The service was extremely poor, our order took about 35 to 40 minutes to arrive, and even then, dishes were brought out one by one with 10-minute gaps in between. By the time we received everything, the food was nearly inedible. The kebab, in particular, was tough, dry, and visibly undercooked with a raw pink center. Given the subpar quality and disorganized service, the prices are unjustifiably high. Overall, a disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended.

Terrible service, long waiting time, people bring the food to you with a cigarette in one hand. We used to go there as the shoarma was very close to the middle East or in India. Now that bites the dust as well. Would have been a better place if they had people who knew how to serve people.

I bought a shawarma sandwich, but it was as if the bread was on a diet and they forgot to put the meat in it. It was just in oil, and one's conscience would speak for itself.

Unfortunately, yesterday we ate cold grilled meat, hot pasta once, cold ouzi, old raw kibbeh, and also fried kibbeh. It was only Shakriya, mutabal, and fresh tabbouleh. Unfortunately, we paid money and did not enjoy the food. I will not repeat it at an open table again.

The crepe was perfectly cooked, soft and generously filled with fresh fruit, chocolate and whipped cream – a real delight. The combination of flavors was fantastic and the presentation was beautifully done. The fruit salad was fresh and full of flavour. Highly recommended for anyone who likes tasty desserts. I will definitely come back here!

Food is really good, however the staff isn’t really friendly and for sure don’t want to help in case there are issues. Made an order once and it appeared they don’t do delivery to my location… instead of paying me back they kept me hanging for months and eventually had to call and show I was not having to finally get my money back. Only eat in never order!!

It was a nice place to eat at and smoke shisha, I went there with my 4 siblings and dad and it was fun to eat there (the food is really expensive by the way but other than that it's a fun place to dine at with your family.

We ordered grilled meat and shawarma and the food was very good, but the treatment was not nice. People stop smoking while you are eating, which is annoying, especially if you have children. For no reason, the employee came and took the sealed container of hot sauce from my husband’s hand while he was opening it and gave him a unit with a dot at the end instead. We thought he wanted to open it, so he took it and did not come back and did not bring a hot sauce, even though he saw that we were opening it to use it. Very impolite attitude. We were still sitting when an employee came to spray detergent and wipe while we were sitting with children. This is completely unprofessional behavior.

The food was fine, we were sitting outside on chairs and tables which are not for dining. The waiters and the manger were also sitting or standing smoking heavily there staring at the customers while eating which is very bad behavior. I will not recommend to eat there because of that.

I ordered a mixed plate of shakaf and kebab, and the kebab and shakf wings tasted amazing, and the chef was more than a hero to their grills. The food was very good.
