Delicious and in the middle of the city

Fantastic! Delicious food and superb service. I called once to change the time and another time because we were stuck on the road; they were very flexible. The restaurant was busy, but still very well-organized. Thanks to the owners for resolving an incident and the personal phone call afterward.

Wow, the meat was delicious! Very tender, definitely worth the price. Very sweet, dedicated staff. So nice to have a place in the center of Amsterdam where you can eat halal. The food arrived quickly, which was great.

I ordered king prawns, which were very spicy, even though the menu didn't mention that, and unfortunately, they didn't taste fresh. The prawns were peeled, but the heads were on the plate separately, which was very unpleasant. I later explained that I can't eat spicy food after having had gastric sleeve surgery. The waiter offered me a replacement dish but immediately added that the price of the prawns wouldn't be deducted. Later, when I paid, he said the manager had decided we had to pay after all. The steaks and carpaccio were also disappointing and of poor quality. Overall, the communication was inadequate, and the total price for the entire meal was definitely too high.

We had a wonderful meal. Upon arrival, we were politely guided to our table. Mohammed took our order and was very courteous. Throughout the dinner, we were asked several times if everything was to our satisfaction. There was staff available everywhere, and the service was truly outstanding — a solid 10/10. We dined at Bariloche Steak & Burger, and it was an excellent experience

I ate here with a group of people last Wednesday. We enjoyed the food. The steak was cooked exactly how I like it. I normally don't like pepper sauce, but this one was really good! I even dipped my fries in it. Nothing was too much trouble for them! The atmosphere is super relaxed. I'll definitely be back.

Felt like they weren't interested in our business, app and entree came very quickly, and close together.

Disappointing experience, I wouldn't bother. Low quality food in order to increase profit margins, more like a American diner serving sub par steaks. Don't be fooled by the filled seats. We visited two days ago. Food: We ordered a medium rare T-Bone steak which arrived very quickly and at the same time with the Angus Cheeseburger. As a result the steak was cooked too fast, there was no rendering of the fat when this cut of meat should be cooked low and slow. The cut was also thin (1cm) when standard cut size is 1.5-2 inches and evident where the resturant has selected poorer quality meat in order to cut costs. The Angus burger tasted burnt and lacked any flavour. They used a single iceberg lettuce leaf and cheap supermarket cheese slice as fillers when there are plenty higher quality alternatives e.g. romaine lettuce, cheddar, provolone. The brioche bun was the only good part of the meal. And please don't order the onion rings, I've handmade plenty and ate many authentic ones. These were frozen pureed onion in batter (like supermarket frozen ones) on a bed of wilted rocket (see pictures, all plates were served with wilted rocket). Service: The service by our waiter started off great as we were sat down quickly but this changed over the course of our meal. He tried to pressure the couple next to us to switch from lamb chops to rack of lamb saying that the flavour profile was better which is not the case rather that the profit margins that they'd benefit from, but luckily the lady stuck with her choice of chops. After placing our order we were offered ketchup/mayo for our fries and found this to charged too so look out for this. And quite oddly so as the onion rings we ordered came with garlic mayo so why charge for a small pot of ketchup. Towards the end of our meal I overheard the head waiter say "We need to clear tables" to our waiter, and within seconds as my husband took his last bite he pounced to clear our table and told us to head down to pay at the entrance. There are many alternative restaurants on this street and I only wished we had not been sat down too quickly so that we could have changed our mind and had a pleasant last meal in Amsterdam elsewhere.

I ordered the fillet and the meat was simply incredible. The wine was very good and the service impeccable. When we were there, we were the only customers, so the atmosphere was intimate with soft funk/jazz background music, perfect if you like that sort of thing. I highly recommend it if you enjoy meat.

Excellent restaurant, a rare find in Amsterdam. I highly recommend going there, special mention to Sabbar.

The meal was very good; we ordered the beef short ribs and the honey-glazed chicken. Both meats were excellent, very tender and juicy—no complaints whatsoever. The salad was simple but tasty, and the fries were also very good. However, a negative point: the ketchup and mayonnaise are extra, which wasn't mentioned when we ordered, and they cost almost €1 each.

The food was delicious, from the steaks to the side dishes—everything was top-notch. The service was absolutely fantastic: Hunan helped us tremendously, and he really thought along with us and made sure we had a wonderful evening. Definitely a place we'd love to return to!

We dined at this delicious Bariloche restaurant on November 7, 2025, with my mother and an acquaintance. Excellent service! We didn't wait long for our food. The ribeye was perfectly prepared! (Halal) I'm open to returning more often and trying different types of meat!👍

We had a wonderful meal here yesterday! What made it such a wonderful experience was the incredibly warm and personal welcome we received from the team. The ribeye and rack of lamb were beautifully grilled, and all the sauces and side dishes were delicious. We shared the chicken wings and fajitas as a starter, and they were also delicious. The restaurant has a warm and cozy atmosphere in an intimate setting. We will definitely be back!

The food is halal. But it's a bougie place. If you want to celebrate like last night in Amsterdam, go ahead. It's a cozy place. The meat is tender and melts in your mouth. The burgers are solid.

We had the tenderloin and the T-bone steaks with baked potatoes, mushrooms, pepper sauce and vegetables of the season on the side. It was an excellent meal, probably the best we’ve had in Amsterdam. House wine went perfectly with the steak. Recommend dropping by at least once while visiting Amsterdam :)
