Waited a bit too long, order arrived incorrectly. Expected more for the price you pay.

To the Manager and Staff, I have a very poor opinion and honestly, I can’t believe what I’m seeing. Never, absolutely never, do the employees wear gloves. They grab 4 or 5 loaves of bread at once, touching their clothes in the process. One morning, i sow rdered a salmon sandwich that was prepared without gloves. The person directly touched the salmon with hands—how is this acceptable? Did you know you can transmit bacteria, pathogens, and diseases this way? For me, it’s truly unbelievable that no one has reported this before. As for the coffee—it tastes like water with milk. The coffee machine clearly hasn’t been properly calibrated in a long time. For cappuccinos, the milk is reheated every single time... I want to enjoy my coffee, not drink it with disgust. Outside, there are no ashtrays and the tables are extremely dirty. I don’t even want to imagine what it looks like behind the scenes. This message is especially directed to the manager and staff: No gloves = bacteria, pathogens, viruses.

I used to pass by this store on the way to school. My go-to used to be the salmon bagel sandwich they offer. The food itself is decent, though a bit on the pricey side. But that’s not the reason I stopped coming here. What really appalled me was the service I received. I came in one day, to find no salmon bagel on the shelves. That’s fine, no big deal. I decided to wait for them to restock. After around 10-15 minutes, I realise they’re not making any, so I go to the register to ask one of the workers there. “Hey, are you making any salmon bagels?” And you know what the response I got back was? “No, we’re not making any salmon bagels right now. And, we’re not taking any requests because, *we’re* the chefs,” and she turns on her heel. I stopped going there after that. So, that’s what helped me realise it was a much better idea to make my salmon bagels at home- for 1/4 the price and 0 of the questionable customer service. Save your time, money, and energy! Make your bagels at home!

The sandwiches are good. The staff could be a bit friendlier, but it's not a big deal.

Very antisocial, not recommended. I'd find another taxi if I were you.
