Arrived 3 minutes before closing time. I needed a sandwich and a drink, but I didn't get anything because they were "closed," which was sad. Open is open. It's always like that, she said.

Always fresh bread, super convenient drive-through and friendly service – definitely recommended!

It's always fun to get sandwiches here, even if you have to. If you're a kid, you often get a free sandwich to eat; the bread is truly delicious. 🤤

It's a fine bakery but unfortunately the products are not handmade.

Despite the time I waited, they gave me a half frozen bread loaf.

Delicious sandwiches and coffee

I approached Bakkerij Paulissen with the hopeful heart of a pastry lover craving buttery bliss. Midday, prime croissant hour, wallet in hand, dreams in tow. I walked out with what looked like golden perfection—but alas, looks can be deceiving. The croissant? Dryer than my sense of humor after three Zoom meetings. I took a bite and nearly triggered a puff pastry sandstorm. For the price, I was expecting flaky, buttery magic. What I got was more “desert expedition” than Parisian delight. It’s as if the croissants spent the morning reflecting on life under a heat lamp, questioning their existence. Crunchy? Yes. Moist? No. Satisfying? Only if you enjoy chewing regrets. Do better, Paulissen. My taste buds are still in therapy.

Nice to have a copy of coffee with a sandwich or a nice piece of custard

My girlfriend comes here especially to buy the delicious apple turnovers.

Instead of the hotel breakfast, we had a small breakfast here. It's nice to sit and have some peace and quiet, separated by a product shelf. We would be the only two seated guests. Price-wise, like everywhere else these days, proud. But would come back.

The tastiest vanilla waffles in Maastricht

Very disappointed. 7.50 for a sandwich with 2 tablespoons of egg salad but kilos of lettuce on it. Or make the sandwiches cheaper or have better toppings. Often bought a sandwich somewhere, but never seen anything as poor as this.

I think the staff is very important, lately I no longer see the familiar employees. And the new forces are too businesslike. I long for the warmth of that time!

We come here for a sandwich every week. Today there are 3 behind the counter and 1 person at the sandwiches. After waiting at least 10 minutes and the three ladies were still looking at what they had gathered together. Did I ask if someone would help me?? Well, it couldn't be more arrogant, so we won't come here anymore. PS: Too bad we're going to miss these delicious sandwiches.

2 whole wheat loaves for 8 euros. Pretty hefty for my budget. Excellent quality and friendly service! Sometimes buy there to support the local entrepreneur, but... Increasingly difficult due to increasingly higher costs and lower income..

Worthless baker, I have now bought 2x Bosche bol, 1 pat of dry dough, very dry. You have to look for the whipped cream with a thick layer of unappetizing chocolate around it. I will never buy here again, so it is better to buy it at Aldi if you are looking for a nice baker who makes everything fresh. has friendly staff then you should go to LEKKERBEK in VERY SUPER

Stood at the kassa for nearly 10 mins while one worker was whistling ignoring me. While the other lady was making sandwiches. Not one person acknowledged me to even say. Il be with you in a moment. Three ignorant old women. I'm not surprised. Tacky.

Food is fine but what unfriendly service. You can grab your own sandwich and coffee even though you are sitting at a table, pay immediately and they will let you withdraw without showing the amount. When I asked to show the amount first, she started whining, "You'll see later," but I want to see what I'm pinning first. I had to ask 3 times to see it first. Despite the tasty sandwich the last time here.

Kom zowel hier in daalhof als in Malberg. Vriendelijk personeel, dagelijks vers brood en als je meteen in de ochtend gaat heb je kans dat het brood nog lekker warm is... mooie nieuwe winkels en een ruime keuze aan aanbod.

Altijd heel tevreden over het brood en broodjes die ik hier koop. De vooraf bestelde donuts mocht ik bij de bestelling (3 dagen eerder) niet aan de aanbiedingsprijs betalen, dus betaalde ik de orginele prijs. Op de afgesproken dag van afhalen van de betaalde donuts, waren ze nog aan de aanbiedingsprijs.

Cosy bakery where I had latte macchiato with croissant. Everything was delicious and the store staff is kind and makes your day better. The interior is clean and the walls have nice portrait emphasising the shop's history which makes the vibe more pleasant and special.

Haal altijd brood van gister. Is nog lekker vers, maar wel goedkoper. Vriendelijk personeel. Je kunt er ook koffie krijgen al dan niet met gebak of broodje. In de zomer lekker op terras zitten.Als het kouder wordt binnen Q er code verplicht laten zien bij o.a. toiletgebruik. Toiletgebruik alleen bij nuttigen consumptie.

Goede, kwalitatieve broodjes, vlaaien enz. Zeker de vlaaien zijn heel lekker. Vriendelijk personeel.

Paulissen Daalhof: Vriendelijk personeel, héérlijke broodjes en gebak. Croissants zijn super. Véél variatie. Paulissen Voltaplein: Weinig keuze, weinig personeel, géén prettige zaak.
