It was a lovely afternoon enjoying a tasty meal together with the grandchildren. There was a wide selection of dishes, from fresh sushi to juicy lamb chops. The variety of small sweet treats provided a perfect conclusion to the dinner. This culinary experience was truly a feast for the taste buds. We look forward to doing this again soon.

Good quality for an all-you-can-eat, spacious seating, and a quiet atmosphere despite the size.

It's a bit noisy. But at least you're not alone there. It's 100% recommended.

All-you-can-eat wok restaurant in Almere This restaurant offers a very extensive selection of dishes and ingredients. From wok dishes and Chinese specialties to Italian cuisine: there is something for everyone. This makes it an excellent destination for families. Do keep in mind, however, that the prices are on the higher side. For families with a somewhat larger budget, however, this is easily justified, as it is offset by a particularly extensive selection, a cozy atmosphere, and a complete culinary experience.

I'm normally not a fan of "all you can eat," but I was very pleasantly surprised. Nice, varied cuisine, good (fresh) quality, and ample seating. Ideal with children.

Good ambience and well quantified food options

We were there at 5 pm; the birthday boy got a 50% discount. It's a nice place to eat, and children can play too; there is a separate play area downstairs. However, the playground equipment is often out of use and many pieces are broken. But the basement is quite spacious. If they can renovate, it will be fantastic. Fortunately, my children enjoyed themselves. The food doesn't taste very fresh; not all seafood is fresh. Furthermore, when it gets very busy, you have to wait in line. But considering the circumstances, it is a nice international restaurant with many themes. I just find it a shame that you also have to pay for a 1-year-old child; he ate almost nothing, and my 5-year-old didn't really eat either. He comes purely to play, and then you easily end up paying 21 euros.

I really enjoyed myself last night, and I also think there are many options if you need to follow a gluten-free diet. There is a menu with allergens to scan, and allergens are listed for many dishes. Explanations are also provided to new diners with allergies. Personally, I also just think the atmosphere is very good. I have nothing negative to report.

Well, what can I say? It keeps getting a bit more expensive, and the play area wasn't even open at the beginning. The food is pretty decent, especially for such a massive food factory. If you don't go very often, it's quite entertaining. At least, if you can handle the massive crowds. A solid 6.5

One of the better international restaurants I have been to. The widest selection I have ever experienced, and quality ranging from good to very good; in our party, the only complaint was about the chocolate ice cream and the chocolate sauce. If I am in the area, I will definitely go back again.

Bad food, much of it tastes the same. Staff unfriendly upon arrival. Replenishment of sushi and the like left much to be desired. We were here 2 years ago and thought it was worth doing again then. Now that means never again.

Atlantis has been the largest all-you-can-eat family restaurant in the wider area for years. With an extensive and familiar selection with few surprises.

We went here with our children on Sunday evening. I called in advance to make a reservation. That wasn't a problem. When we arrived, we had to wait a bit until someone took us to our table. Furthermore, we were not asked if it was our first time there or if we had been there before. That was a shame! Then, everything was already empty and wasn't refilled even after we asked for it. The food wasn't tasty and the wok was still raw. Drink cups weren't refilled. Our table was cleaned much too late! So, all in all, we didn't have a good experience. We won't be going there again.

Super great, really tasty, but quite noisy

"Food barn," that's what people call Atlantis. Yeah duh, all-you-can-eat buffet, so many tasty things, it's up to you how much you eat, right? ;) Personally, I really enjoy going there; good price, including drinks. Staff are nice and helpful. The only downside that Atlantis itself can't do much about is the noisy kids running around. Oh well, kids will be kids, I shouldn't nag so much. XD

Good morning. Location for large groups. But not for a cozy dinner for two.

Everything is fine here, only the sushi is and remains meager. The sushi here is nothing special! A missed opportunity. Yes, at a world-class restaurant, sushi isn't of the best quality. However, there are world-class restaurants with better-filled sushi. Make the sushi something special and I'll change my review to 5 stars!

Nice restaurant, plenty of choice!

Looks nice, free parking, lots of choice, still hoping for more vegetarian options (so also chicken pieces made with plant-based milk, tofu) .. really nice, tasty food and desserts especially.. lots of choice! The only thing is going up and down stairs.. there are only a few.. but with food and children running around (sometimes a little) not very convenient. But not a big problem... the rest made up for it. Nice and clean too, although the water bowls at the ice cream were very cloudy at one point.

We had a good meal and the atmosphere was great. We arrived at 5 pm when everything was still new and fresh. It does get busier later in the evening. It is a large venue so there are a lot of people; sometimes you have to join a queue at the buffet. The playroom is also great fun, my son (8) was very enthusiastic about it.

