Aziatisch Tapas Restaurant Dynasty in West

Had a wonderful meal with four people and it was a perfect addition to Alkmaar and the surrounding area.

We ordered from this restaurant by phone tonight. I duly provided the dish numbers and names for two people and was able to pick up the food half an hour later. Unfortunately, when I got home, one of the dishes turned out to be wrong. It happens, of course, so I called back immediately. However, the employee on the phone showed no empathy and responded with downright rudeness: "You can tell me anything, but I have to discuss this with my manager first." Eventually, I was allowed to drive back to exchange the wrong dish. I didn't receive an apology at the time, but I even had to pay an extra €1.25 because the correct dish was slightly more expensive—while I had to drive back and forth again, and our food was getting cold in the meantime. With that €1.25, they unfortunately lost a regular customer. It's a shame, because the food itself is fine, but the customer service leaves much to be desired.

I haven't eaten there yet, but I did order an authentic (large) spring roll. It was tasty on the inside, so definitely not greasy, and it had shark fin soup the way it should be made. Excellent

2x spring rolls specially ordered to eat at home. I have to say, they were definitely special. They were dripping with grease, and on the outside of the spring roll there was an extra layer of puff pastry around a layer of puff pastry. Returned the spring rolls, and no apologies or anything, but a comment "if you want new ones it will take at least 45 minutes". We asked for our money back, and this was really the last time we order food here!! What a bad thing!!

Food was really good, service unfortunately was slow, somewhat chaotic, unwilling and unfriendly at times - like they didn't want to work there ... really a shame considering the food quality we experienced. Interior design is indeed a bit outdated but that was not a big issue for us. Maybe in future we will try their take out service but eating in the restaurant itself again ... not sure if that'll happen another time. :-(

Takeaway was good as always. The large spring rolls here in particular are really great, the keujouk and babi pangang are always good here too. The only criticism is that the noodles have thicker noodles than at other restaurants and they therefore taste slightly different.

Food was tasty. Atmosphere was good. Only everything went sooooo slowly. We had an all you can eat package. Then you can order 5 rounds of everything. That should be done in 2 hours. At the end of the 2 hours we had only had 2 rounds. We were allowed to stay seated to finish the rounds. We sat there for 3.5 hours for 4 rounds and an ice cream. A bit too long. Waitresses did their best, but I didn't find them very nice. I'll eat somewhere else next time.

Not really exciting, but great stuff, certainly value for money. The menu could use some updating, but the photos no longer have much to do with what is on the table. Many free parking spaces.

Although legal obligation, there is no alternative to the extra payment for the plastic containers. While prices have also risen considerably.

After a year in the resit. Still just as bad. Cold food. Tasteless menu. Ajam Pangang and Chicken Kerry with Bami. €18.35 incl. plastic bag. The same meal from the refrigerator at neighbor Vomar certainly tastes better and is much cheaper.

Friendly staff food was reasonable wouldn't do tappas again until the first delivery arrived, we were 50 minutes further and then later reported that the time had run out.....

Ate with a group, but a big disappointment, poor service, long wait for drinks, hot plates cold, terribly cold (with scarf and coat in a restaurant) and nothing is done about the complaints, what a disaster. Bright spot despite everything, the food was not bad, just not really warm.

It takes a really long time before you get your snacks and if you indicate this yourself instead of being told, they say it is busy even though it is not even half full. If this is already the case, tell them so and don't act smart to customers by loudly proclaiming a nice evening and emphasizing this. I didn't have a nice evening, after 1.5 we haven't even had our second round of snacks.

What a crappy restaurant. Took so long for the food to always arrive. While our neighbors at the other table were regularly served food. Eventually something was said about it and according to them it was divided fairly. Well not. Never eat with children. Staff is also very unfriendly.

Too bad there is only Heineken beer. No specialty beer or Asian pilsners. The Chinese rice table for two people was fine. Everything for reasonable prices.

The food was delicious, but it's a pity that the kitchen decides what you get to eat, I didn't want mushrooms, but my wife and daughter did, but the kitchen decided that no one wanted mushrooms, while I had said that the rest wanted mushrooms after having said so. nothing was done with it, which is a shame

We have never eaten here before, but it is now our regular takeaway address. Typical Indian and Chinese dishes. Very tasty and more than enough. Extremely friendly service and again.....excellent food. Recommended!

The opening hours/days on the internet are not correct, although it was changed two weeks ago. Not the best service for hungry customers.

Visited this restaurant with my sons during our summer vacation. We loved the concept of the All You Can Eat Tapas. The taste and the variety of the dishes were amazing. Great value for the price. Make sure to come hungry ;-). The service was very nice as well. The waitress spoke an excellent English.

On June 23, 2020, I had dinner with you with 2 other family members. To say everything in one word, the food, the service, the atmosphere on all fronts, it was GREAT. This restaurant is recommended to everyone. TOP CLASS

Chinese restaurant. Owner is very rude. We were quietly ordering from the tapas menu. After the 2nd round we were told that we still had 20 minutes for the remaining 3 rounds. The menu said until half past ten, while it was half past eight. We asked if we could just wait until the 9:30 PM stated on the menu because we weren't even half way there yet. The mistress was called in and she had a tantrum. She kept shouting and ranting that we had to leave. We had to leave the otherwise empty building immediately, otherwise the police would be called. We are still amazed that a restaurant owner can be so carried away by her own emotions when asked quietly by us. Because what had actually happened? We just asked if we could stay until the stated time......terrible experience

We have been coming for a few years. Where it is good you will come back! Enjoy the wide range every time! You can choose whether you want the menu or the tapas menu for a fixed amount. Collection is also possible.

Ambiance 0.0 but, very important!! The food is more than good, tasty and freshly prepared. All-in menu including drinks is highly recommended. Operation is very different, one inexperienced and quiet, the other inexperienced and very insecure. Definitely worth it if you are willing to accept the ambiance.

Chinese and sushi. Chinese dishes are tasty, but in my opinion too much v-tsin or salt the last time. Lots of choice in different take-away menus. Park well and then you will be on the ring road in no time.

Delicious, can't get enough of it!

Had dinner last night. Excellent quality, excellent menu options, friendly staff and fast service. This Chinese deserves more attention and appreciation.

Overall experience was bad. (1) Long waiting time (2) fake chinese food, not a real Chinese restaurant (3) over price, food is expensive with low quality . I will avoid to come this restaurant anymore. We had our dinner at the Shanghai Garden on yesterday which was great and reasonable price.
