What a fantastic experience! The best baked goods, all handmade and without preservatives. The taste... simply delicious. The quality, outstanding. And a very nice and friendly employee who happily shared information about the bakery. If you have the chance, you should definitely stop by and let yourself be enchanted by the taste, but also by the passion with which they bake. Here, craftsmanship is still taken literally.

Fantastic pastries, whether savory like the cheese and onion roll or sweet like the Pain Suisse. Highly recommended.

My god, this was delicious. We came three days in a row for breakfast pastries. A must if you are in Haarlem for even a brief amount of time!

I went to pick up a Too Good to Go, hoping for a bakery that reminded me of home. The smell of the bread was amazing, the variety of products, and the focaccia was super soft. Delicious products, it will definitely become my go-to bakery 😍

Delicious bread. I came late in the day when there were no loaves left, and your man fetched some from the freezer. It was very good! So nice.

We took that bun and an apple pie. The pie is amazing and not too sweet at all. The mix of flavors is perfect. Next time I’ll try the pecan one. Young and friendly staff.

The bread is absolutely fantastic, and the prices are too. The ciabatta is delicious, and I often take it home after a visit to Mabrouk for some tasty spreads. Perhaps one area for improvement: sometimes it's hard to see if you're open. And it's a bit dark inside. From outside, when you quickly walk past, you can't really see what breads you have.

Rude/“Dutch” customer service - impersonal and actively unfriendly. The sourdough is passable - half the weight of sourdoughs I would normally buy in good bakeries in London.

My favorite things here are the baguettes, the chocolate croissants, and the raisin buns. There's a wide selection of "regular" bread, and there's something for everyone. There are also specials on Fridays. UPDATE: My absolute favorite is actually the plain whole wheat bread. There's no bread slicing machine. And for good reason, because the tastiest slice of bread is the one you cut yourself. Slice by slice, until the last bit is left. Just make sure you have a fresh loaf of bread ready from this bakery...

This is a REAL bakery. 100% authentic, baked in-house. Not as many choices as a general bakery, but quality over quantity.

Just here to support my favorite bread place. I'm a local Haarlemmer, and am looking forward to the weekend so I can buy my favourite bread here. They don't always have what you want because they bake in batches, but everything is delicious so it doesn't really matter. The baguette is fantastic. Love the multiseed bread. They're an honest business.

Delicious onion & cheese focaccia (€2,75)! Very well baked and proofed (big air pockets inside) and caramelized cheese and onions. Definitely a place to go back and try more of their products :-)

Echt fantastische bakker met t lekkerste brood van Haarlem. Ambachtelijk gebakken door een bakker die weet wat hij bakt. Alles op basis van slow food dus zonder gist. Inmiddels flink assortiment en wat verder uitgebreid zak worden aldus dus bakker Roland.

Eindelijk een uitstekende bakker gevonden. Met afstand het beste brood van Haarlem. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kortom: alleen maar nog brood van bakken & bikken voor mij!
