Het ontbijt was prijs-kwaliteitverhouding goed. Alleen mogen ze wat meer aan de schoonmaak doen. De tafeltjes waren niet schoon, flink wat stof op de lampen dus qua hygiëne is er toch werk aan de winkel. Personeel mag wat vriendelijker zijn qua bediening. Verder een goede locatie voor goed brood,vlaai en ontbijt.

Pretty disappointing croissant and pain au chocolat for a sunday morning 10am visit. Evidently one or two days old. Cold, hard and not fresh. Expected more TBH. The girl at that counter was super friendly tho.

one of the worst bakery i have been to in Netherlands. Spinach and egg is full of water! she first gave a wrong order… the taste was awful, we through it in the bin!

Today I ordered two egg and bacon sandwiches, along with two bottles of Green Ice Tea. Total bill: €23. Unfortunately, the quality was completely out of proportion to the price. The sandwich itself consisted of one (!) boiled egg, sliced, and a few slices of bacon – truly poor value for the price.

After a night in Maastricht, I picked up some fresh, delicious mini pies on the way home. They were truly delicious!

Gezellige bakkerij in winkelcentrum Stein. Heel vriendelijk en attent personeel. Heerlijk gebak en koffie.Personeel heel aardig behulpzaam en attent.

Er kunnen geen vlaaien besteld worden in de winkels moet online triest net ouderen die niet kunnen omgaan met computers mensen zijn de deur uitgelopen, gaan naar een andere bakker

Amazing stuff! Had their cheese and olive bread once, went back the next day to get more. They have a lot of fresh bread and sweets, including vlaai. They only have one pie out for vlaai, so maybe not the best to grab a slice. Regardless, great bread and a must go!

Came for breakfast and there was a very impolite woman working. She made a mistake of giving bacon to the previous customer -a foreigner with not so good english who said that doesnt eat ham. When the customer came to say that they said no ham, she replied very impolitely that she asked what they wanted and they chose bacon and egg .. After i bought a sandwich with what felt like a couple of days old bread. Very poor food quality and service

I tried the cherry, apricot and rice pie. They were all really really good. Highly recommend

Al igual que con muchas ciudades, es muy difícil resistirse a una panadería de primera clase con excelentes panes y pasteles, y Paulissen se ajusta a la ley. Muy, muy buenos panecillos dulces. También hay un servicio agradable para sentarse. Si te descompones y obtienes pastelería mientras estás en Maastricht, este es el lugar para hacerlo.

Great bakery with lovely staff. We visited Maastricht for a convention and wanted to try some local baking goods. The lady behind the counter was very patient with us and very helpful. She is originally from Poland. Can recommend while you are in town or waiting for your train

Until now, I have always been able to order a soft sandwich. Suddenly it's no longer possible. I have no idea what the reason for this is. I received the answer that we are not allowed to deviate from the map. I buy soft rolls. But even that could not be invested. So no more Paulissen sandwiches for me.

I bought 2 mochas to take away. We placed them on a cardboard box then in a paper bag???? Here is the result just arrived at home. Never again!!

Waren heute Morgen in der Bäckerei und haben 2 Kaffee und 2 Stück Kuchen bestellt. Die Dame, die uns bedient hat, fasste mit Ihren Fingern Geldscheine, Münzen und auch den Kuchen mit an. Kein Handschuh, kein Tortenheber, nein dort wird die nackte Hand benutzt, um die 2 Stück Kuchen von der Tortenplatte auf die 2 Teller zu tun. Fast das gesamte Personal und auch eine Chefin / Chef sahen dabei zu und sagten nichts. Wir beide waren auch so schockiert, dass wir kein Wort herausbrachten. Anscheinend gibt es in den Niederlanden keine Hygienevorschriften oder diese werden in dieser Bäckerei nicht eingehalten. Wir jedenfalls können hier absolut keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Hygiene regulations? Went to the bakery this morning and ordered 2 coffees and 2 pieces of cake. The lady who served us touched banknotes, coins and also the cake with her fingers. No gloves, no cake server, no, the bare hand is used to put the 2 pieces of cake from the cake plate onto the 2 plates. Almost the entire staff and also a boss watched and said nothing. Both of us were so shocked that we couldn't say a word. Apparently there are no hygiene regulations in the Netherlands or they are not followed in this bakery. In any case, we cannot make any recommendations here.

People consume something and in dire need they go to the toilet that is defective. Very annoying and unacceptable because they are obliged to provide customers with a toilet facility. Please do something about this.

Delicious bread! We went to Maastricht for a day and ordered 12 loaves of bread for the 4=3 promotion on Thursday. But due to an error, only 10 loaves were available. We still got 3 out of 10 for free. Kudos for this neat solution!

This bakery is so nicely decorated! So cozy and fun! But what matters is of course all the goodies! Especially the delicious pies and pastries and you can also drink nice coffee there and I saw that they make very tasty sandwiches! And they also have croissants! Absolutely great!!

The only real bakery in Wycker Brugstraat, quite a busy street, they have everything except croissants, the most basic thing you can sell and what you expect to find at a bakery. The next closest is the Albert Heijn, and you don't go there to buy fresh croissants. Very disappointing, it takes little effort to sell croissants.

Hygiene can be improved. The clerk will take the bread with bare hands, and there are also bees dipping the bread. The flow in the store is a bit complicated. Limburger pies cannot be sold in slices, only small ones.

I ate a club sandwich and drank a coffee. It was freshly prepared and really tasty. I can only recommend it. Just take a quick break when you're in Maastricht. Not far from the train station on the left when walking into town.

As a baker, it seems to me that you know how to bake croissants. Tip of the day: this could be a lot lighter & also add some salt, they are very bland.

Super bad service, I just wanted to know if they had rojsten pie so I wouldn't have to stand in line for nothing. when you ask you get the answer "I'm helping someone else" with a super arrogant tone and the other person was eating out of his nose

What a beautiful bakery with a sit in area through the back. The staff serving us were lovely and very helpful considering I had a few questions. We had tea and two strawberry tarts which were to die for. They tasted amazing.

A good chain bakery where products are baked daily at a central bakery and delivered across the chain. Good selection, average prices, tables available. Large selection of bread. Convenient location for those arriving in the city by train or bus, just on the way to the center. I recommend .

I was in Maastricht on Friday December 15 and by chance I walked past their display case and saw those delicious mini pies. I went in and bought several pies. They were all super tasty and the ladies also helped me well.

A good place to take-out tasty pastry, and bring it home. The store logistics is a bit confusing for someone who doesn't know what to expect - it's self-service (mostly), the customer service seems minimal. We tried the raisin bun and vlaair (typical limburg pie).

Panino vegetariano eccellente, verdure freschissime e pane fragrante. Offre ampia scelta dal dolce al salato. Per risparmiare si può mangiare qui tranquillamente
