Bakery Yummy in Zeeburgereiland/Nieuwe Diep

! VERY DISAPPOINTING ! There was a hair in my sandwich; this was my first experience. I subsequently contacted them, but they were not impressed by the complaint and it was handled very disappointingly.

I've never had such well-filled and tasty fries for such a price!! Really great, I also think it's very cute/nice that they have both snack bar/takeaway food and a cute coffee corner with ice cream. Furthermore, I was served by very friendly staff :)

On 25/6/2026 I got 4 scoops of ice cream at this place. I was supposed to pay €22.50 (!!!). This man is out of his mind. These aren't reasonable prices, are they? This man is ripping off his customers right in front of them; don't come here.

Pathetic, ridiculous and useless bakery. They don't care about time at all. If there was an option, I would give 0 stars. Food is not good either. You wait 2 hours and after all that you only get average food. Very bad service and complete waste of time. I will never order again and no one should. Zero sense and understanding of customer service.

Just popped in to get a cup of coffee. Turns out the prices were still from the previous owners and incorrect... so 2 cups of coffee for a few bucks extra. But unfortunately, it was truly ditch water. Tastier options nearby.

It wasn't much to begin with, but thanks to a new owner, it has now turned into a very poor-quality snack bar. The food isn't fresh; everything comes from packets and the freezer. It is also prepared in a very unhygienic manner. Furthermore, the owner is very unfriendly. He just sits smoking outside the door and then prepares your food without washing his hands. I hope this place closes soon.

The food looked pleasing on Ubereats but apon receiving my order, I was left rather extremely disappointed! I ordered the tomato soup, and by the time it arrived it was completely cold. Since there was no microwave available in the hotel room, I had no way to warm it up. The texture was also disappointing—it wasn’t smooth or creamy as expected, but more like pulpy tomato juice with what seemed to be green onions mixed in. This wasn’t mentioned on the menu, so it was unexpected and not enjoyable. I ordered a BLT to go with my soup and I was sent the wrong sandwich... I received a disappointing soggy, stringy spinach, chicken/ bacon wrap which I did not order. The lemonade was okay, a bit sweet but good. Thank goodness I also ordered a chicken ceaser sandwich because I didn't enjoy the soup or the wrong sandwich sent. I feel it was to much money for the quality of food... The sweet treats seem to be more of their specialty vrs. food.

Ordered two sandwiches, soup, and salad. The surf and turf had tough meat, though the shrimp were okay. Soup was okay but very salty; salad was soggy. You have to pay extra for a wooden spoon, there is a large TV on the wall, and you have to clear the tables yourself; wiping down the tables would be a welcome addition. Smoothies were watery (probably because they were made yesterday). Over €40 is completely disproportionate. A McDonald's restaurant is cozier, cleaner, cheaper, has toilets, and you don't have to buy cutlery.

Really tasty sandwich, good atmosphere, and very friendly service. I will definitely come back here again!

Since the new owner took over a week ago, this place has been absolutely fantastic. The owner is friendly and welcoming, the food is hygienically prepared, and the quality you get is absolutely worth the money and very affordable. Every morning and afternoon, you see long lines of students stopping by for a tasty sandwich or other delicious products. That says it all 🙌🏼❤️

I bought two spicy grilled sausage sandwiches, and I received two cold plain rolls with almost no sauce. I'm very disappointed because a few months ago, they were delicious and made with love. Now there are new staff, and they clearly don't understand how to handle food. Doner box for 8 euros, while there's another place 3 minutes away for 6.50. I'm NEVER going to Bakery Yummy again.

When you order a grilled sausage sandwich, you get one strip of sauce. If you ask for more, they immediately react angrily. NEW REVIEW BELOW I just went, and my food was just awful. I ordered a spicy grilled sausage sandwich, and I got a COLD plain grilled sausage. I'M NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I ordered online New York rolls 2pcs for €8,50. I never received them and I asked for a refund. They don’t give me any refund. I payed €8,50 for air…

I asked if I could have their Dubai Cup without chocolate, but they don't want to do that.

I've been here and the food is decent, but the lady was just smoking. She didn't wash her hands and didn't even provide a plate for me to eat from. She also didn't include all the ingredients, even though it's quite expensive. In any case, I won't be going there again. Not recommended if you don't even get a plate or anything and just have to eat from a small bag at the table.

Waiting an hour and a half for an order!!! Restaurant does not answer and request via Uber eats for information is literally ignored if you do not want to receive anything and want to throw your money away, especially order food here!

Terrible bakery and service!!! I don't recommend going there. I paid for a ridiculously small scoop of ice cream.. also the toilet was not working and the service terrible.

1 star is too much for this dirty bakery. I picked up a box with “treats”. It tasted super old and nasty. Just really dirty. I've had the urge to gag. I let my husband taste it and he also thought it was disgusting and threw it away. Never again!!!

we are always forgotten when we order something

I usually order Ice Coffee with Ice cream here, and it always consisted of ice, milk, an espresso shot and a scoop of ice cream blended together and always costs 3,5 euro. But the last time I received all the ingredients just put in the glass without any blending (thick ice cream is impossible to drink with a straw and I had to throw it away when it just mixed together with water from melted ice 😐) and was asked 5,5 for it, it was marked as “different” in the receipt. I wish the people who work here had the same understanding of the menu items

I ate an incredibly perfect sandwich here, the sandwich (grilled sausage) was royally filled and very well seasoned. In addition, it is one of the few places where you can get a large sandwich for €3.50. I recommend everyone to come here for something to eat!!

Cozy bakery with unusual assortiment

Simit is delicious, it is very tasty. The borek can be a bit more salty.

Expected it to be a bakery bakery 🫣 but its pretty random.. the sucuk sandwich was okay.. nothing added to the sandwich just the baguette and the pieces of meat. Would be nice if they made it more special & fresh if they added some lettuce or cucumbers??? Personnel is friendly.

Sorry, but this is everything but a bakery. I picked up some pastries but they tasted like they were fresh from the freezer. Also the ‘supposed to be’ tiramisu cake is not even getting near the Italian delicatesse. I really hope they choose for high quality pastries and bread in stead of the stuff they sell now.
