten....ook relaxed om zo te eten, hier kun je echt de tijd nemen voor een gezellige avond uit eten...hopelijk zullen meer tapas fans dit leuke restaurant bezoeken, zodat we hier in de toekomst naartoe kunnen blijven gaan. Tapas is echt super leuk en vooral ook lekker bij dit restaurant....bedankt saloon 1910

Zeer slecht via de website een bestelling voor 13 personen gedaan. Bij afhaling bleek dat er die dag geen levering mogelijk was. Enige wat ze konden doen was de bestelling annuleren. Mijn bestelling was via de mail bevestigd een aantal dagen eerder. Ze hadden geen idee. Ik kom niet nooit meer terug

Heerlijk gegeten. Mooie eetzaal in een karakteristiek oud treinstation. Per keer 2 gerechten bestellen en zo vaak je maar wilt. Ook bediening heel gastvrij. Een aanrader.

Leuke lekkere tapas. Ook thema's tapas, elke maand weer wat anders. Wij hadden Groningse thema deze avond. Gezellige avond gehad en zeker niet te druk. Kleine keuken, dus niet geschikt voor grote aantallen. De bediening had in onze beleving weinig horeca ervaring, maar heeft onze avond zeker niet te min gedaan. Als slot..... verwacht geen sterren restaurant, maar geniet van je avond en de tapas.

Heerlijk gegeten bij Saloon 1910! Hele ruime zit plekken, leuke sfeer en vriendelijk attent personeel. De sfeer is goed, Spaanse muziek, snelle bediening en de bonnetjes worden snel gehaald en gemaakt. De gerechten ken er super leuk uit! Mooi opgediend! Wij komen hier zeker vaker!En hoorden dat je nu ook kunt lunchen! Dat gaan we zeker proberen binnenkort!
