I found this bakery to be very pleasant and atmospheric when I arrived. A friendly lady gave me a quick chat. I bought a sausage roll.

I ordered a cheese croissant a year ago and it had the aftertaste of vanilla pudding with every bite so probably the silicone oven mats were not washed the service was then on their toes when I brought it back and asked for my money back well I was there a week or so ago and asked for espresso the lady said “I only have regular coffee and cappuccino” so I ask for a cappuccino without milk she says a regular coffee so 🤯 sorry but if you don't have espresso you don't have a cappuccino but just coffee with milk If only it was Jos Rood who didn't just call things something

Employee had not understood that we wanted the sandwiches warm. But was visibly irritated that we still wanted them warmed up. After 10 minutes fortunately tasty sandwiches, But service could be better!

On September 8th, at 5:45 p.m., the person working fired this woman. She was unfriendly, rude, and terribly rude. This is the second time I've encountered this. I won't be going there again.

It was super fun and the staff were super friendly and the cakes were really delicious. Definitely go there if you are celebrating a birthday.