Large and beautiful restaurant with a wide variety of food. Do note, however, that some vegetables in the wok section do not always look very fresh. The wait staff and other personnel are helpful and friendly. It is also great for children; it is a real paradise, and there is a large play area available.

The food is really very good! Also lots of choices & something for everyone. The staff is super friendly and cheerful! A very nice extra is the large play area for the children, but you don't have any noise disturbance from that. We've been 3 times already and will definitely be coming more often. Atlantis Almere has a very large selection of food. Everything is very tasty, the atmosphere is nice and cozy. The only downside is the 2 hour limit, so you need to have time to taste everything 😃 Thank you for everything :)

The location is TOP, but the food (correct / well seasoned) really needs some extra attention.

A great restaurant for the all-you-can-eat menu. Quite busy and large, but the food is delicious and there's a huge selection. There's ample parking next to the restaurant. The train and bus station are a 5-minute walk away.

We went last Friday night. The atmosphere was great. We were with a large group. I noticed that around 9 pm, a lot of food (cotton candy, satay, etc.) was gone. It was a shame, because we still had an hour to go. Everything was neatly cleared from the table.

I have to say, this place was much, much better before. I was here yesterday, and, sorry, it was disgusting. It was a pigsty, with people acting like they'd never eaten anything. The spoons you use to scoop the ice cream were completely filthy. The steak was really bad, and the rest of the food looked like it was from the day before. After getting home, I had a terrible stomach ache, and so did my friends and family. They were completely wasted. I'm never going back!

Worst steak ever. They don't even ask how you want it cooked; it's dried-out Chinese noodles with only a little ketchup. Hygiene is non-existent; they use the same tongs used for raw and prepared meat and fish. I won't be back.

i’m not the biggest fan of “all you can eat” restaurants, but this one is fine overall! would recommend if you enjoy these types of restaurants.

This restaurant has a lot of staff turnover, none of whom wash their hands after using the restroom. Complaints have been filed in the past, but no action has been taken. It's a real shame that this continues, and it makes the whole place rather unappealing when you get free diarrhea and a stomach ache for dessert. I'll never eat here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone if you care about your own body and want to keep it healthy. Your health is your number one priority, and at Atlantis, finances are your top priority. It's a shame, unnecessary, and quite unnecessary to go there.

Nice place to go and eat. A lot of good food and a lot to choose from.

When I walked in, I thought, "Wow." When I went to get my food, a couple of grumpy people were standing behind the meat counter, throwing meat into a container and then onto the grill, so I ended up with chicken tenderloin. Absolutely unacceptable. Plus, the meat has no flavor. The best I'd ever had was the ready-made Chinese food. It was truly terrible, and you're even sent away when your time is up. I wonder if anyone will sit down at closing time. If I compare it to Tasty Wok in Lelystad, the staff there are friendly and the food tastes good.

The food is okay. The ready-made food is really cold, unfortunately. The wok is quick and delicious! But the line for tapanyaki is way too long all evening, unfortunately. It's clearly marked what is halal and what isn't. The chicken is halal. But the chicken satay, unknown. There's no sign. We were there on a Saturday night. Very busy, with lots of very young children. The staff was friendly! Good luck!

The meat and fish were really tasty, but the desserts could be a bit better.

Yesterday we went to the wok for the first time; others in our group had been here before. We were warmly welcomed (there were 16 of us), but those who knew the place already said it was VERY busy, and indeed... You couldn't turn around. But let's be honest. People have NO patience and don't give each other any favors, so if everyone would be a little considerate, it would make a huge difference, but... That didn't make it any less hectic. There was plenty of food and drinks, and plenty of choice, something for everyone. That evening, the service was friendly, but the only annoying thing we found was that at 9:30/10:45, someone stopped by our table and told us they close at 10:00 PM. That felt a bit rushed, but... Understandable? Would I try this wok again? Yes, definitely, but... I hope it's actually less busy then?

The food was okay, but what I also find important is the atmosphere. The staff who prepare the food are very grumpy, and I don't even mind that they don't speak Dutch, but those grumpy faces, pfff, you almost don't want to order food from them anymore. The halal food definitely needs more clarity, as with the tenderloin, etc., it needs to be more clearly stated and halal certificates need to be provided. The men and women at the counter were very friendly and spoke good Dutch. They also pay a lot of attention to you, which could be less, because it doesn't feel comfortable.

Good food, though expensive, free parking. It's crowded at the many freshly baked meat stalls. Compared to when they were still at T Oor, they've become less popular, or rather, they have fewer staff.

