Late Saturday afternoon they didn't have much left but what they had were delicious sandwiches

We tried Stroopwafels but they were served pre-cooked and ice cold like a joke, they did not taste good at all, we did not like them.

The 2 In 1 - De Nieuwe Bakkerij on the Zeestraat in Volendam is without a doubt the best bakery in - to be honest - the Netherlands! Bread is of excellent quality, e.g. pan white or Tuscany bread, bran bread or sunflower seed bread. Of course, there are also all kinds of cookies, such as the tasty peanut cookies, many packs of which have been eaten here, uhh... And flipping of course. Ice cream is sold on the right side of the store. The ladies are always cordial and service-oriented, even to 'jackets' like me. Would love to come there, every year!

A wonderful bakery worth visiting! 🥐 The pastries are fresh and delicious, and the smell of freshly baked bread fills the place. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend trying their croissants and traditional Dutch pastries — they’re perfect with a cup of coffee! ☕💛
