According to Google the restaurant was open but we arrived to find a closed door.

I really like service and very friendly people. The food is also hammy and tasty.

First time here, the food was delicious! The service was great, the interaction was fun, and the lady absolutely knows how to create a great atmosphere. You'll definitely see us again!

Ons zien ze hier niet meer terug. Een meisje in de bediening die alleen stond. Het was er niet druk maar eten liet lang op zich wachten, na anderhalf uur 1 gang en een drankje gehad. Na 2,5 uur 2 gangen waarbij nog gerechten vergeten waren. Gerechten werden verkeerd uitgeserveerd, je moest drie keer vragen als iets vergeten was en vervolgens kwam het gemiste gerecht nog niet. Bij sommige gerechten rijst van de sushi nog warm wat niet bij het gerecht hoorde. Een tafel is gegaan met jonge kinderen en paar volwassen die hadden na 2 uur en kwartier pas 1 gang gehad.

Still a beautiful restaurant, but it's a mess. We went there for dinner for my wife's birthday. We had arranged to meet at 5:00 PM. We arrived, and the door was still closed. We waited a bit in the rain. Well, the service was done by a man of about 15 years old! He hadn't received any training or instruction, so he just did whatever he wanted. No beer on tap! After about 45 minutes, we had our first bite. After that, it took another long time, and of course, absolutely everything went wrong. What we'd ordered was completely unclear, and we usually didn't get what we ordered. For example, the soup from round 1 arrived on round 4, etc. Then a dish was brought that we hadn't ordered. That was because we had to wait so long. But that's not what you want. In the end, we didn't pay for everything. Never again for us! The food is delicious, though!

We zijn voor de derde keer naar dit restaurant geweest. Nu ter gelegenheid van de verjaardag van mijn vrouw. Om 17.00 uur hadden we afgesproken en toen we aankwamen, was de deur nog op slot, terwijl op hun website stond dat ze om 16.00 uur geopend zijn. Goed, na even in de regen te hebben gestaan werd de deur geopend. We bestelden wat te drinken (nog steeds geen bier van de tap!) en het duurde ontzettend lang. Ondertussen natuurlijk het lijstje ingevuld voor de eerste ronde. Na 45 minuten kregen we ons eerste hapje, voor mijn vrouw duurde het nog langer. Alles bij elkaar was het een echte chaos. Bediening door een jong mannetje van ca. 15 jaar, zonder enige horeca opleiding. Dan weer het drankje vergeten, dan weer een half menu etc. etc. Vreselijke ervaring echt nooit meer! We hebben ook niet het volledige bedrag betaald. Het eten is overigens lekker daar ontbrak het niet aan. Maar af en toe kregen we een gerecht wat we niet besteld hadden, dat was omdat we zo lang moesten wachten. Maar dat wil je toch niet. Ontzettend slecht en voor ons echt nooit meer. Zonde van zo'n mooi restaurant en dat die mensen er zo'n puinhoop van kunnen maken.

Management and staff were very attentive and accomodating. It even led to a Freudian slip whe I was asked whether I wanted mayo on my ice cream (kidding). Online reservation and follow-up by phone was handled perfectly. The ovreall experience with the holiday special was excellent. I wil return soon and can recommend this place as a welcoming and great restaurant serving yummy food!

As always very good experience and top service! Thanks so much for a nice evening and the Christmas special. Staff were very attentive and the manager even offered ice cream with mayonnaise ;-)

Went for dinner on Saturday evening, the store was still 1/4th full and we had to wait a very long time for our food. After more than 2 hours, our 3rd round had just arrived, while there are 8 rounds. Several times the wrong dishes on our table that belonged to our neighbors. The sushi was good but otherwise really disastrous, you have to have a lot of patience in any case.