The food is good, with plenty of selection and good quality. A major drawback: Unfortunately, at the various pickup points, there's a lot of food lying around in and around the containers, which isn't very appetizing. The desserts were completely dirty, and you could walk through the cream puffs and ice cream with your shoes. Unfortunately, it wasn't cleaned at all. This needs to be addressed much more.

I was here with four children. I expected a lot, but it was severely disappointing in terms of taste and quality. Everything seemed pre-made from large boxes. The sushi was inedible. The desserts were all wholesale. Never again.

OVERCROWDED and INFECTED food!! Checking in was a real hassle in the overcrowded reception area. The space between tables was far too tight to walk. My brother and uncle suffered food poisoning eight hours after eating there. It was probably in the shaved ice because they were the only ones who had eaten it. In short, AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL TIMES!!!!

This restaurant is a very good and large one. Unfortunately, my mother vomited on your food. The staff at the counter were super nice. There were a few employees who looked incredibly disgusted when I went to get some food, and unfortunately, it was just food poisoning.

We ate there once, but never again at Christmas. Long lines everywhere, everyone was just walking around! We only had food twice.

On Christmas Day, we called ahead because one of our guests has difficulty walking and uses a walker. This was known upon arrival. However, we still had to wait at the cash register to pay. Then we had to wait again before being shown to our table. Only after repeated insistence were we finally shown to our table. The woman who showed us to our table wasn't exactly friendly. She walked ahead at a brisk pace, causing us to lose her. When we pointed this out, she reacted with irritation. This was a shame, especially considering the situation.

Ridiculously ridiculous prices, even on Christmas Eve. I'll go somewhere else. And then charging 39 euros for kids, that's normal.

Entering is a nightmare, as the revolving door is in front of the reception desk, so when it's very busy, it gets quite messy with all the people. The food was delicious, but the service wasn't great when it came to clearing tables; perhaps they were too busy.

Fantastic staff!! My daughter has celiac disease, and a manager came over and took my daughter in. She showed her what she could and could eat, and even gave her her own tongs so she could grab her own things. The desserts were made fresh especially for her, so no one touched them with their gluten-laden hands!! Truly amazing!! Others could learn a thing or two from this!! Thank you!!

The food is significantly worse than before. Three out of five of our group experienced intestinal problems that same evening. It took ages for empty bottles and dirty plates to be cleared. After eight hours, few were replenished, and there were many empty plates, especially near the fruit and desserts. Also, the grilled meat looked less appealing by then. The restaurant is deteriorating rapidly. Such a shame.

Delicious food and lots of variety

The service was fantastic. We wanted a round table so we could speak respectfully as a group of nine cousins, who hadn't seen each other for over 50 years. Eating together with a generous selection of dishes, something for everyone, made for an unforgettable experience, one we'll definitely be repeating. The guests were also surprised that all drinks were included: something they'd never experienced before. In short, highly recommended for a relaxed and convivial meal! We won't be back for a year; no, everyone agreed: in six months :-D This December 17, 2025, we celebrated our eldest grandson's birthday. Further to our previous message, we had tenderloin steaks grilled this time. Then we had sole and sambas à la plancha—super delicious!

Went here together with a group of coworkers. When we entered we noticed that it is a huge restaurant with many places for people to sit so we had no trouble finding a spot, I think however that the size takes away a bit from the atmosphere. There are many different types of food to pick from like wok, japanese, meat, fish and many desserts. Overall the food is very good and it is great entertainment to watch the cooks prepare your food like sushi or wok. Considering the large quantity of food served at the restaurant I have to say that the quality of the food was very good. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that, because there are many people inside the restaurant, there were quite some queues to get your food. The restaurant however is quite spaceous so there were no issues walking through the kitchen area. Overall nice restaurant :)

Some people who came to your table literally and figuratively snatched your plate from your hands. Two didn't say a word, just pointed at what they wanted and walked away without a word or at least a nod or a smile. The kitchen staff and the people who showed you to your table were all very friendly. The food was fantastic!

If you don't find your favorite food here, you won't find it anywhere

Atlantis Restaurant is a spacious open buffet with an impressive variety of dishes from different countries. From Asian wok and sushi to Mediterranean salads, hot dishes, and grilled meats: the combinations are endless. The food is regularly replenished, ensuring freshness, and the desserts—from pastries to fresh fruit—are also worth trying. The restaurant has a relaxed and relaxed atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and fast. It can feel a bit crowded during busy periods, but that's to be expected with a popular buffet. All in all, Atlantis is an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys discovering different flavors from around the world and wants to go home satisfied.

We had a great meal. Last time we ate with the family we went to the old location, so now for the first time in the new Atlantis, but it was fantastic, it was great and we will come back soon.

The food is good and there is a wide choice, but it is too big for me, there can certainly be 150 people eating, which makes it very noisy and impersonal.
