The first and last time! Owner very rude and disrespectful in his manner of communicating. When I asked if I could pay an extra 10 euros by card when purchasing a product... that was possible. He didn't seem interested, but then went ahead and agreed himself. Dude, no is also an answer. After this, in the presence of 2 other customers, you get asked in a condescending tone if I see a bank written anywhere? No, right? According to him, it was a bakery. After this, the gentleman simply throws my extra 10 euros that I paid by card onto the counter and screams furiously that this is the last time and otherwise I don't need to come back. Based on your disgusting way of communicating, I wouldn't even dare take a bite of a loaf of bread made with your own hands.

I regularly come here to get a healthy baguette. Thanks to the always cheerful lady and gentleman behind the counter, I walk home satisfied a little later, knowing that this time the baguette will be delicious too.

Today I bought two delicious loaves of bread from Willem at the Saturday market, and everything he said about them is true... delicious bread with lots of flavor. We're usually in Delft on Thursdays, which is also a nice day to visit, but now we know where the shop is. Willem was nice, he had a good sales pitch, and until next time, Anja Frank from Rotterdam, but you can't help that 🍀🍷

The lady at the shop greeted me with 0 respect ~ I was browsing at the different things to see what I want to buy, then after LESS THAN A MINUTE she asked me aggressively if I’m going to buy something or not. I assume this to be a racially charged behaviour from this woman towards me because I was VERY kind to her to begin with !

Rude to my friend who visited! Your a bakery just be nice! Don’t need to bring your personal discriminations into it! Eww