We went here once on our wedding day, mainly because it received good reviews about the customer friendliness of the staff. And that's no lie ;-) We were received and served super friendly, received an extra sushi roll for free, a discount on the price because we celebrated our anniversary there and a voucher to come back again. Ok, that was probably a one-off, but still very good customer loyalty! We opted for all-you-can-eat for a fixed price and you can choose from the cheaper and more expensive menu. We thought the more expensive menu was definitely worth it, because it has slightly more luxurious sushi rolls and other dishes from which you can choose. The sushi is really very good, but be careful when you order a roll instead of a single sushi (not always clearly indicated in the menu): you will immediately get 4 :-) The other dishes are ok, comparable to other Asian all-you-can-eat restaurants, good but not very special and varied but not extremely much choice. So go to Arigato if you want to eat very good sushi. I believe you get 7 rounds of 3 dishes each, so it's not unlimited food, but certainly more than enough. The price is slightly higher than average, but in terms of quality of food and service, it is definitely worth the money. You can also order à la carte (not all-you-can-eat) or pick up, but we have not tried that yet. We will definitely come back here for another nice meal...

Despite our late arrival at 8.15 pm, we were helped nicely. Were allowed to complete 2 rounds at the same time. No rush at all. Kitchen was waiting for us. Delicious sushi and sashimi. Recommended

We received very friendly service and ate incredibly delicious, high-quality sushi. All the food we ordered came exactly as ordered and very quickly, which is sometimes different at other sushi restaurants.

Never been to such a bad restaurant. Service has no manners and is not social. Received several dishes that were not ordered. Half of the dishes that were ordered were missing. Many things were not cooked properly. Or had not seen an oven or pan at all. There was a handful of sesame seeds all over it. Had to wait a long time for dishes while it was quiet. Little choice. After a conversation with the owner, he said: “yes, sorry, this is what you have to do with it”.

My husband and I had a delicious meal here tonight. We received a very friendly and hospitable welcome, the food was delicious, and the men did everything to make everyone happy. Definitely recommended, and we will be back!!!

Unfortunately a very bad experience, the customer is not listened to. She indicated in advance that they were understaffed in the kitchen. Okay, we understand that, but if you don't get 25% of the ordered dishes in the end, it's a bit of a shame. Even in between, you are not asked about drinks or whether everything is to your liking.

Eating takes a very long time, we were there for over 2 hours and didn't get further than round 4, while there should have been 8 rounds. Staff ignores you at first, we had to wait 10 minutes before we could be seated, while staff kept walking by. Then everything goes wrong at the table regarding orders and then the staff comes to apologize for the wait. Then everything goes wrong again. Unfortunately for us it was a bad experience and we will not be returning. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

This business really deserves a good review! Especially since the new chef has started working here, who prepares the food with her culinary expertise and love, this business has been taken to a (new) higher level, and is definitely worth a try (again)! I had a wonderful meal, the sushi was excellent and the meat and fish dishes were of an excellent standard.

Vooral sinds de nieuwe kok hier werkt, die het eten met haar culinaire deskundigheid en liefde bereidt, is deze zaak naar een (nieuw) hoger plan getild, en zeker (weer) het proberen waard! Ik heb zalig gegeten, de sushi is voortreffelijk en de vlees- en visgerechten van uitstekend niveau.

Before the corona crisis we ate here very regularly, it was often full and the staff was friendly. Now things have changed quite a bit. The concept has changed, it is still all you can eat, but you can choose from a normal and deluxe menu. With deluxe you can choose anything from the menu, and of course the tastiest sushi and meat items can only be found in the deluxe. By the way, the deluxe menu is exactly the same as the entire menu before, so nothing extra special. The prices have also increased considerably, I think you first paid around €28 and now even €39 pp. And unfortunately the food has also deteriorated, many sushi rolls contain hardly any fish, so you mainly pay for rice. Plastic chopsticks that still had dirt on them, friendly but fairly inexperienced staff. We were there on a Saturday and there were less than 6 tables occupied... that says something of course. Very unfortunate, but we will not go back this way again.

