Friendly, spontaneous staff who take time for the customer

The service was friendly, but the sandwiches were poorly filled. There was no lettuce on any of them, or they were very thinly topped. A kilo of bread with only one spoonful of topping.

Opening hours are until 5pm, but several times they are already closed half an hour (or at least 20 min) before. An employee still stands there shrugging his shoulders and looking at you from behind the glass doors. Unbelievable.

Super friendly staff, extremely terrible coffee! Too bad there is no Julia's at this station...

The best döner I ate in Netherlands. I highly recommend it! *****

Only 2 stars for this Backwerk branch for 2 reasons: 1. Cash is not accepted; I don't think it's even legal. 2. More expensive than the other 2 branches in Almere.

After drinking chocolate milk (from the machine), I got a terrible stomach ache, which I normally never get. It must have been bad milk, though. But I find it awful that this can happen, and that's why I don't dare buy coffee or chocolate milk from the back office.

It's a shame the waste isn't separated. The coffee was good.

The people there don't work that helpful

I bought a Hot Sanwich Caprese and there was a small piece of plastic in it. Fortunately I didn’t swallow it!

Used to come here often but not anymore. Dirty shop where no one cleans with 4 employees. And the cheap sandwiches and coffee are now more expensive than where you are served. Don't come there anymore.
