I ate pizza and a hot sandwich with an omelet. The sandwich bread was very hard, the omelette itself was okay The pizza tasted like it had been taken out of the freezer and heated up. This whole experience + drink cost €16.9 Unbelievable

Extremely overpriced sandwiches. The avocado and egg sandwich has zero sauce/dressing/flavoring. The exotic chicken focaccia is so drenched in sweet sauce it’s inedible. Green smoothie was fine.

Even though you have breakfast there, they charge you a euro for the bathroom. You have breakfast with hair and coffee.

We had breakfast here. In principle, that's fine. But the restroom system is unacceptable. There's a barrier we can't pass because we had to pay €1 as customers. This is unthinkable in Spain, disrespectful. When the Dutch come to Spain, we clap for them.

My favourite place for Breakfast in Amsterdam

Just needed a quick bit to eat and came across this place. Was not too busy and could easily pick out our food. They were alright prices and filling for what we needed. Staff were lovely and a nice seating place at the back.

We visited this place on our last day in Amsterdam , we wanted to chill and have a snack with our coffee . They have a good variety of sandwich with delicious types of bread ( bagel , seeded , plain ) , savoury and sweet pastries , large plain pretzels They do fresh cold smoothies or if you fancy hot drink then you can use the machine . Few cakes to choose from They had soup ( tomatoe soup or mushroom soup ) which would be great in a cold day You pick your food & drink and go to the till to pay . Staff just ignore you as no one come to help or welcome you . It’s more of self service pick & pay Place was clean with indoor seating area at the back or small outdoor seating which was full in such a sunny day Toilets are in the basement not very clean despite paying money €1 to be able to use so you expect it to look better I recommend the place if you are hungry and want a sandwich or light lunch because too many options and suits most people

Food labels should be better, chicken rolls are actually chicken sausage meat. You don't know until you bite it 🙄

A very unfortunate experience here. It was difficult to get service. In fact, l tried to tap the screen myself, because l thought it must be self-service at the counter. My son chose a chicken pastry roll (photos attached), described as being "filled with fine chicken meat and topped with a slice of melted cheese." When he bit into it, he found that it was actually a sausage. He doesn't like sausages. I took it back to try to get it swapped because it didn't meet the description. A swap was refused. A refund was refused. We were told that we were in Holland now and that we shouldn't choose something if we didn't know what it was. There was effectively an embarrassing shouting match. We thanked them and left. As we were walking out, the two staff (one of whom was the supervisor) turned and smirked at each other. Terrible.

Excellent quality cafe with a wide range of freshly baked sandwiches, and pastries. I visited here whilst on a 5hr trip around Amsterdam, and sampled a frikandelbroodje with a nice hot chocolate. Also, the staff were very friendly, and kept the place very tidy. I would highly recommend a visit!

Plastic deposit system very questionable and toilet costs money, which you supposedly get back at the checkout, which is of course fake.

A very good place for a quick meal, self-service, you choose your drink and food and go pay to the cashier. In the back there are several places to sit and also outside. There are two tables to sit, I tried a delicious caprese sandwich and fresh orange juice

The breakfast was very tasty, although it is very expensive (you can treat yourself to something on vacation), but there are also many vegetarian dishes on offer. Would definitely stop by again on our next visit to Amsterdam.

A simple and distinctive restaurant, offering fresh sandwiches and juices that are prepared on site and not canned and prepared in advance. Various sandwiches, baked goods and pies to suit all people, with all types of white and brown bread. Simple and delicious services. Coffee is served through a machine but of good quality.

It's great for breakfast, especially tomato soup. You can have a nice breakfast with the things you take with you. It's self service and you have to take your tray back afterwards.

Delicious food! We had different rolls. Savory and sweet. Everything was fresh and of good quality. This is NOT one of those 'tourist bakeries' that don't expect you to return anyway and sell you old dry goods that look nice. Highly recommend the warm cheese roll. There were even surprises like a good doughnut 🍩 with chocolate filling.

