my friend paid extra 4 euro for extra shrimp on her fried rice and she got like 4 pieces extra and i asked for less spicy but instead got extra spicy couldn’t finish my food and dont sit on table one otherwise you’ll freeze from cold!!! the food is mid

The waitress is so funny and cool all the time, foods are absoluetly amazing i dont even need to talk about them. And also a cheap place based on other restaurants around. Type a place you would go with your friend for the start of the date🙏

Resturant is good, but the cashier is very rude. I ask him small question, what is your best seller to know what to buy. He told me “ this is the menu you can look”. Very Rudeeee

As the name implies, the restaurant couldn't be more Asian, with cramped space, small chairs, and the smell of fried noodles wafting from the kitchen. The serving was insanely fast (< 3 minutes). I noticed that the food didn't contain much MSG, yet they still managed to deliver a tasty dish.

Ordered the Duck noodle soup, came out super fast! Was tasty, €18 and it the spot just right, good portions. This is an eat and go place, only a few tables, not to socialize with friends.

The rice is not ripe anymore, dry and hard

They're open until 9:45 PM, but you can sit inside until 9:00 PM. If you arrive at 8:59 PM and are at the checkout at 9:00 PM, they'll tell you it's takeout only. These people really don't know how to treat customers! The most customer-unfriendly place in Amsterdam.

I had shrimp and fried rice at Asian Kitchen in Amsterdam, and it was truly delicious! The food was prepared quickly and tasted great – highly recommended. The staff was also friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only downside was that it was very crowded inside and there were no seats available. That made it a bit uncomfortable. But despite that, I'd happily return, purely for the delicious food and excellent service.

The food is of great quality with a very reasonable price. The food is served very quickly. The service is all right. The place is very clean. Warning: The chilly oil on the table is super spicy! - if you would like to add chilly to your dish, please take a little bit and try it first before you add a full tablespoon. They are very spicy (I am from China!) I came back after a year. They are still very good!!!!

The restaurant is simple, the food is delicious and the service is fast.

We ordered number 44 and 13. The soup (number 44) was okay and there was a lot of meat in the soup, but the noodles were very dry and very similar to instant noodles. It would definitely taste better if they used glass noodles. The number 13 was good, but not great.

The staff are friendly, though the service felt a bit rushed at times, as they quickly cleared plates the moment someone finished. It’s refreshing to find a spot in Amsterdam that serves authentic-tasting food without the pretentious vibe. The place is small and can get quite crowded, and while the overall atmosphere could use some improvement, it’s still a great find.

Rice and noodles were not fully cooked

The place is a typical Asian restaurant, and the service is lightning fast. I placed my order and it was already on the table within two minutes, so I didn't even have time to go to the bathroom. The food, at least what I ordered (egg noodles with beef), was incredible, very tasty, and plentiful. It's next to the flower market and reasonably priced (plus/minus).

If you are looking for an Asian restaurant with a spicy and delicious taste that does not need much decoration, Asian Kitchen is the answer without hesitation! I would rate the taste 10 out of 10, especially the signature dish, Sichuan Chili Beef with Rice, which is fragrant, spicy, and perfectly balanced, and the noodles, which are chewy and soft, and the soup is so fragrant that you will want to finish the bowl. Although the shop front and atmosphere are not the selling points, because it looks like a typical Chinese restaurant abroad, not very delicate or luxuriously decorated, but it attracts people to fill the shop all day long, with people coming in and out quickly, reflecting the popularity and deliciousness that does not need much advertising. Another highlight is the restaurant's Sriracha chili, which is extraordinarily spicy and delicious, so much so that you want to buy it to take home! In conclusion, if anyone is looking for "really delicious, really spicy, served quickly, not picky", you must not miss this restaurant!

Fast service, generous portions, but a bit underwhelming. I was hoping for something closer to homemade Chinese food, but this leaned more toward standard takeout-style. The sweet and sour chicken was freshly made and looked good, just lacked the flavor I was hoping for—pretty mild overall. Interior’s simple, nothing fancy. Prices are average for Amsterdam. It’s not bad, just didn’t quite hit the mark for me.

Unfortunately, the portions have become smaller and the prices higher. You have to search for pieces of chicken or beef. Too bad, they used to be generous.

I thought it was a bit pricy, I had nasi yum chow expecting it would come with a serving of roast pork, instead of just bits, and a coke, it was 17 in total. Maybe because this is Amsterdam, everything costs a bit more. The food was good, though. The few pieces of shrimp mixed in the rice were quite large and very fresh! It also came in 30 seconds flat. How did they do that? The service was just the usual Chinese way, straightforward, minimal, efficient, no more, no less. The exhaust fan was working well enough so your clothes won't smell of food, so that's a big plus. The place is clean too. I guess for it's category it wasn't bad. I probably haven't eaten out in a long time that I didn't notice the inflation. I miss the days when 13 bucks could buy you a full rice pork vegetable combo.

Quite a small place with Asian fast food. Very large portions and well seasoned, but most importantly: safe, I didn't have a revolution, as is unfortunately the case in Chinese restaurants. Egg noodles and kung pao chicken are really top, prices definitely acceptable. You order at the counter and an employee brings it to your table.

This is a simple place with delicious food served quicker than you sit down after placing the order at the counter. Despite its open kitchen there's no need to ventilate your clothes after the visit. Prices are really acceptable given the downtown location.

I recently dined at “Asian Kitchen” and I must say, it was a disappointing experience for several reasons; I just want to share it here. *Ambiance*: The restaurant doesn’t offer any authentic Asian atmosphere. The decor is quite poor, though the one positive aspect is the open kitchen, where you can watch the chefs cooking. *Food*: When the food arrived, it initially looked promising, especially with the vibrant colors of the meat. Unfortunately, the taste did not match the appearance. The roasted pork was very tender but almost flavorless, and the sauce seemed off. I’ve had this dish in many restaurants, and this one was truly disappointing. The wonton soup was terrible. The "soup" was just boiled water with some chopped onions, completely transparent and tasteless. The menu described it as a "clear broth," not "water," and even the wontons had a strange taste. While the portions were large, this didn’t make up for the lack of flavor and quality. *Service*: The food arrived quickly, but my utensils were practically thrown at me by the waitress, who rudely tossed them in my direction without care for where they landed. I want to note that the restaurant was nearly empty, so this behavior cannot be excused by busy-ness. *Price*: The place is not expensive, although it seems prices have increased over the past year without a corresponding increase in quality. I don't think the price is fair because you can get the same dishes, with better quality, for a similar price in Chinatown in Amsterdam. Overall, I'm sorry to say this, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This is great food, a full plate gor a good price. I had fried rice with vegetables and chicken: lots of chicken and nice fresh vegetables! Friendly staff also, a perfect address! PS my pictures could have been better: I quickly ate half of my plate before even thinking to take a picture! 😄
