Food was delicious but there was a mouse running around the whole time and the staff didn't want to get rid of the mouse

Unfortunately, the portions have become smaller and the prices higher. You have to search for pieces of chicken or beef. Too bad, they used to be generous.

Really a solid spot for lunch. Delicious and quick food. The kitchen is right in the room so it is relatively loud there. The chefs are a little crazy. 🤪

The food (Noodle Singapour for me) was just excellent BUT the services was just a disaster… Too bad because the food is really good. And the 1€ for a doggy bag is a bit exagerated, especially when it’s to the customer to put the rest of the food in the box. Anyway. 😂

It's a small place and has a few tables. You place your order at the counter, and within minutes, your food is ready! The food is delicious and the amount of food they give is a lot!

the fried noodle was nice! as a southeast asian i can say that it taste really well. the portion is also quite big for one person so it's possible to share this with someone.

I thought it was a bit pricy, I had nasi yum chow expecting it would come with a serving of roast pork, instead of just bits, and a coke, it was 17 in total. Maybe because this is Amsterdam, everything costs a bit more. The food was good, though. The few pieces of shrimp mixed in the rice were quite large and very fresh! It also came in 30 seconds flat. How did they do that? The service was just the usual Chinese way, straightforward, minimal, efficient, no more, no less. The exhaust fan was working well enough so your clothes won't smell of food, so that's a big plus. The place is clean too. I guess for it's category it wasn't bad. I probably haven't eaten out in a long time that I didn't notice the inflation. I miss the days when 13 bucks could buy you a full rice pork vegetable combo.

Quite a small place with Asian fast food. Very large portions and well seasoned, but most importantly: safe, I didn't have a revolution, as is unfortunately the case in Chinese restaurants. Egg noodles and kung pao chicken are really top, prices definitely acceptable. You order at the counter and an employee brings it to your table.

This is a simple place with delicious food served quicker than you sit down after placing the order at the counter. Despite its open kitchen there's no need to ventilate your clothes after the visit. Prices are really acceptable given the downtown location.

If you like a good, quick and tasty meal, then you've come to the right place. The restaurant doesn't have much atmosphere, but the food is ready in less than 5 minutes and you always get a large portion. Better than all those overhyped and overpriced places in Amsterdam.

I recently dined at “Asian Kitchen” and I must say, it was a disappointing experience for several reasons; I just want to share it here. *Ambiance*: The restaurant doesn’t offer any authentic Asian atmosphere. The decor is quite poor, though the one positive aspect is the open kitchen, where you can watch the chefs cooking. *Food*: When the food arrived, it initially looked promising, especially with the vibrant colors of the meat. Unfortunately, the taste did not match the appearance. The roasted pork was very tender but almost flavorless, and the sauce seemed off. I’ve had this dish in many restaurants, and this one was truly disappointing. The wonton soup was terrible. The "soup" was just boiled water with some chopped onions, completely transparent and tasteless. The menu described it as a "clear broth," not "water," and even the wontons had a strange taste. While the portions were large, this didn’t make up for the lack of flavor and quality. *Service*: The food arrived quickly, but my utensils were practically thrown at me by the waitress, who rudely tossed them in my direction without care for where they landed. I want to note that the restaurant was nearly empty, so this behavior cannot be excused by busy-ness. *Price*: The place is not expensive, although it seems prices have increased over the past year without a corresponding increase in quality. I don't think the price is fair because you can get the same dishes, with better quality, for a similar price in Chinatown in Amsterdam. Overall, I'm sorry to say this, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This is great food, a full plate gor a good price. I had fried rice with vegetables and chicken: lots of chicken and nice fresh vegetables! Friendly staff also, a perfect address! PS my pictures could have been better: I quickly ate half of my plate before even thinking to take a picture! 😄

Dutch version of Asian street food. Come here for quick, good and affordable food. Good - quick service - big portions - food tastes good Improve - decor can be improved, but then again you don't go to this place for the ambiance.

The system was to sit down, look at the menu, and order at the cash register. It was served quickly and the fried rice was authentic and delicious. The prices are reasonable, so it's perfect for a quick Asian meal.

It's a small place but the food is very delicious and the portions are very, very large and at a reasonable price in a city as expensive as Amsterdam. If you go there, you won't regret it.

A real street restaurant. Not a lot of seats available, open kitchen, generous servings of food and very modest prices. This is all you want from a place like this. Also the food is great, staff is kind and speaks good English. Toilets are clean. Truly 10/10

Good and super abundant dishes. Small room with cloud of steam from the kitchen. Your clothes will stink but it's worth it!

While the restaurant is quite small, the place is excellent and has affordable, flavourful dishes. I've experienced a fairly quick service despite the place being packed with customers. Szechuan Chicken is spicy, and definitely recommended.

First off, this is a place to get Asian dishes quickly and offers amazing price/quality. Dishes are made in front of you with a full kitchen staffed with 4-5 cooks. You get a larger portion than you'd expect, and the meals are pretty much always tasty (the egg fried rice is divine here). Also, calling out the person who gave this place a very unfair 1 star... they said "The restaurant doesn’t offer any authentic Asian atmosphere". The person who wrote that has definitely never been to Asia and probably has no grasp of Asian fast food culture. This place is legendary.

Not vegan friendly. All vegetarian dishes come with egg, though they'll remove egg if you ask. But no tofu possible. Also thin noodles (rice noodles not wheat I think), which i personally don't prefer... But super fast service.

Asian restaurant in Amsterdam, very complete dishes with accompanying rice, quite filling, on the tables you have spicy and soy sauce. The service is very fast from the moment you place the order until it is served at the table, they have five people working in the kitchen. Access to the services 🚾 is via a very steep staircase going down, it is almost the only negative thing about the place. We have eaten very well, we will repeat without a doubt. Greetings 👋

The food and portions are great for the price in Amsterdam. The atmosphere is typical for this sort of establishment. I’ve gotten takeaways from here twice and I’ll definitely go again next time I’m craving Asian food.
