Bakkerij Paulissen in Wijk 04 Buitenwijk Oost

It is such a shame that you don't have the large bakery breakfast at this location. Only the small one. Could you add the large breakfast? Sometimes it is made for me, but often not. That would be really nice. Otherwise, a beautiful bakery.

Very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast, highly recommended!

I waited way too long before I was helped. 30 minutes to get two white rolls and a chocolate croissant... It's not convenient when you have a sandwich shop where everyone has a break for lunch and there's only one person making sandwiches AND tending the shop. There goes the lunch break.

Enjoying a coffee in a quiet place!

After waiting half an hour for two healthy sandwiches, I decided to leave. The employee also scolded me.

Freshly made, large sandwiches, small area to eat outside, very nice experience!

Today I visited Witte Vrouwenveld and decided to have a sandwich at Bakkerij Paulissen. What a pleasant surprise! Not only was the sandwich delicious — fresh, tasty and prepared with care — but the warm hospitality was also immediately noticeable. You feel welcome from the first moment. Are you in the area? Then treat yourself to a short break and step into Bakkerij Paulissen. Be surprised by the quality, the atmosphere and the genuine friendliness. Highly recommended! Ger Coolen Maastricht

Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and delicious sandwiches and coffee.

Good nice business. Excellent products. 2 friendly staff man young lady. Young guests were friendly. 2 sausage rolls and 2 half flax Top

Delicious bread and a wide selection, and the pies are also delicious. The sandwiches aren't cheap, but they're well-filled. The opening days and hours are also very generous for a bakery. Personally, I find it a shame—or rather, I'm just complaining—that you can't have your rice pie topped with whipped cream in the store—it kind of lacks the artisanal touch.

bought three delicious mega-fresh pies this morning apricot cherries and the very best, the apple with almond sprinkles on top compliments to the nice young man who helped me

Good bread from Monday to Thursday, buy 4, pay 3 and delicious pie!

Fantastic sandwich with bacon, coleslaw, tomato, cucumber and lettuce in a delicious brown roll

You really get value for your money, friendly staff and the truth is that what you buy is VERY tasty, both pastries, pies and bread, rolls, etc., etc. Keep up the good work Bakery Paulissen👍👍👍❤️💚💛

Delicious cup of coffee with stroopwafel while waiting for freshly baked rolls

The tastiest sausage rolls in Limburg!

Delicious currant buns. Tasty sandwiches. For each his own.

The best bakery!! Everything is fresh and delicious!!

Absolutely nice employees. I had warm meals there twice. We recommend!

Top baker. Delicious bread, pastries and pie!

Had an apricot tart, Not bad, I haven't tasted anywhere else

The savoury pastries here are so gooooood!!!

Delicious bread and pie and friendly service. Been coming here for years!!!

I have been a loyal customer for years and am still very satisfied with the quality, the wide range and the friendly staff.

Beautiful new renovated shop. Nice staff

Very nice store, wide choice. And super fresh and delicious.

Everything I've tried is delish. Love it

Go get sandwiches more often. Delicious Service is top notch, looks very neat and tidy.

Loyal customer so nothing to complain about quality. It was annoying that 2 out of 5 customers were not wearing a face mask and nothing was said about it.

Flan with corona. The pie of the day is open and exposed on the counter. If you ask for another one you will be looked at strangely. But let's take a look at the other Paulissen

Normally good sandwiches but today something was missing.. no onions, super stingy with the sauce. Plus on the plate all sandwiches were €4.5, but it was more expensive and everything was missing

Sandwiches were generously filled, just a pity that the cappucino was a bit weak. Could have been a coincidence.

Friendly staff and lovely bread... bit more pricey than the supermarket, but who cares when the quality is so much better. Support local business like your local butcher and baker!

Healthy options for a good day starting!

Today my mother (86) came into the shop because she had won two vouchers. My mother greeted, but no response from the employee (too busy with the cash register?). Then treated rather sullenly and unfriendly (exchanging a few friendly sentences in an otherwise empty place is apparently no longer an option these days...). And to top it all off, an insanely high bill. What a mockery!

The sandwiches taste just as good as the dialect ;)

Good bread, and not expensive. Sometimes it is busy, but that is also fun.

Very friendly staff and tasty sandwiches
