The pizza was okay, but nothing special. The burger was a complete disaster. The patty was totally compressed, like some of the burgers you get in the Netherlands. It tasted awful to me, and frankly, I couldn't even tell what kind of meat it was. The fries arrived ice cold. When we asked about it, we were told we'd get new ones, but they never came. All in all, quite disappointing. It was our first and last time there.

Modern, on the edge of the city center, prompt, friendly service. Food arrives quite quickly. Al dente pasta with gorgonzola sauce and nuts. Sauce pleasantly cheesy, but hardly any gorgonzola flavor. Few nuts. Portion is sufficient. Price-quality ratio mediocre.

We had two pizzas with a cola and a Texel beer. Afterwards, we had to pay 53 euros. We didn't know what the beer cost because it wasn't listed on the menu. But the beer turned out to cost €9.50. I think this is really exorbitant.

The pasta was okay. The Caprese salad had completely unripe tomatoes and no basil (the menu said it had basil). The Bruschetta tasted only of onions. The Spaghetti aglio e olio: the pasta was swimming in a watery sauce with lots of raw garlic. Awful!

I ordered a beef burger and fries. The fries weren't hot enough and seemed like reheated fries. I didn't like the taste of the beef burger and it wasn't hot enough either. Too bad...but the staff was friendly.

I've been here a few times and have always been pleasantly surprised. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is always very cozy and inviting, and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

A modern restaurant with a view of the kitchen. There's a dish on the menu for every taste, all deliciously prepared. The food could have been a bit warmer; since the waiter didn't bring it right away, it was only lukewarm. The taste, however, was excellent.

I always get Filetto di Manzo (the old recipe). Yesterday was no exception. But what they did with it yesterday... Wow!! Truly delicious. I'll quickly switch that current recipe back to the old one! The waitress was also very friendly.

I had bruschetta for my starter. It was okay, but nothing more. 3/5 The pasta with shrimp cost €17, and for that price, I really expected more shrimp... and no... it wasn't king prawns. The pasta itself was okay, but I can make it better at home. 3/5 The tiramisu was good. 4/5

A negative impression. The inattentive staff brought me a salad I ordered called «Burrata», without burrata, which includes burrata. The irresponsible attitude of chefs to their work. They didn't apologize to me in any way, and after my claims that this product was in the composition, they put a small burrata in a pile of tasteless salad.

€17 (!!!!???????) for a pizza. Almost 25 years after the introduction of the euro, you are no longer allowed to convert, but that is almost 40 guilders for a pizza. Also a weizen for €7.50, and - now he comes - doesn't want to serve tap water. Really a wrong cut, because we therefore left on principle to get dessert elsewhere. You can't charge astronomical prices for your food and drinks and skimp on little gestures like this. We came here several times a year with a large group, but no more Punto Pasta for us.

Fries that were served with the main course were very bad, the reason for this is that the frying fat was quite old and was not replaced in time with new frying fat, which caused stomach problems after eating fries. My advice to the restaurant manager is to have the frying oil replaced on time!

Punto Pasta in Enschede was a disappointing experience due to the extremely rude and unprofessional staff. One particular staff member was especially mean and dismissive toward us. When we politely requested a different seating arrangement and explained that we only needed a table for just 40 minutes to have our dinner, she responded in a condescending manner, essentially saying, “This is the only option, in an indirect way take it or leave it.” Despite the restaurant having plenty of available seating, she refused to accommodate us, leaving us feeling unwelcome and discriminated against even after accepting the table that she gave to us and even while we were eating there. It seemed like her attitude might have been influenced by the fact that we are not Dutch. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and we would not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful service. NB: we were loyal customers but not anymore.

Had a scheduled brunch with the family. Delicious food and service from very friendly staff Punto Pasta is located on the edge of the Enschede shopping center and also has a terrace. Not the most beautiful part of Enschede, but you can go here for a drink, an ice cream or just good food.

Very unfriendly and uninterested staff. First we sat on the terrace and waited for 15 minutes, no one came. Then inside, 4 waitresses were chatting with the lady behind the bar!!! No action was taken and more customers were waiting. Finally we were able to order. The friendliness was once again hard to find. Because we were thirsty and there was nothing else on the square, we stayed seated. Iced coffee and Pilsje were fine, but a smile would certainly have been nice.

Very high ceiling, it looked uncomfortable, but the servants made up for it. The carpaccio sandwich was not good, I don't dirty my hands with that anymore. We used to come here every visit we do to the Netherlands, twice a year, for many years. We planned our lunch here for 2 adults. Our little daughter, 3 yrs old, brought in two pcs of Churros that we bought on the market. We were asked to put it away and not were not able to finish it, or leave. Obviously our 3yr old got upset when we took it, we asked if she good just finish it as we would order food for adults anyway. A small gesture to support parents with young kids. We travel a lot asia, middle east and no where they ever made it an issue with young kids, as it keeps the kids quiet. Its like giving a bottle milk you can not really deny it. Kids 3-4 yrs and younger are hard to manage when it comes to food. The staff (blond grumpy woman) refused. We understand you cant bring outside food obviously but this is very young kids we talk about and did not bring in full meals for kids. Little customised assessement would come a long way. So we left, we ate somewhere else and decided because of the rude way she answered to us not to come back ever. I think some places forget how to offer hospitality, reasoning and anticipate on each situation. Very unnescessary.

Had brunch with you on Easter Monday. Nice welcome, we were escorted to our table and drinks were taken. Brunch was put on the table and looked great. Sufficient choice and we were even able to add things later. Friendly staff, good atmosphere and everything well organized.

I often go to Punto Pasta and order the same thing every time. Unfortunately, the quality is not always the same. For example, the bread. Sometimes it is super soft and juicy and sometimes it tastes like cardboard and is hard. And I don't even want to start talking about the pasta dishes. It seems to me as if there are no guidelines from management. It's a real shame.

Top food, good service and not expensive, we come from Apeldoorn and even that is not worth it anywhere else as tasty as at PUNTOPASTA.

Very bad long wait, almost 45 minutes for fries with three bitterballen and so-called grilled prawns in garlic oil with vegetables, bread and some crackling fried fries, it was just like chips. The prawns were not grilled, no garlic oil, but in water with some vegetables. Very dirty. Total 35 euros.😠 No, never again. Punta pasta for us.

Very tasty, we would love to come back

Ate pasta several times with our youngest daughter, husband and niece. The pasta we ate was very tasty! The pasta aglio e olio and the pasta pollo di pana (instead of mushrooms, the ladies wanted spinach and that was no problem. To drink: Ginger Beer (recommended!) Rivella and the ladies drink Cola Zero
