Disappointed, unenthusiastic staff! Very expensive drinks. No recommendation to anyone!

Really rude staffs, dirty place, you get drink half of the glasses. They didn’t allow us to drink our tea properly. During Christmas, impolite manager destroyed our moods and there no any hospitality at all. NEVER EVER COME TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!

What a wonderful experience at Azia Tapas in Maastricht! Everything we ate was incredibly delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is truly lovely. Definitely a place we'd love to return to.

We went to a restaurant to get something to eat after shopping. We ordered our first round and after 20 minutes we had our food. After that, we had to wait 30 to 40 minutes each time and there were 10 tables occupied. At round 3, we just stopped, paid and left.

No good service. Very disappointing that you are not allowed to order bitterballen when literally every table next to you is having them. Service and management need to review their procedures.

A wonderful concert by André Riue. We chose Azie Tapas. We've been there twice. Beautiful ambiance, friendly staff, and above all, the food was served like in a fancy restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Mooi terras op het Vrijthof met leuk uitzicht. De bediening is goed maar erg zakelijk. Wij zaten er alleen voor een drankje en werden verzocht direct af te rekenen. Blijkbaar is dat de politiek hier als je niets wenst te eten.

Thank you so much for this wonderful stay. We booked the terrace package for the Andre Rieu concert and were absolutely thrilled with the food and service.

I had a great experience, but they refused to give a glass of tapwater to my girlfriend, even though we ordered several drinks and a bottle of prosecco. Insisting we spend 8.90 euros on a bottle of water. I find that absolutely unbelievable. I will change this review if they change that policy.

In one word terrible! Ordered 3 drinks, immediately when the drinks were on the table, they stand next to you with the ATM and you have to pay 43.50. Drinks really not drinkable (Pornstar Martini), reported to the service who apologized but the barmaid inside didn't care. Didn't meet us in any way. Never go here again customer unfriendly.

Great tasty food. It took a long time before the round was completely served. Only downside, we were seated in the back where the connection was bad. Thanks to staff we could use Wifi, problem was solved.

Watery and small cocktails, overpriced, touristy

Extremely disappointed. My parents came to visit for Easter and we went out for coffee. We sat down here just because they were the only place with free seats (for a reason). We said we would like to wait to my parents for two minutes and the employee super impolite said we cannot wait and keep the table (they had 10+ empty seats). Then she nervously kept coming when my parents were sitting down like they have to order the moment they sit down. And then she made us a note for a bottle of water we had at the table. And finally, made us pay the moment we got our drinks. It sounds like not much but I went out to spend money and enjoy. Not to be stressed by weird personnel that doesn’t know how to treat clients. I would not come here again or ever recommend it.

You can't easily find the staff in Asian restaurants to be cordial, but at least they came in that direction at this one. They were fast too. Not long after ordering, the snacks were served in a friendly manner, sometimes even with an explanation. Looked delicious and tasted that way too. The (operation of the) app that you have to use was less effective, but of course it works efficiently. The fact that you first have to finish your plate and have to deal with time slots before you can order again makes it difficult to eat 'all you can eat', but on the other hand you take the time to really enjoy it and you can still leave the building/terrace with a well-filled belly.

De service is niet alleen supersnel, maar ook bijzonder vriendelijk. Een echte aanrader op een prachtige locatie in Maastricht!

What delicious food you can have here!!! We went here in September when we were on holiday. We liked this so much that we drove 1.5 hours for it today. And it was totally worth it!! For people with allergies, everything is super clearly indicated here!

Very tasty for the price, nicely served and friendly service

The sushi is mediocre but edible. Our appetite was a bit spoiled by shrimps that were not good, but when a mouse walked right past the tables it was all over and we left immediately. Waste of money and our evening.

The waitress was too rude not to listen and answer my question about the concept about "all you can eat". If you are running a restaurant, the customers have to be treated nicely I guess. Please teach your staff to be kind!!!

Bad food and the staff is very unfriendly, they also charge you for extra drinks that you did not drink. When we raised this with the boss, she started talking in an attacking tone and labeling us as liars. In the end she did give the drinks that she had added extra to the bill as compensation. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this, especially if you're coming with a group.

This café is absolutely terrible. The staff rush you as soon as you finish your drink, taking your glass immediately as if to push you out. You’re not allowed to stay more than 5 minutes after finishing your drink, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the atmosphere. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a welcoming or comfortable experience.

We were a group of 18 people and they made everybody order a drink, even though only 2 people didn't want anything and they made us pay all in one go.

