Beautiful display cases with a wide selection of real fresh Limburg flans in 3 different sizes. The taste was exquisite.

A waste of calories; looks tasty, but was really disappointing. Nut cake bone dry, looks like it was a few days old? Peach tart way too sweet. No prices visible. The lady wasn't very hospitable. Seemed to have lost interest by the end of the day. Paid 9 euros for 2 slices of cake. I won't be going back here.

Got a delicious vlaai (half) on the recommendation of a gentleman who works at De Bongerd. They also have delicious frikandelbroodjes without curry here, and I really recommend the sausage rolls.

It wasn't real flan, but something very tasty! Super soft with a delicious cream. If you like fluffy cakes, I recommend this cake!

Large bakery with friendly service and delicious rice and pudding pies

On the last day of our weekend in Valkenburg, we picked up some pie here to take home. The staff are friendly and the pies are delicious. Absolutely recommended!

As a child, I liked crumble pudding the most. I thought that as a 54-year-old idiot, I would find rice pudding better. Haha, crumble pudding is still better! The bakery is 5 stars. Not every bakery sells crumble pudding pies.

The most delicious pies, pastries, bread, etc. in Valkenburg and the surrounding area! Always a beautifully presented counter and incredibly fresh products. Every time I'm in the area, I can't resist buying something. It's so delicious!

Wonderful cherry pie. Family eats at least two large ones a week when we're here.

Small bakery with good products. Been coming here for years. Only, I've never encountered such rude staff. They look down on customers. When customers walk in, they have to say "good morning," the ladies look up confused and say nothing. It's the same story when they leave. It's almost laughable, the live performances of Carol from Little Britain. Take a good look, ladies, and then look in the mirror; maybe you'll laugh too!

The pie was delicious. The friendliness of the staff could be better.

After many years, still our go-to baker whenever we stay in Valkenburg. Highly recommended!

Got two delicious large pies and two smaller ones. They were fantastic! Lovely shop with friendly staff.

Bought a tart with apricot and cherries. Unfortunately, it wasn't to our liking at all, and we didn't eat it. We've never had a tart with so little flavor. It's a shame we paid so much for it.

I could only try 1 pie because the others were swamped with wasps. I know wasps are natural in summer hut the pies can be kept covered. Only bakery that had so so many wasps. Hygiene needs a big upgrade

Very nice and neat place where we had a delicious pie and despite us taking our time the staff was very friendly the only downside was that there were some wasps that were attracted to all the sweets but they can't do much about that either really recommended

The flavor was good, but some of it wasn't very fresh. The bottoms of the strawberry pies should be crispy, but unfortunately, the mini cherry pie wasn't really crispy either.

We had delicious pies. The lady was also kind enough to top them with extra whipped cream. Definitely recommended. Greetings from Groningen.

Friday, July 4, 2025. Cute little bakery. I called ahead to order 4 small pies. I picked up the order on the day of my return trip. The order was neatly packaged. And the pies taste delicious 👍🏻

Very unfriendly saleswoman: doesn't even look at the customer. She also doesn't know what's in her own products and can't show a list of ingredients. That's really not possible in 2025. And that calls itself a 'bakery'

Delicious Cakes and other treats

The flan and bread were very tasty and we thought it was good value for money. The service was friendly enough, but could have been a bit more cheerful/hearty. The store looks very neat and modern.

After our disappointing experience at Hotel Hostellerie in Valkenburg, we went looking for breakfast. We ended up at Geurten and it really is a great company to have breakfast here! Everything well taken care of and friendly people, only praise from us

Delicious pies, but less atmosphere

So buy a Limburg pie in Limburg. We went for a rice pie without whipped cream and an apricot pie with some sort of foam. Both super tasty, the apricots nice and fresh, very surprising

Visit in July 2024 when I got a little hungry... Very tasty Vlaai in different variations outside of the usual Rijstevlaai, the other baked goods also seemed very tempting. The lady behind the counter was very friendly, the packaging of the baked goods in the small box inside the bag was really snack-friendly. The Vlaai were plastered on the benches in front of the church diagonally opposite. Fallen crumbs were immediately cleaned up by white pigeons.

Beautiful store. It's not just a bakery, but more of a delicatessen and it all looks very attractive. Truly a store where you want to take a look around and where it is almost impossible to go home empty-handed.

Good bakery with good pies. You notice that it is still really fresh when you come in, even if it is already 11:00. Also plenty of options at later times. In short, highly recommended for fresh sandwiches.

Great baker, ordered three pies at 8:30 in the morning before the end of the day. Unfortunately, at the end of the day they had set aside another pie, but I chose another one, luckily there was another pie that we wanted. Great bakery, tasty pies. Quite pricey.

Super baker. It doesn't matter what you buy... Bread, pie, cockscomb, miserable, mini pie, coconut triangle.... it's all super fresh and delicious!