Had a really delicious meal here again with my son. Service is very friendly and especially attentive. The dishes are simply good. Sushi is as it should be; fresh ingredients and the hot dishes also taste good. In short, we had another nice relaxing evening. We come from Eindhoven but like to drive a bit out of the city for quality and friendliness. Tip: Special Roll!!

We ate here again yesterday. Again very tasty and fresh dishes. It wasn't busy. Food came quickly and service was very nice. Everything looked tip top! Good food, nice social service, but it took a very long time before we received the new rounds, so it was already quite late when we left (after 4 rounds). If you have all evening, it's fine. It is not recommended with small children, because it takes too long.

Painfully slow service. It seems that they deliberately only bring 1 round every half hour, so you have to leave after 2.5 hours feeling hungry. This is torture, especially for children. There were only 5 tables occupied and 4 chefs present, so the snail's pace is deliberate. Quality is fine, staff friendly, but we came here for a full stomach.

What was once a good sushi place is now SO bad!!! Hot sushi dishes (crispy shrimp and crispy chicken) were cold! The rice was not cold but refrigerator cold! In round 4 we still had to receive dishes from round 1. Often the wrong thing was on the table, something that we had not ordered. Small pieces of beef, fit in hollow molar! Piece of salmon, which is really just a PIECE. The sushi is more like rice than anything else and the lady with high heels and a hairdo that looks like her hairdryer has exploded also starts the discussion at the table about the fact that sushi is cold dishes.. Stay away, stay away!!! What a mess this is!!

I have often had a nice meal here, but yesterday was the last time. Since the business was taken over there, it has been 3 times nothing... The food is good, delicious at times even, but the service is atrocious. Rude, not interested, terribly slow. 2,5 hours in and we were still hungry, while customers around us were leaving angrily because of the service.

Worthless. You used to get 5 dishes per round, now you only get 3. All dishes are served one after the other instead of at the same time. If you already get your dishes. Never again for us unfortunately, it used to be great here but the new owner doesn't understand it at all.

Very big disappointment. Had dinner last night. First drink after 45 minutes. After 1 hour and 10 minutes, first dish for person 1 and 20 minutes later, first dish for person 2. This is how it went all evening. We just didn't get 7 dishes. And received the wrong order 4 times. All the plates simply remained on the bar for a long time without being picked up by the wait staff. My husband left the table after three hours hungry and only had 2 drinks. The quality is also poor. Tasteless or too much sauce. The dishes do not look like the photos on the menu or the reviews here. Not even in numbers. For example, two mini mini spring rolls instead of three, also only 1 piece of sushi per dish that you have to wait an hour for. Very limp shrimp. Everything is thrown on one plate without dressing or anything. No wasabi, tough salmon, very thick sushi. The service is friendly but there are too few of them. The lady is tripping around in heels that are way too high, carrying one plate. Very inefficient. We wanted to speak to the manager but he was not present. The staff has good intentions, but this is a case of very poor management. I can't help but think there is a different owner or chef because no one would give a good review for this. We only got two drinks in 3 hours and ordered at least 5. They also miss out on a lot of income. On the website she advertised a nice Valentine's gift for all women. Unfortunately this was not there either. Lots of complaining customers. All in all a big disappointment.

What a mockery. Tonight, February 14, it was a mess. First course came after an hour. Nothing at the same time, there were three of us. Not very pleasant food. Something was always put down that was completely illogical. And some things were cold, which are usually warm. And many others waited with us. Finally, after the first course, we said that we were leaving, because the second course would also take an hour. We were very annoyed. Paid for drinks and part of the food, after another long wait. If they wait long enough the problems with this restaurant will be solved, because that's not how you run a restaurant. A proper apology would be in order.

