My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The staff was rude and spoke disrespectfully to the customers. Furthermore, they seemed completely uninterested in whether guests were satisfied or not. Good service and customer friendliness were entirely lacking. I did not feel welcome and will certainly not return here. Therefore, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Neither the food nor the service was good. I ordered an Arabic meal, and the fries had some old, cold portions. The fruit salad had fleas in it, and when I asked for a replacement, they made it without nuts or cream—just a few fruits and Lotus spread. When I told them, they were annoyed and didn't like it. The food should be presented properly, especially since people pay and come to eat something of value.

Firstly, this review is for lovers of Syrian shawarma. Tom and Arabi is a wonderful experience that takes you back to the palace square, for example. Cleanliness, fast service... I recommend trying the cream crepe and the two-tiered shisha; everything is excellent.

I have a large photo of you and your family is perfect when it comes to your home. I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from "Barada" restaurant. I ordered Arabic shawarma, but the sandwiches were just bread with a very small amount of chicken. When I order a main course like this, I expect a reasonable balance between meat and bread, but what I received was more like dry bread than real shawarma. €15 for four sandwiches with a hint of chicken and a box of fries is a rip-off and dishonest. I will never go back. People should try other shawarma restaurants in Al Meera; they are hundreds of times better.

I wanted to share my experience with everyone. This is the best restaurant I've tried so far. The food is delicious, the drinks are great, the shisha is amazing, the cocktails are the best, and the Emperor crepes have a new and delicious flavor. I've eaten many crepes in the Netherlands, but nothing like this, and the Emperor crepes are the same – they taste great. A big thank you to the management, the staff, and especially the guy in charge of the shisha – he's truly an expert!

The kids loved it, stuffed with fruits and cream. We were two people and two children. We ate the crepe plate because it was big.

The food appeared old, tasted unpleasant, and was excessively oily. The service was extremely poor, our order took about 35 to 40 minutes to arrive, and even then, dishes were brought out one by one with 10-minute gaps in between. By the time we received everything, the food was nearly inedible. The kebab, in particular, was tough, dry, and visibly undercooked with a raw pink center. Given the subpar quality and disorganized service, the prices are unjustifiably high. Overall, a disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended.