Ik was hier met mijn schoonzus. We stonden netjes te wachten om vlaai mee te nemen naar huis. Terwijl mijn schoonzus door een hele vriendelijke dame geholpen werd die alle vlaaien helemaal uitlegde kwam ik aan de beurt bij een andere medewerkster. Ik wilde graag 1 stukje vlaai meenemen maar dat kon helaas niet. Er werd mij verteld dat ik wel een halve vlaai mocht kopen en als ik 1 los stukje wilde ik die in de lunchroom kon gaan eten. Ik vond het jammer dat de dame zo reageerde. Uiteindelijk heb ik alsnog 1 stukje vlaai uit de lunchroom meegekregen. Ik was benieuwd of er nog meer smaken waren omdat ik deze voor mijn gezin mee wilde nemen en kreeg als antwoord “je kan niet altijd alles hebben”. Ik vind het jammer dat een medewerkster zo tegen klanten spreekt. Wel wil ik mijn complimenten geven aan de andere medewerkster zij was zeer vriendelijk.

De vlaai en de koffiekoeken waren heerlijk, maar ik kocht ook een saucijzenbroodje en dat was gewoon een broodje van 1 of 2 dagen ervoor, niet te eten dus

Van alles en nog wat meegenomen en echt alles was lekker 👌 Tevens was het personeel net voor sluitingstijd nog steeds vriendelijk en behulpzaam 👍

Het zag er allemaal erg smakelijk uit!

Limburgse gastvrijheid is ver te zoeken bij dit bedrijf. Ik sta vanochtend netjes op mijn beurt te wachten en terwijl ik bijna aan de beurt ben komt er een lokale mevrouw binnen die gelijk in het Limburgs tegen de zojuist beschikbaar gekomen medewerkster begint te praten en gelijk geholpen wordt. Nou zo groot is deze winkel niet dat je als klant maar vooral als medewerkster niet het overzicht hebt wie er aan de beurt is. Ik ben niet de persoon om dan in de winkel een scene te schoppen maar ben de winkel direct uitgelopen maar hier wordt je klaarblijkelijk als inwoner van Valkenburg direct geholpen ondanks dat je niet aan de beurt bent. Dan koop ik de vlaai wel in een winkel waar men wel oog heeft voor gastvrijheid.

Tripje Valkenburg en omgeving. Langs deze bakker geweest. Wat Limburgse broden, brood bollen/punten, hartige/zoete snacks en vlaai gehaald. Alles was vers en super lekker!! Een goede bakker en kwaliteit tegen goede prijzen!

Een parel in Valkenburg, hier moet je zijn voor o.a. vlaaien, beter wordt het niet.

Als wij in Limburg zijn rijden we altijd speciaal naar deze bakker. De allerlekkerste vlaaien!!!

Heerlijke vlaai gekocht! een van de beste vlaai(en) die ik ooit heb geprobeerd (goeie vlaaien bestaan helaas niet in Amsterdam) ik kom hier zeker vaker om een puntje te halen!

Top bakkerij met uitstekende en eerlijke producten voor een eerlijke prijs. Hoe goed??? Ik woon dichtbij Bergen op Zoom. Als maar enigszins in de buurt van Valkenburg ben bestel ik een selectie van producten bij Geurten .

Producten en vlaaien zien er heerlijk uit. Blij verrast dat de Bakker op zondag ipen is. Dus na een weekendje weg, heerlijke vlaaitjes meegenomen naar huis

Heerlijke vlaaitjes gegeten. We waren met een groepje en wilde graag diverse smaken proeven en we konden toen kiezen uit verschillende vlaaitjes die netjes doormidden werden gesneden zodat we van alles konden proeven...hmmm heerlijk

Excellent bakery downtown Valkenburg

Heerlijke Limburgse vlaai meegenomen. Veel keuzes met lekkere smaken. Groot goed gevuld en lekker!

Heerlijk vers brood. Ruim assortiment aan gebak en vlaaien. Vriendelijk personeel.

Vriendelijke medewerkers die mij fijn hebben geholpen met het uitzoeken van heerlijk verse vlaai en streekgebak

Heerlijke pistoletjes, croissants gekocht hier 😋 Er is ook een heel uitgebreid gamma aan diverse broden en lekkere gebakjes,..!! Aanrader!

Na twee dagen Kerstmarkt kan je natuurlijkniet thuiskomen zonder een echte Limburgse vlaai. Op advies naar Bakkerij Geurten gegaan. Ben fan van de appel-kruimelvlaai, maar zoals ze hier gemaakt worden, heb ik ze nog nooit gegeten!

Heerlijke bonbons. Verschillende smaken en stuk voor stuk even lekker.

De die ik heb gehaald is Geweldig lekker veel beter dan die rommel in amsterdam.

De vlaaien hier zijn altijd heerlijk en vandaag hebben ze speciaal voor mij de Helena-vlaai gemaakt. Beter kan het niet😁

Ze verkopen hier helaas (ook vlak voor sluitingstijd) alleen hele of halve vlaaien. Leuk als je alleen een stukje wil. Ook is het niet klantvriendelijk om met een andere klant te praten terwijl ze jou helpen. P.S. zelf zou ik handschoenen aantrekken als je met etenswaar bezig bent. In kersenvlaaien tref je ook pitten aan, voor deze prijsklasse kan dat niet.

Geweldige vlaaien. Eén ster minder omdat de verkoopster het nodig vond om out-of-the-blue haar niet al te positieve observatie over vegetariërs te delen nadat ik vroeg het kaasbroodje apart van het saucijzenbroodje te verpakken. Jammer.

Prima croissants en de koffie is niet top. Dit is een leuk bakkerijtje maar niet eentje die alles zelf bakt.

Heerlijke vlaai gegeten! Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie zaak.