We made a reservation around 6 p.m. and only received our first snacks an hour later. It all took way too long, only finished at 9.15 pm with young children. Service was very chaotic, but friendly. We've been there twice before and it was good then, but now everything seems to be in decline. The kitchen looked very messy and the table where we were sitting smelled like chips. We waited over 1.5 hours for food. Received three sushi rolls. We ended up leaving with several people at the same time who were also not satisfied. We paid for the drinks out of decency. Unfortunately the drinks we asked for 5 times to order it.

Went last night. The restaurant looks good, you can sit comfortably, the sushi is good and the dishes themselves are tasty. The service is nice and helpful. There is only one big but... You have to wait a very long time for your food. It took more than an hour for each 3 dishes. We got there around 6 and left at a quarter past 10... (it was actually supposed to be unlimited for 2.5 hours) but after 2 1/2 hours only 2 rounds had been served. The staff cannot work harder than they do. This is typical economizing by the owner on experienced chefs who can work even faster, such as at other sushi places or employ 2/3 extra chefs. The tent was not even half full.... Other guests also complained that it took far too long. I wouldn't go there now unless something changed about this.

The star is solely there to give you this information. Have never eaten there. The restaurant will face a difficult time. Reason 1: Molenstraat will be given a major overhaul within the next few months when the sewerage system is going to be renovated. Reason 2: a similar restaurant recently opened in the 'de Bus' shopping center. I don't know if they are related in any way.

The menu is extensive and the food very tasty. The service is also very friendly. Unfortunately there was a mess in the kitchen. It took a very long time for the dishes to arrive on the table. We were 6 people and one got all three dishes at once while another waited for half an hour. The moment we decided to fill in ahead of time, things went completely wrong. Dishes from round 3 had already been served, while dishes from round 2 still had to be served. As I said, the quality is good, but they clearly need to get the kitchen in order.

We won't go there anymore. It was always great! We once went twice a week, but yesterday was the last time for us. Unfortunately, we were not the only ones who were angry yesterday. We were forced to sit there for almost 3.5 hours because no food arrived. Normally we did not have all the food ordered in an hour's stay and we did not exactly go home satisfied. Very unfortunate. Especially that there is no manager anywhere who takes responsibility and lets a young staff member deal with angry customers.

Things were absolutely not going well in both the restaurant and the kitchen. (We also had to set our table ourselves...). We were 5 people and had a special reason to go out for dinner. Unfortunately our evening was ruined by this. We left after 1.5 hours, just like a few other tables. Never again for us. Better go to Eindhoven or Valkenswaard.

two terrible experiences. first time in januari we had bad sushi (and good meat) and there was a sharp plastic shard from the icecreambox in my mango dessert. second time like 2 weeks ago the boss wasnt there and everyone had to wait hours to only get like half their orders, and the food was a sick joke, people were leaving hungry. easily the worst place in brabant.

My friends and I had the most shocking all you can eat experience here... extremely slow service; poor food display, weird penalty rule — of course no one wants to waste food, but, seriously? —1euro for leftover sushi? 3 euro for warm dishes? These rules make people very uncomfortable. I ordered a dongyam gong soup, it had a full cheery tomato with leaf... and the soup was too salty to take. We returned it. All dishes I showed pictures were served as they were just on the table — the cucumber looked like a joke to us.

The shrimp were dry. Many plates were broken (pieces missing). There was a stiff atmosphere. Although the service was very friendly and the sushi was tasty... I wouldn't eat there again.

Strikingly beautiful interior when you walk in from outside (it looks a bit gray from the outside). Food is fine. A bit heavy or not seasoned, but great if you combine dishes!

The sushi was nothing special, except for a few pieces. Nori was tough. Butterfly shrimp was a chicken nugget looking thing. Portioning when ordering is also different than we are used to. It wasn't bad, but I will never eat here again.

The first time we were there with a larger group the service was very poor. Now we have gone back with 2 people. Service was much better, but it was very quiet in the restaurant and they close quite early. Sushi itself was really tasty!