Ridiculous tent. Sit here with 7 people for lunch. We were close to lunch so had to decide quickly, no problem. At the time of eating lunch she puts a sign on the table that we are only allowed to sit people who come to eat. Understandable. After lunch (plates not yet cleared) we asked if we could order some drinks, but this was no longer allowed because you were only allowed to sit there to eat, read back that we had just done that. Indicated that we found this very strange that you are not allowed to order anything to drink after your meal. We were apologized, but we were allowed to stay seated for a while. Well, it's nice that you can be left with a dry mouth after they have received the money. I advise everyone not to sit here. Really ridiculous service. Never experienced that before.

They bring the food quickly, but then you wait another 10 minutes. Some of the portions are also very small. The good part is that the food and ingredients are fresh and tasty. However, paying for all-you-can-eat and spending 2.5 hours mostly waiting is not worth it. it

Fun to do with the family. We always write down who ordered what... so that we know who 'should' eat what. We were 4 adults and 2 kids.

You get 2 hours to complete 5 rounds. We sat down at half past eight and only received our first round at a quarter past eight. Didn't even make it to the third round because “time was up”, we were clearly the last round but the kitchen was as good as closing. I have eaten tapas at Azia several times before. So far all was good, but today not a nice experience. The sushi was sour. We indicated this and the service was very poor. Communication was not pleasant. We were not heard and were not taken seriously. This was such a negative experience that it ruined our entire evening.

QR code for ordering did not work. The sushi was extremely small and looked nothing like the photos in reviews. The fish on some sushi pieces was so small, it was unbelievable, I have never eaten such bad sushi before. These were also the smallest sushi pieces I have eaten and the taste was also very average. I would really go somewhere else if you want tasty and good sushi. 3 sushi pieces here are the same size as 1 normal sushi piece. This is just 'MINI-SUSHI'!!!

Had a delicious meal here tonight with a group of 6 people. Extensive menu, something for everyone. Asian woman (I think the owner) is a super friendly woman! The staff under her could sometimes smile a little more ;)

The food was all quite tasty. We thought the special sushi rolls were great... but the entire "all you can eat" picture is not correct. You can place an order for a maximum of 4 dishes per person every 20 minutes, for 2.5 hours. By definition, that is not "all you can eat" but a maximum of 30 plates per person, best case scenario. We often had to wait 30 to 35 minutes for all the plates to arrive, some portions were laughably small (chicken karaage was 1 piece of chicken). We are not abnormally big eaters, so we had eaten enough after 2.5 hours, but I can imagine that it is too slow for many, and it is not "all you can eat".

Eten is lekker, wc stinken en vloeren zijn plakkerig. Verder zit er een 20 minuten timer per ronde, wat praktisch het “all you can eat” een beetje teniet doet, je zit vast aan Max 7 rondes. Of je moet drankjes bestellen dan reset de timer

Voor ieder wat wils omtrent eten.al you can eat . Iedere ronde 4 gerechten te kiezen. Eten is goed van kwaliteit. Soms niet echt warm en soms wat veel soya saus. Maar toch aanrader. Laatste ronde toetje ( eenmalig) mag je maar 2 dingen kiezen en dat vind ik wat weinig. Zit ruimte is ook wat krap voor mensen met lange benen. Maar al met al zou ik het toch aanraden als je van dit soort eten houd.

Goed eten,leuk personeel. Zijn er geweest met oudste kleindochter haar 14de verjaardag vieren ook hier hadden ze aan gedacht super.

Azie tapas is een leuk concept je kan blijven zitten en de bediening komt je je keuzes brengen aan tafel. Dit is veel gezelliger eten dan bij een standaard wok restaurant. De keuzes van het eten doe je via de gsm. Dat vind ik minder, vroeger was dat met een papiertje en pen, dat ging gemakkelijker. Het eten is super lekker en wordt leuk geserveerd..5 bakjes per serveer beurt. Enigste wat ik minder vind is de cooldown periode tussen de serveer beurten. Je merkt het bijna niet, maar toch😊

Heerlijke sushi en andere Aziatische tapas gerechten. Lekker op temperatuur en goed van smaak. De bestelling gaat via een QR code aan tafel. Daardoor wat onpersoonlijk maar wel vlot het eten en drinken op tafel.

40 minuten moeten wachten op een simpel bakje rijst. In totaal maar drie rondes kunnen eten door de veel te langzame service. Bediening was onbeschoft. Ik raad dit niemand aan en kom hier zeker ook nooit meer terug!!

Veel te lang op onze bestelling gewacht, zelfs 3 kwartier en dan krijg je nog niet de hele bestelling.Personeel loopt rond zonder iets te zeggen of een vormen van een glimlach of vriendelijkheid.

Eten was prima maar ook niet geweldig. Kregen op het laatst heel veel eten wat we niet besteld hadden en het personeel ging vol in discussie. Ga hier nooit meer terug. Onvriendelijk personeel.
