I can confirm that it is one of the best Italian cuisines I have tried in the three years I spent in the Netherlands. Excellent quality of products, pizza, fried pizza, panzerotti and more, then the owner is from Abruzzo like me.

Pizza was delivered to work place for a dinner party. Excellent pizza and great service, I would definitely recommend it

Very bad experience with the Aquilani pizzeria in Enschede. The pizza was very hard, dry and thin, more like a cracker than a real pizza. After eating it, my teeth and jaw hurt. I paid extra for the turnip greens and ended up with two rocket leaves, a ridiculous attempt to disguise the mistake. Even my companion's pizza, which cost €20, was inedible. It's not the first time I've received a wrong order, but this will definitely be the last. Exaggerated prices, terrible quality and an insult to Italian cuisine. Not recommended.

Quality and kindness present: excellent Italian food!

What a price for this rubbish... Really inedible, this can't be real Italian... Everything was way too greasy and over-fried, the lasagna was way too small, had no taste at all... never again... And that after more than an hour of waiting...

Ordered 2 lasagna for 13 euros and 2 pizzettes, food arrived cold. The lasagna was very small and the edges were very hard, ordered for 35 euros, waste of money..

Food came too late, it took them 1,5 hours for an calzone . It was cold and the dough was hard like a rock. The quality was not good and calzone was very empty. Not suggested

Good Food but outrageous if not ridiculous prices for drinks i.e. asking 3,90€ for red bull is rude.

i was craving lasagna. I ordered 1 piece lasagna and another item. i got 2 lasagna and that other item. But guess what, i got an extra free BURNT (completely black) lasagna. both lasagna didnt even have salt😂literally no salt. so it was the worst lasagna i ate ever.

Incredibly skilled baker who has managed to conserve the real Italian taste with local ingredients. The staff are incredibly kind and always with a smile. Looking for something which is gonna make you feel the Mediterranean breeze? That is definitely the place!

Best Italian Restaurant in Enschede

Heerlijke échte Italiaanse pizza's! Ik en mijn vriend zijn helemaal fan van de verse tomatensaus, erg lekker. Mijn enige tip zou zijn een pizza optie met meerdere groentes en een vegetarische en eventueel vegan pizza optie, om nog meer mensen aan te spreken (vandaar 4 sterren). Want de pizza's zijn zeker een aanrader! Ook is de eigenaar erg vriendelijk! Wij komen hier zeker vaker terug. Oja, wat ik zelf ook belangrijk vind is dat deze pizza's minder zout en vet zijn/smaken, het smaakt allemaal heel vers.

Weird place, if you come inside and want to order they tell you to leave and place your order through thuisbezorgd, not really handy if you just want to grab some food and also hardly relatable because they would have less work if they don't have to bring it. Pizza is okay, but really greasy.
