Patisserie A. C. De Boer in Zuid

Bad pastries, never had a problem, but unfortunately, they were old today, so I sold them to myself. I let four people try them, and they all tasted the same... old pastries with a dried-out crust. I've been buying pastries here for as long as I can remember, but I've never had anything like this. Any tips? Never sell old junk to your customers as fresh, or your reputation will quickly go to waste. No more pastries from A.C. de Boer for me.

After the terrible service last time (carrying cake out the door with my arms full, no help with the door: the cake fell. Nothing: "Oh how annoying, can I put a dollop of whipped cream on it to make it presentable?" - just ignored). I bought another cake today. "No, this cake isn't frozen," said the young man at the counter. When I got home, I cut the cake: it was frozen! Ugh, such a shame. The cakes are otherwise delicious.

Ordered wedding cake from A.C. De Boer. Really fantastic service! The cake was beautiful, more beautiful than I had dared to imagine - a naked cake, on a wooden platform with real flowers according to our wishes. It was a delicious filling. They indicate in advance: anything you want, anything is possible. They put words into words, we had a unique question: lavender-white chocolate with strawberry pieces. We were allowed to taste in advance, they listened fantastically to our feedback and the cake was absolutely delicious!! The delivery on location went so smoothly that we didn't notice anything at all. The cake was just there, and completely perfect. As far as I'm concerned, it couldn't have gone better. Classy service from Patisserie A.C. De Boer!
