Bakker Koning in Wijk 02 Volendam

A wonderful bakery worth visiting! 🥐 The pastries are fresh and delicious, and the smell of freshly baked bread fills the place. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend trying their croissants and traditional Dutch pastries — they’re perfect with a cup of coffee! ☕💛

We tried Stroopwafels but they were served pre-cooked and ice cold like a joke, they did not taste good at all, we did not like them.

I discovered this wonderful bakery last December... I was blown away by their blueberry muffins. I returned to the Netherlands again this year, but I hadn't been able to stop by in the past few months. Today I finally got to try their delicacies again. It took me an hour and a half to drive, but it was worth it. I'll be back!
