Bad Mac; due to being busy, half of my order was forgotten, but that was our own problem. They didn't want to resolve it.

We waited a long time before we were served And the food was incomplete

Nice and friendly staff. It is a bit of a drive from the city, but the nicest McDonald's in the province.

I didn't go inside. Ordered at the McDrive. The fries were too salty and no napkins were provided. Too bad.

My friend and I ate at McDonald's. The food was good, but we walked to the restroom. My friend walked to the restroom and slipped. It had just been mopped and there was no sign warning it was slippery, and she slipped really hard. Now her whole hip and knee are bruised. Very dangerous!!😡😡

What a clean McDonald's. Everything is cleared away well in between shifts. The trash cans are never full. And best of all... I always dread the restrooms, but here you can walk in with peace of mind. Everything is perfectly arranged.

Just barely ordered a large McChick menu Unfortunately, the fries were just a small portion I have experienced this twice now in Veendam..

They refused to take my order at the McDonald's Drive-Thru and sent me away so I wouldn't have to work. It was a terrible time, 11:19 PM. McDonald's is open until 1:00 AM, and the employees were just standing there smoking.

The food was fine, the staff somewhat friendly and polite, but otherwise it was a mess. Trash cans overflowing and in the toilet I felt more like I was in a pub than in McDonald's!

Normally, when the restaurant was closed, you could still just get a burger via the McDrive by bike or on foot. Now you don't get served anymore, you get turned away, and you are treated like a criminal. Apparently, that is a new policy of theirs.

Atmosphere unwelcoming and super busy. Often the order is not warm Or items are missing For different breakfasts and no stale rolls you really have to ask, world of difference

McDonald’s …nothing wrong with it. Food is hot, the drive-thru is reasonably quick, so just good :-)

So today at 23:25 I wanted to order food inside to take home, but that wasn't possible because they were already closed, even though the doors are just open. Maybe you should put adults there instead of kids sometime, and I still have big ones to order.

Good McDonald's, clean, and play areas for the little ones, inside and out. Exactly how a McDonald's should look.

This McDonald's is actually pretty cool. Tasty food, great service, everything is good. A bit dirty though. I went at 9 o'clock, so a bit strange. But anyway, it could just be me. And oh yeah, regarding that one guy who asked for the Grimace cup, I asked for it and got a polite no. So they picked the wrong staff.

Everyone has their own choice, but not mine. Personally, I find it very expensive compared to what you get. Atmosphere is practically non-existent, but I do find the table service polite. Fine for a quick bite and well located along the N33.

Received very kindly and, above all, cheerfully by the hostess! And then the Happy Meal to top it all off, absolutely fantastic!!

It looked very neat and tidy, and the staff was very friendly. The most important thing was that the food was fresh and nice and hot. A solid 10 for us.

The food is good, just like at any other McDonald’s. I just thought it was a shame how long it took before our order was finally brought. The McDonald’s itself looks nice and there is plenty of space inside and out.

That McDrive is taking longer and longer.

The food was brought quickly, and in between, the 'dirty' trays were cleared and put away. A very neat and clean McDonald's where you can sit outside comfortably with small children.

The food is always good there and the staff is usually very friendly, except for Thursday… we ordered food and after a while it was delivered by a young man who literally tossed the tray onto our table. The cups of drinks just barely stayed upright, but a considerable amount spilled over the tray and the dishes lying on it. We spoke to him about it, but his reaction was not very customer-friendly. We noticed that he did the same thing at most tables. What also stood out was that the rest of the staff were busy clearing tables and mess to get things tidy again, while this young man just hung around the counter looking completely uninterested, even though no orders were coming in. My tip for him is: if you’re having an off day, just stay home.

If you want to be robbed, you should go here. Have picked up food multiple times, and every time something is missing. Even on the smallest orders.

Food tasted good, fries sauce nice and cold, but unfortunately poor customer service. Had a question regarding the new Grimace cup; the staff could not assist me with the new Grimace cup. Customer numbers are hard to come by.... (Regarding high speed bumps for low sports cars: my blue sports car now has damage to the bumper; this will be charged to the parking operator)

Everything wrong again. No fries, and 2 out of 3 hamburgers wrong and no sauce. It's hard to read, isn't it! Last time I'm coming here.

It seems really difficult to make an order complete. For the umpteenth time, something is missing again. And for the umpteenth time, incomplete again. The last two times I paid a lot for those small sauces, but once again, no sauce packets. A truly hopeless situation there. They collect the money but don't deliver.😡

Well my dears I stopped by to visit, I come from Frankfurt and I want to tell you that I ate here and I was impressed by everything I saw, the speed with which I was served, the food is good and fresh, everything is so clean, the employees are punctual with good manners and hardworking I recommend to everyone who has the opportunity to come here!! Congratulations to the team

A completely different quality than the German McDonald's. The patty was really fresh and juicy, like ground beef had been pan-fried at home.

"Kok" thinks he's hilarious. If you ask for no pickles, he throws extra on. I can really appreciate that when I've just gotten home from work at 10:00 PM.

I give 5 stars just for the location and the people behind the counter. This Mac is owned by the same franchisee as those in Stadskanaal, Appingedam, Hoogezand, and Heerenveen, among others.... Totally different atmosphere; much friendlier! Autoreseters: 65+ coffee!!

I wanted to call them but they got angry immediately, and recently I was in the store with someone with a disability and when I asked if they still had their cap for him, they laughed at him. I don't think this is acceptable; something needs to be done about this soon!

McDonald's isn't what it used to be when it comes to prices. What used to be a relatively cheap meal out is now unaffordable for many people.

