What a bad store, first of all you get everything late every time. I have ordered food several times, every order is not good or has to wait 2 hours or is cold or wrong. When you call no one answers, worthless shop. Never order here, really worthless

Ordered food and never showed up. My money was supposed to be refunded, but of course, it never was. When I called about it, they were uninterested and told me to send an email without providing an email address. After calling again, they said the store manager would call back... but of course, he never did. I called again and was met with an extremely rude phone number, and they simply hung up on me.

We were around and decided to grave dinner. We usually order but sometimes the delivery time takes 1.5 hour, specially when there is futbol or special events on TV. It was Friday night 18:30 hrs to be exact and for the Dutch culture is THE time! dinner time! We arrived and had only 2 people in front. But the amigable lady who saw us coming from the kitchen said immediately: sorry, I'm alone and there's more people in front of you and online orders to be send, so will do what I can to help you as fast as I can, with a Big smile, that was enough to keep us there. At the end we got rewarded with a salad, corn and 2 delicious Ben and Jerry's ice for free. We took the Chipotle summer taste and loved it!, Thanks lovely lady.

Arrogant guests, can't even speak to you normally. They think they're something special and their food is really bad.

What a bad company. Order placed at 5:30 PM and it is now 7:28 PM and I have not received anything yet. 2 hours later almost! Phone in Almere gate is not being answered? Does it still need to be slaughtered? Never here again

If you order well in advance, you won't hear anything if delivery drivers call in sick. You can wait an hour, but still no delivery driver. So, I ended up picking it up myself...

For a few months, the food was really bad and tough. But now there's a new chef. A woman who makes truly delicious spareribs!!! What a gem! The meat falls off the bone. Wonderfully tender and made with love! Next time, I'll call first and ask if she's working, haha. ;) Really enjoyed it! Just the way it should be :)

- Cold, limp chicken wings. - Tough, burnt chicken satay. - Cold spare ribs. Sorry, but I'll never order from here again. What a waste of money.

Yesterday I picked up 2 menus for more than 40 euros. Once I arrived home in Almere, it turned out that the potato gratin was burnt and could not be eaten due to the burnt taste. I was given the option to come back when I told them that I had to come outside from Almere and that it was no longer feasible. They said email me with a photo and now on the email they said very uncustomer-friendly and tough saying you had the option to come back so you are further out of luck and I'm very sorry I always came back. marker side and after this one time in the gate I will continue to go there in marker side, something went wrong there too, but I have never received such rude help, then terrible!

Ordered and picked up half an hour ago. Super nice people and the food was ready 15 minutes after ordering. I had no expectations, but the food was really tasty I must say!! I ordered spare ribs for 2 (1000gr), with two jacket potatoes and a corn cob. Really can't say anything bad, it was just amazing! After eating I immediately felt called to write this review. I will order here more often.

Very disappointing experience with Spareribs Express in Almere Poort on September 17. On that day we placed an order and received a confirmation email stating that our order would be delivered within half an hour. We were looking forward to enjoying our food, but after waiting in vain for an hour with no word on the status of our order and after a full hour had passed with no one answering the phone at the branch, our frustration began to grow . We were hungry, impatient and worried about the delay. Ultimately we were forced to go to the branch in person to ask why our order was taking so long when the website indicated they would be open. To our surprise the branch was closed. It wasn't until after we returned home that we finally received a message that the delivery person was on his way. It took a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes for our order to arrive, which is unacceptable. We are so disappointed with this entire experience that we even sent an email through the official contact page on their website to express our frustration and ask for clarification. However, to date we have not received any response, which only adds to our disappointment. This whole situation ruined our evening and we were far from happy with the service of Spareribs Express. The lack of communication, the unexpected closure of the branch, the significant delay and the lack of response to our complaint have left us deeply frustrated. As customers, we expect not only good food, but also service that is at least reliable, efficient and responsive. Unfortunately, this experience has shown that Spareribs Express has seriously failed in all these areas, and that is very disappointing.

Unfortunately, we have not had such a nice announcement as the food was nothing to look at. We paid 85 euros for 3 menu boxes, 1 of which was literally shot and went through the entire box. The other 2 boxes were, just like the first, unfortunately cold. Fortunately, spareribs tasted good, but they were also no longer warm. Furthermore, it seemed as if the fruit had been outside the refrigerator for 2 weeks and was no longer edible. The rest of the 'side dishes' were okay, but that is purely 'delivery quality' Having to wait more than an hour for cold and old food and paying 85 euros for it is not worth repeating. The boy on the phone wanted to help, but couldn't do anything as there was no manager and only 1 delivery person...

Honestly taste like bucket of honey with some random bones with the meat Not smokey at all but burned. (Most legit bones) Better to stay with Meibo grills. (But not in thuesday because it’s closed :(

Niet geweldig eten (andere filialen smaken beter). Anderhalf uur op m’n eten gewacht. Onderandere stokbrood met kruidenboter besteld zonder de kruidenboter erbij te krijgen.

De bezorging was erg snel, erg goed weer 😃

Op zondag einde middag besteld. Levering was snel. Kippenbouten BBQ besteld. Vlees was goed gegaard, maar dacht eigenlijk dat het bbq bereiding was en niet bbq afgelakt. Gepofte aardappel ook prima. Al met al niet slecht voor een keertje. Wel veel verpakkingsmateriaal en folders. Dit mogen jullie echt wel achterwegen laten in de toekomst.

Heerlijke malse spareribs met goede sauzen en fantastische gegratineerde aardappels. De burgers zijn wel groot!

Het zijn goede spareribs dat ze hebben alleen kunnen de bestellingen niet altijd aan. Dan wordt zonder het te melden de wacht tijd verdubbeld. Dus can 45 min naar 1 uur 30 min.

Met Pasen was de bestelling helaas niet helemaal goed gegaan Maar ze hebben het op een hele nette manier opgelost Alsnog zijn dit de beste spareribs die er zijn 😍

Na een tijd lang uitkijken naar een filiaal voor afhaal.. De slechtste ervaring met spare rib express gehad bij afhalen. Na bestellen een wachttijd van 15 minuten gehad (niet meer dan normaal) en na 1p minuten terug gekomen met warme patat.. Kreeg ik te horen dat het nog 15minuten was en de bestelling niet goed gegaan was (lees: vergeten?) Spare ribs waren goed, maar heel erg jammer van deze ervaring
