Bar & Brasserie Water in Rotterdam Centrum

I really don't know how they do job five star hotel doesn't know how to talk to customers . Google says 5 star hotel but their staff behavior 0star and also food was worst price was high When went first I couldn't sit down and asked me right way what food to I want to order, I said I am waiting my two friends,2 sec later again asked me so rude way what do I want to order , ** We asked can we change the table. They said no, Where most of table is empty however *We have to drive so we ask one lady can we take the food to Take way please she said NO we heard it for the first time life then we ask another girl she gave it box , How is possible such a worst grisly behavior ,honestly have no clue, I would No recommend,don’t go ,if you don’t spoil your day ,I am calling the attention to authority please do educate your staff little more thanks for making our day waste of day waste of money waste of energy

We had a full day walking through Rotterdam and visited Markthal before visiting this place that was opposite the cruise terminal. It had a few choices of cuisine including Vietnamese, a dim sum stall, a fried chicken stall, a stall selling cold meat and a few others. It has plenty of seating and a couple of bars to serve the thirsty customers. Worth a visit.

A great location for a bite to eat or a drink! We received a very warm welcome and the service was excellent. The location is ideal for a quick bite to eat before taking a boat tour, for example. Mooi uitzicht op de Erasmusbrug. Aardige medewerkers. Veel keuze op de menukaart. Leuke zitjes. Zit leuk op de hoek

Overpriced, the meat (boerderij hoen) was dry and the vegetables were over cooked. Fries were great, but so are the fries at most snackbars... In addition the portion is very small. Fries again were plenty though not balanced with the rest of the meal. Waiting staff is fine but should probably react a little different when a customer tells the meal was dry (instead of " oh")

We got a room which was not properly cleaned. We requested a different table to the riverside which needed to be cleaned up first, it was ok but we had to wait. Also we were still waiting for the menu card while we were starving for food. Meanwhile, 3 out of the 5 waiters were just chitchatting and doing nothing. After some more waiting, we decided to leave. We didn't eat here, but we won't be coming back. No thank you.

Buenos cócteles. servicio lento Tienen mesas dispuestas en las ventanas para cenar. Hubiera sido genial si dividen la sección para que puedas sentarte en un sofá junto a la ventana. También necesitan mis sofás cómodos. Si buscas un lugar para tomar una copa. . . las bebidas estaban bien!

Het eten in dit restaurant is gewoon goed tot uitstekend te noemen. We hebben hier 2x gegeten een keer van de kaart en een keer het oudejaarsbuffet. Helaas wordt de lijn van het hotel doorgezet ik het restaurant qua personeel. Hiermee bedoel ik dat er niet echt naar je geluisterd wordt en men op een paar positieve uitzonderingen na niet lijkt te willen begrijpen dat zij er voor de klant zijn en niet andersom. Daarnaast stoort het mij dat sommige de Nederlandse taal niet machtig zijn waardoor je gedwongen wordt in het Engels te communiceren ik weet dat dit vaker elders ook gebeurt maar blijf dat vreemd vinden. De totale beleving is dus gemiddeld terwijl het eten gewoon goed is daar komt bij dat als je naar de prijs kijkt mag en moet er meer aandacht worden besteed aan de kwaliteit van het personeel.

The pizza was good and big enough. The entrecote had side dishes, very minimalistic. My colleagues ordered additional french fries to get fed up. 50% was forgotten and not served. Drinks were forgotten. To get the bill, no chance, so the colleague had to get up and follow the waitress, which did not even notice standing right behind and just went away. Another waitress serving food was not responsible to accept orders. Had to ask others. For such prices there's so much space for improvement

La serveuse nous a placé sur une table qui était sale et non dressé. 20 minutes après nous avons reçu le menu. 20 minutes après nous avons reçu la carte des boissons. 20 minutes après nous avons commandé. Ce dîner était interminable. Le service lamentable. Malgré ça. Nos plats étaient succulent. Dommage.

Very delicious. Pricy but Its worth the price. Very good service and amazing food !!

The people working there seem nice but not particularly motivated. Sat down and when the waitress came to the table she wiped it and then just left, had to go to the counter to order, when the coffee came it was drinkable but I wouldn’t call it good. I don’t see myself returning here

Na een lange dag in Rotterdam, even heerlijk uit kunnen rusten in de Brasserie Water. Aardige bediening die ons een leuk ontvangst gaven. de Bevette is heerlijk, en de kabeljauw goed van smaak. de tiramisu was bijzonder zacht van smaak. erg lekker vooral nu het zo heet was. uitzicht op de zwaan was ook erg mooi. kom hier zeker terug..

Eten en kader voortreffelijk, allen babbel zieke bediening kan subtieler

Upscale service, very good service! Sometimes s bit slower when busier but worthy a visit. Good tasting meal.

A fairly nice place to have lunch and a wine. Only thing that let's the place down a little is the type of people that come in. They're was a couple arguing loudly and the staff did nothing about it while my wife and young son tried to enjoy our lunch over the racket.

Lekker gegeten, we komen terug!

Entspannte Atmosphäre, Loungebereich mit Bar vorhanden, ist aber auch ein Restaurant. Nicht alle Kellner verstehen englisch und auch nicht alle Kellner sind besonders zuvorkommend. Wir mussten uns denen praktisch aufzwingen und einen Tisch in der Lounge selber suchen, sonst hätten sie uns wieder weggeschickt. Die Weinkarte fällt klein aus und die Bar verfügt über wenig Variation, was Drinks angeht. An Sylvester vorbestellen und man hat gutes Entertainment, mit perfekten Blick.

Nous avons été dans ce bar lors de notre séjour à Rotterdam, la nourriture était très bonne. Nous étions très peu nombreux dans le restaurant ce soir là, le service serait à revoir selon moi (attente, mauvais plat). Le personnel vous propose un pain qu'il vous facture par la suite sans vous en informer. A par cela, bonne nourriture, bel endroit.