Good McNuggets, though the fries could have been cooked a bit longer. The milkshake tastes good.

Horrible place! A few months ago, we had to wait an hour for our order. We got cold food and had to wait again for hot food. Then today, we went through the drive-thru, the person at the post was speaking very unclearly, and we had to wait another 10 minutes for a couple of drinks. When I got home, I got two mixed iced coffee flavors. Really disappointed, bad McDonald's.

It's 10:20 a.m. on a Saturday morning, and I'm going through Drive-Thru for a coffee. First, I wait five minutes at the counter to pay. Then another five minutes for my coffee. There are people milling around, looking up and down, doing nothing. Then I complain that my coffee is taking so long... and the answer is, yes, it's very busy... just ridiculous.

We had ordered something and received discount coupons, but because something went wrong we didn't get any discount and it was a very strange story

Orders are processed very slowly. I come to McDonald's for a tasty and, most importantly, quick meal, but at this place you have to wait 25 minutes for your order!!! It's terrible!!

Compared to other Macs, the food is always warm. If you get the wrong item, you'll get a new one without any hassle!

Saturday morning, coffee? No sir, the coffee beans are gone, so no coffee... Very unusual for a Mac Cafe, and a bad deal.

We wanted to walk through the driveway but were angrily told that it was not possible due to "safety" - we walked all the way for nothing.

Like all McDonald's, most are decent, but the food is unfortunately too expensive for what you get. I'd rather go to a cafeteria.

The cleanest and fastest Meccanica I've ever seen! Barely have I ordered at the terminal and taken a seat when my tray arrives. Rarely have I experienced such a clean dining area and clean restrooms. For me, it's simply exemplary!

Staff is friendly, place is clean, they can place burgers ON the buns, but the food itself isnt great. Still a good place if you are on a road trip with children or a group

Just like most McDonald's, it's fine. What I didn't know is that the selection varies by location—for example, here they don't have vegetarian nuggets or burgers. They do have vegetarian McChickens and McKrokets. We received friendly service. Clean restrooms.

This finally brought back some nostalgia. McDonald's used to be great, with friendly staff and delicious food. They've got it right here. The food was quick and hot. The staff is welcoming and friendly. And everything was reasonably clean. Respect to the staff and management, keep up the good work.

McDonald's is practically the same everywhere... So there's not much to complain about here. The only thing is the rising prices, which are outrageous. If you come with a family, you'll spend over €40 on snack bar food.

Faster service and everything looked neat. The coffee and cookies were delicious.

The umpteenth time I had a really cold Big Mac, even in the middle. Pretty nice place on the way home. But I'll definitely go to Winschoten next time; I've never had a cold or lukewarm sandwich there 👍🏻

Just got 5 mc lurries. When we got home it was a thin milkshake... We live less than 5 minutes away and normally there is nothing wrong.. Too bad

People came in later than us and got their food earlier, we waited 20 to 25 for our food, while we had 2 menus and a happy meal

We normally go to Stadskanaal or Emmen. There the fries are usually not or just cooked and without salt. Or, if the fries are good, the cheese is always next to the hamburger, in short, often a disappointment. Today to Veendam after a day of touring. A burger that could be on the billboards. And delicious!! Next time we will drive a bit further if we are craving a greasy snack. They clearly pay extra attention to quality here.

Antisocial expensive for lousy bad food. Almost 4.5 euros for a measly portion of fries with sauce 🤣 No, from now on just go to the local snack bar, much cheaper, better and decent portions.

Relaxed McDonald's with very friendly staff.

Today (30.05.2025) I went to the Mac. Ambient temperature I would almost say around freezing point in the store. Man man it's cold in this building. Air conditioning or cooling system on freezing. Ordered two coffees with the menus. Served without sugar and milk, you ask an employee for this who brings it neatly, you can only stir the coffee with your finger. A bit of a shame this.

Open my cheeseburger at home and to my surprise I had no burger. For the prices you already pay for it, it would be nice if the entire order was given

What you can expect from McDonald's. A very hospitable employee who could work in a real restaurant in terms of politeness.

It varies a lot how good everything is each time. Sometimes the paper around the food is completely soaked and other times it is dry. Always helped quickly and as far as you are in contact in the drive, friendly staff

Received the wrong order with the Mac drive. So we still went inside for a good order, but one half had become cold

The cleanest place where table and chairs are washed with soap. Absolutely friendly to the children (playground inside and outside, also table for the painting and with an animals mask ) . Cool , especially in comparison to German restaurants, this was great ! The children menu offers tomatoes cherry that was really good as one of the children does not eat pommes . This was my best experience to visit McDonald . Thank you! Especially I was impressed by the lady who made cleaning at our visit. Today at 13 o’clock, hard working and nice smiling and was ready to help

Well, it's a Mac. Kids become happy.

Super nice and children's friends branch. With games room for climbing. There was also something ready for painting. Clean and very friendly staff. Even with an Easter game.

From 5☆ to 2☆. What a mess! 2 big tasty's that are cold and dry. A hamburger sandwich where the hamburger is cold and so dry that it crumbles apart. Mc Kroket and the nuggets were only okay.

A McDonald that stands head and shoulders above the average McDonald. Very clean, the food is delivered hot to your table, clean toilets and plenty of parking in front of the door. In addition, employees who make the difference, super friendly and clearly visible.

The salad with the menu was sold out. If you order chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce, you will receive veggie nuggets without sauce. The quart pounder was good. The young people are clearly not busy with their work but with their peers in the business.
