Chinees-Indisch Restaurant “Po-On” in Oudorp

I'm Muslim and therefore absolutely don't eat pork. I ordered chicken, but to my horror, I was served pork. This is not only a mistake, but also a very serious matter for me. I felt completely ignored and felt there was little respect for my dietary requirements. The staff was also very unfriendly and lied about it not being pork. Very disappointing, and I will never return. Definitely not recommended for any Muslim!

I had to spend hours in the bathroom. The service was terrible, and the staff were very unfriendly—very racist because I'm a person of color. The wait time was also very long.

Food delivered via Thuisbezorgd, had to wait an hour and a half, and after calling, the staff wasn't even sure if the delivery was by car or scooter. This was the second time this had happened. They always had a good reputation for food. But I was disappointed. Next time I'll go to Dynasty, but it was closed.

I like to take a detour for Po-On's delicious vegetarian dishes. I live eight kilometers away from the restaurant, but I get my Chinese-Indian rice dishes here. It takes a while, but then you have everything with fresh ingredients!!!! You can taste the difference with rice dishes from other restaurants. Highly recommended to get your dishes at Po-On. Enjoy your meal!

We decided to get Chinese takeaway from this place. We placed the order at 5:00 PM and we were able to pick it up at 5:45 PM. As agreed, we were ready to collect the order at 5:45 PM, but it was very disappointing that we had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Once we got home, a product was also missing. We called immediately and asked if she wanted to bring it over. The answer we got was; that we had no proof, because we did not receive the receipt. Of course, we assumed that you get what you pay for. We were offered to pick it up ourselves, but by the time we got home again, the rest would be cold again. The food was quite fine, but we would still have liked to have the entire order.

Last Sunday I placed an order for about €85. The app indicated that it would be delivered within 55 minutes. After waiting 2.5 hours it was time to call, because it was well over time. I then contacted the restaurant. They indicated that they were very busy and could not do anything about the fact that they only had 1 delivery person on the road. I think they have complete control over the home delivery process and can do time management. After asking several times, they admitted that they had just started processing my order. After 2.5 hours of waiting! I finally got it after 3.5 hours! my meal including hair. According to Po-On, that can always happen, so I shouldn't be angry about that, according to them. It was a beautiful Sunday except for the food. So I never order my food from here again.

Got a delicious takeaway and ate it with six people. Good vegetarian options. Way too much bean sprouts for my taste but otherwise very tasty.

Get very good food at Po-On, sometimes less staff and you might have to wait a little longer, but it is worth it.

We had ordered via home delivery, 2.5 hours later nothing had arrived, but we did receive a confirmation from home delivery that we would already have food, but we had exactly nothing!!! Called them and was told that we had to wait and the reason was because other people also had to wait!! People, these people are pretty antisocial!!! We canceled that order and received my money back from Thuisbezorgd.nl! That was still service and po on can learn from that!

Delicious Chinese monthly menu. The takeaway section is very small and the Chinese music may be out in my opinion, but otherwise one of the better Chinese takeaways in the area.

Ordered delivery, called back two hours later and they had forgotten about us. We were allowed to pick it up ourselves. Still done because of hunger, there was no compensation and as a drop in the ocean, the product that was advertised as gluten-free was fried in batter. Not okay with an allergy. The last time for us, unfortunately.

Food quality was reasonable, but even though we indicated when ordering online that we wanted the order delivered as soon as possible, we only received the order after 2 hours and 20 minutes! And that on a normal Friday evening. Really not possible.

The meal was of excellent quality, apart from the fact that the prawn crackers were broken into small, limp pieces and 'stuffed' between the hot food in the bags. Unfortunately, delivery (on Saturday) was an hour late. When choosing, a delivery time of 7:15 PM is indicated. Immediately afterwards, Po-on called to say that it could be up to half an hour later (it might be useful to adjust the delivery times on the site accordingly). Unfortunately, the order turned out to only be delivered at 8:15 PM. Call to report the first delay, but then count on a lot of extra patience without being asked.

We had a monthly menu and fried banana as an extra. The fried banana was very disappointing. Dry and tasteless. Was really disappointed about that. The rest was tasty.
