To the Manager and Staff, I have a very poor opinion and honestly, I can’t believe what I’m seeing. Never, absolutely never, do the employees wear gloves. They grab 4 or 5 loaves of bread at once, touching their clothes in the process. One morning, i sow rdered a salmon sandwich that was prepared without gloves. The person directly touched the salmon with hands—how is this acceptable? Did you know you can transmit bacteria, pathogens, and diseases this way? For me, it’s truly unbelievable that no one has reported this before. As for the coffee—it tastes like water with milk. The coffee machine clearly hasn’t been properly calibrated in a long time. For cappuccinos, the milk is reheated every single time... I want to enjoy my coffee, not drink it with disgust. Outside, there are no ashtrays and the tables are extremely dirty. I don’t even want to imagine what it looks like behind the scenes. This message is especially directed to the manager and staff: No gloves = bacteria, pathogens, viruses.

All the products are truly of perfect quality. These stores are fantastic for people with disabilities, such as wheelchairs, walkers, and the like. A very kind lady helped me pack and check out my things. Fantastic!

We enjoyed a delicious pastry and coffee here. The staff was very welcoming, and everything was clean. I would definitely come back here again.

An okay tuna sandwich. A bit pricey and lacking in flavor, but the taste was good.

Friendly baker with very tasty bread. And the poppy seed balls are the tastiest here. Also a favorite of my children because they always get treats here.

Today [36] degrees I had a coffee and something tasty inside with the air conditioning. We would have liked a small glass of water, but that was not possible according to the employee. Had to buy a bottle, and that in a very customer unfriendly way. While nowadays you often get a glass of water on a terrace, especially if you ask. It's a bit like coffee.

We came here very often, but the price difference was just a little too often. The last time I had to pay 20 euros for something that was normally 13 euros. Didn't get enough money back and when I got home half of the order was missing. Contacted 3 times via email, no response. Of course things can go wrong, but in the store I was already treated as if I was wrong and then you don't even get a normal response even though you paid 7 euros too much. It's not about the money, but the customer friendliness is completely absent.

I have just purchased "Brood van de week - Monnikenbrood heel Nu 1,99". I did not need the whole loaf, so I asked for a half, expecting to pay 1 Euro for it. Actually I was asked to pay 1,59 or so. Very unprofessional! When I asked "waarom ik anderhalve euro moet betalen voor iets dat heel 2 euro kost?" I got the reply "voor de helft is er geen korting op". This is not stated anywhere in the shop! If the bread is 1,99, then it is not tied to the amount of bread you buy. It is not stated that if you buy less than "heel", you lose the discount. I know only one thing - you lost one regular customer that has been buying bred for years in your shop. Is it because of my accent, so you can see that I am a foreigner, so I do not understand the "rules"? Or is it because we now wear masks due to corona, so you cannot recognize your regular customer? Anyway, from today I look for my bread elsewhere. It is pity I cannot chose zero stars to rate this behavior.

its a shame that you have such great equipment for coffee making but don't train you staff properly into servicing it. Half an hour to an hour barista crashcourse would be plenty to get everyone on page!

What an unfriendly staff... I'm not going down there... If you go for a toogoodtogo, there is still time, so we wait outside and are ushered outside. Then other people are allowed in... This is the umpteenth time. This almost seems personal... I'm quite recognizable of course... Go to another store, for example Tongelresestraat, they can learn something from that.

Ridiculously customer unfriendly. Reserved a magic box via too good to go, and then pick it up well in time at the time slot. When picking up the question was asked whether we could possibly something with bread and we got a cake with the words "Yes, that's just how a magic box works.". While there was bread in every box there was, except this one. We understand that it is a "Magic box" and that we have no control over what is inside. But if as a company you deliberately do not give the box with bread, then you do not understand customer-oriented business. We see no reason to come back here anymore. Ridiculous.

Excellent bakery. Good service. Delicious pastries, flan bread and sandwiches. Absolutely recommended!!

Very disappointing, like many contemporary "real bakers" they are moving in the factory direction. Not fluffy, cake-like bread, tough crust The real baker.

If you really want delicious bread and pastries, this is the place. Friendly, accessible service, honest and fine products and beautiful interior. A place where you can feel the baker's craft.

The store was full of customers. The phone rang and the staff answered the phone to take an order. I then spoke to the staff member. Why she answered the phone when there were at least 5 people waiting. Her boss had to do this. I said that I came to them especially because they have delicious products and that they are happy with all the customers who come to their store. There was no further response. Not customer friendly at all. I wanted to get more bread... But then I went to another store to get bread.

Tasty bread, attentive staff. Participate in too good to go, where we get lots of tasty things! Easily accessible, free parking nearby on the vineyard square.