3 slices of egg, 2 slices of cucumber, 2 slices of tomato with a slice of cheese on a 30 cm roll. Do you call that a healthy sandwich? And that for 8 euros...

Good food, bad staff, unfriendly faces, being ignored. An employee with a headscarf was dancing with an employee with curly hair next to me and bumped into me while I had a hot cup of coffee on my plate, no apology whatsoever. And you have to pay one euro for the toilet as a guest.

Un trabajador masculino se me acerca para decirme que no tengo que tocar todos los bocadillos porque tienen letreros con ingredientes. En primer lugar, miré dos de ellos para 0. En segundo lugar, si estoy a punto de dejar caer 6 euros en un sándwich de queso que es más pequeño que una palma infantil, voy a comprobar si los ingredientes medio podridos dentro de ella valen mi dinero. En tercer lugar, si no quieres que la gente los toque, pon un cartel. ya que están correctamente envueltos en plástico, no estoy tocando el sándwich en sí. una persona que trabaja con F & be debe saber esto creo. Si necesita preguntar algo a un cliente, hágalo también con al menos un cuarto del respeto requerido porque solo se está avergonzando a sí mismo, señor.

Horrible service as staff as call my attention in front other customers because we leave the trays on the table, even the trays wasn’t mine, and so need to have some sign on the walls to tell the costumers to collect them trays , this place is no cheaper even charge for use the toilet we spend more then 50£ for coffee and sandwich it’s quite a lot. Anyway there’s a place I never will be back.

Es un buen sitio si quieres comer rápido y con un minimo de calidad pero si estás esperando encontrar una gran variedad de comida definitivamente este no es el lugar adecuado, solo hay bocatas y algunas pastas, como croisants o donuts. Aparte el olor a frito lo hueles hasta en el baño, a pesar de eso el personal siempre está muy atento y el servicio es inmediato.

The girl who served us was incredibly rude and very unprofessional. After asking about the payment for the bathroom, he did not tell us that later if you bought any product they would refund the price paid for going to the toilet and he tried in some way to deceive us. We were there around 10 a.m. on March 29, 2024. Firstly, we waited in line for quite a while. In my opinion, the delay wasn’t due to a long queue but rather because the cashier seemed inexperienced or slow. Secondly, the tables were not clean.

Unfortunately, the prices are really unrealistic. The quality of the food is good. They charge you extra for the plastic, even though you cannot pick some products without it (e.g. smoothies). And the worst thing about the service: they charge EVERY PERSON, no matter if they are customers or not, for using the restroom with 1€!!! One of my worst experiences in Amsterdam.

Convenient and easy. We ended up here as travellers whose hostel charges too much for breakfast. Lots of choice in food, whether you want breakfast or lunch, hot and cold options, all serve yourself. I had a pan au Chocolat with a banana and tea which came to €6.50. My partner, a bacon and avocado roll with a latte, also €6.50. This place is a little bit expensive, but you're paying the cost of convenience more than anything else. Would come back.

We arrived at night with a friend and had breakfast in the morning (tired from the journey), the waiter was anything but welcoming and asked us to leave multiple times after 30min there. This behavior is unacceptable when receiving tourists. I strongly advise against it.

I am only leaving this opinion now until the anger subsides…. We are French tourists who arrived in Amsterdam very early in the morning. We decided to go to this cafe while waiting for the city to wake up, we ordered, consumed and we were respectful with the staff. However, the waiter (who seemed to be the manager of the establishment) was very vehement towards us. I took out my laptop because I had to work that morning, the waiter accused me of taking advantage of their wifi connection for free. They made aggressive remarks to us several times, asking us to leave knowing that we were drinking (we had barely been installed for 30 minutes). This behavior is unprofessional and not worthy of an establishment manager in a city that is more touristy. First experience having just arrived in Amsterdam was extremely disappointing. I don't know if the fact that we are French tourists played a role but I strongly advise against this establishment.
