Waited 2 hours for the food to arrive and called twice

Today, half my order arrived half an hour late, I hope the rest arrives soon. When I called to report the order, I didn't hear any empathy.

I ordered a tuna poke bowl, and the portion is huge! Lots of rice. The rice-to-toppings ratio is okay. Unfortunately, there's no option to omit the sauce during the online ordering process, and that ruined the whole dish for me. It was incredibly spicy and overloaded, so you can't really taste the full flavor of the tuna. It also didn't mention online that it included raw red onion, which I would have left out if I'd known. Unfortunately…

5 stars deserved! The custom-made box I ordered was exactly what I wanted, and the price was definitely reasonable. I definitely recommend ordering from this sushi shop! Thank you for the delicious sushi.

I ordered online and called an hour later to say I had to pick it up. Delivery wasn't possible, even though it wasn't specified during the ordering process. I'll never order from here again.

This time, the sushi was truly awful. The pieces were way too large and tasteless. Even the fried stuff wasn't good. Too bad...it could be so much better if it were made with love.

We ordered sushi here for the first time on July 24, 2022. Unfortunately, we had to wait over two hours for our sushi. We received a refund for the long wait. The sushi tasted delicious, by the way. Highly recommended! We ordered on January 5, 2025, at 5:30 PM. We received an email at 6:26 PM that it was on its way, and our food didn't arrive until 7:00 PM. The chicken in the poke bowl was cold and the edamame beans were missing. The edamame beans finally arrived at 7:20 PM. Both deliveries included a portion of snowballs, which were delicious, by the way.

Yesterday ordered food from this place, Yuck…yuck! day after that today, hospital for intestinal inflammation and bacteria, it tasted ok, very dry and it stank. But asking 30 euros 😡 don't order here Jesus

Yesterday evening December 19th at 17:30 placed an order. At 21:00 called where it was, reachable by phone until 20:00 I heard on the tape and it was closed. While I did place my order by phone. That is already the 5th time. And when you do get it the fish and sashimi smell very bad. UPDATE today December 20th they only came to bring the order. I asked if the sushi platter had to come from Tokyo. I said ordered yesterday and only now arrives? Nothing was said the lady walked away immediately.

The food was okay, but the hot part arrived lukewarm. We had to wait 2 hours

Scale is as big as ever, only the sushi is getting smaller. I called but was rejected, I am also curious to see an email sent with my complaint.

For the umpteenth time I had sashimi that smelled. It had an odor and was really not nice. The salmon was spoiled again. This was the last time I ordered from you. You do not supply fresh products!

We ordered 3 bowls and some loose things, the bowls were not tasty, the rice was very sour, so you could hardly taste anything, the salmon was covered in wassabi mayonnaise. In short, I was able to throw away 2 containers of food and the other was eaten reluctantly, the sushi was tasty.

Ordered last time, both were very ill. After a long time I finally gave it another try. Had to wait 3 hours even after a phone call. Got a big mouth for the bargain. When the wait is finally delivered, the wait is rewarded with a humpapapa bottle of wine or something that is 2 years overdue. We will never order from here again.

Bah, you can't call this sushi anymore. I have never eaten such unappetizing sushi!! E.g. the Avocado nigiri had more rice than avocado. At one point it felt like I was just eating rice with some soy sauce. No avocado flavor to be found. Bah bah bah how dirty! Rice was also really not tasty, hard pieces here and there. Took a few bites and threw the rest away. 50 euros away.

We are very positive about the sushi. It's also nice that you can indicate your wishes. It always tastes great

Order food at 4:50 PM for 7:00 PM. Nothing yet at 7:20 PM, so I called, it wouldn't arrive until 7:45 PM. Last x

Little flavor to the sushi. Spring roll and patties were cold! Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for delivery. Price for the quality you get is too high.

Wij hadden deze avond sushi besteld en het werd pas na 2 en half uur bezorgd… mijn begeleiding uitte haar frustratie op de bezorger, hiervoor onze excuses aan deze lieve bezorger! Jullie personeel is dus wel goed.. deze jongen bood zijn excuses aan terwijl het helemaal niet zijn fout was, en hij zelf al gestrest was over hoeveel orders hij had… iets met te weinig personeel?

Heerlijke sushi en wakame salade gehaald. Aanrader!

Voor de 3e keer weer over heerlijke sushi besteld. Het verschilt zo waar je besteld maar Asianbite Express is altijd vers en lekker. Echt een aanrader!

Vriendelijke bezorger, goed eten

Echt een top tent! Ik bestel hier altijd en vertel iedereen erover. Altijd snel, altijd lekker!

Fantastische sushi! Echt goed! Toch een paar kleine service puntjes. Daarom geen 5 sterren. -Er mag wat meer sojasaus bij - minimum bestelbedrag €35,- vind ik vrij hoog. En dan ook daar bovenop OOK nog €2,- bezorging. Is niet meer van deze tijd.

De sashimi was erg goed. Bij de nigiri was de verhouding rijst/vis niet in orde, de hoeveelheid rijst mag zeker wel gehalveerd worden

Het eten was echt heerlijk! Een aanwinst voor Veendam!
