Enjoyed our meal at Maya's, staff were very friendly and attentive. The grilled sardines were fresh and cooked perfectly, the steak and Brocheta were also cooked well. We probably should have ordered a salad or some vegetable side dish. Would certainly eat here again.

I had lunch at Maya’s Steak House in Amsterdam and it was a great experience. I ordered the lunch steak set for just 15 euros – it included a 200g steak, salad, and French fries. The beef was high quality and perfectly cooked. The service was also excellent. Elyka, who served me, was very knowledgeable, cheerful, and professional. She made the experience even better. I liked it so much, I went back a second time and tried the T-bone steak – it was perfect! This time, I also had the chance to meet the owner. He’s a very energetic and friendly person. You can tell he really cares about his restaurant and customers. Highly recommend – definitely one of the best steak houses in Amsterdam!

I arrived at 12:00 at night and ordered the steak and salmon papeoni pizza. The pizza was amazing and the meat and fish were really good as well. But what i liked the most is the waiter, who was also the oner and was very polite and kind. Absolutely recommend this place

Came over for the weekend for a birthday trip away, got a steak here and the service was amazing, I was sat right away, didn't wait to long to order, I got a 500 gram fillet med rare and it's honestly the best steak I've eaten to date, the Owner is very friendly, very active to make sure his customers feel welcome he even gave me a shot for my birthday made me feel like I was family as a stranger in the city

‼️AVOID THIS RESTAURANT‼️ Very bad place, €107 for 3 people and the food was not fresh. In the photo is a plate worth €19.95🤣 a piece of dry and tasteless chicken, same for the steak that was inedible. No flavor at all and the “medium rare” was impossible to cut. The spareribs taste like minced meat. The fries are boring and are not special. Definitely NOT worth your money and time, avoid this restaurant!

Tourist trap! The menu on the internet differs greatly from the actual one, we got the wrong food. The television is on and there is Christmas music on New Year's Eve. Sauces are not good and meat is OK. The knives are blunt. No recommendation.

Unfortunately this place is extremely overpriced for what it is, I ordered a Fillet, 50% of it was full of fat. Not what I expect when paying €55 for a steak. Very disappointing, do not bother with it.

Here you can have a bad time, at good prices. Catastrophic. Better to Burger King or McDonalds, quality is the same. The only difference is that you don't have to wait an hour for your food to arrive without any side dishes ordered. Anyone who wants to have a bad experience will feel right at home here.

Absolute disappointment. There were 5 of us for dinner there. 45 minutes after we ordered and two tables that arrived after us had already received their food, we asked several times about our order and were told “it's on the way”. After waiting for an hour we wanted to leave and instead of an apology they quickly ran into the kitchen and gave us plates with meat and no side dishes. The side dishes that came later weren't even correct, they had apparently neglected to tell us that the baked potatoes had run out, so we just had fries without asking. As compensation there was still no apology, but without asking, three free Cokes for 5 people.

Everything was very amazing, the service is very great, the people are very welcoming and the food was super super delicious. I took the sparerib and chicken mix, it was perfectly cooked and very delicious. I ended it off with the amazing teramisu dessert they got and that was obviously also very delicious, very good experience 🙏 Can't wait to come back here !

we had a very late dinner at this establishment, honestly I didn't expect the kitchen to still be open, it was a very pleasant surprise for us. We were greeted immediately and offered a great table. All the staff were very nice, and the menu is so big that it took us at least 10 minutes to decide what we wanted. The waiter, I think he is the owner of this establishment, took our order very carefully and asked for all the details. The portions were big enough, even though we were hungry, we couldn't eat everything, the waiter himself offered to put it in a container. Overall we were very satisfied and left with full bellies 😄 We will definitely come here again and recommend it to our friends. Thank you very much again 🙏

The steak and spare ribs were incredible—juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, especially with the creamy mushroom sauce! We ordered the “Plato De Maria,” and every bite was perfection. The staff was super friendly and made the experience even better. My plate was spotless—nothing left! Burp! Highly recommend!

Tourist trap Food overpriced for the amount and the quality, the meat has no flavor. Bolognese doesn't even have Bolognese it's just pasta, not even sauce They take over an hour to serve less than 200 grams of pasta and no Bolognese Meat didnt flavor and was nothing in size Don't put 0 stars because you can't. I do not recommend eating here. Only finished my plate cause they had me starving

This is a restaurant in the good traditional way. sirloin steak is sublime, like butter and perfectly cooked Good and friendly service who know how things should be done and are hospitable. Speaking to the chef, he came to the table for a moment. These people know what catering is, unfortunately sometimes hard to find. Highly recommended, price and quality are perfect.

awful！waiting for almost one hour only got the worst food in the world.

The brought us a plate from a different table and they told us it’s our order then we started to eat the first bite. The other worker took the same plate again and told us it’s not ours and it’s the wrong plate. After a few minutes later another worker came and told that his colleague is an idiot because it was our plate and he apologized then later they brought us our original plate which is a medium well tenderloin steak. We started to take the first bite and it wasn’t cocked at all with a lot of blood (raw meat). We called the worker and told him to remove the plate! He apologized and removed it from the bill. It’s very expensive for 2x cola’s, 3 pieces of grilled prawns (it was burned) and fried calamari (it was ‏kneaded) for €30 !

The beef steak very tasty,ribs are ok and the portions are big. I reccomend baked potato as side dish.

the food was very dirty and was not fresh for 2 salads, fries, bread and 2 wine, we paid more than 50 euros, the chicken tasted very bad and there was hardly any fish in the fish salad, certainly not recommended and way too expensive for what you get! i would not recommend this restaurant

2.5euro garlic sauce, 5.25euro cola. 40-50 Euro for a mediocre meal. they even hide the price when you pay. You only get to know the bill if you ask explicitly. Just avoid any restaurant asking you "where are you from?" If they get an answer that you are Asian, they would think you are easy to be cheated and charge you more.

Restaurant is old, walls are dirty and broken. We had a menu for 2, €79.95, 5 pieces of meat pp. and a bowl of fries, the fries were good but the meat was tasteless and tough. Sauces and salad must be ordered separately. The drinks are expensive. Friendly staff and good service!

30 mins for a mojito. 40 mins for the plates, at 3pm when the restaurant was nearly empty. The people who sat behind us received their cocktail at the same time but sat down 15 mins after we ordered. We were served the meat but had no knives. The meat sauce we ordered didn't come until we requested it AGAIN. The bill was wrong. We were charged for 3 steaks while we only had 2. We were charged 2 Desperados while we only had 1. Someone worked it through with us but still. The food was good but I don't recommend this place

We are just eating, it is TERRIBLE!! They ask you how cooked the meat is and they brought it RAW. I returned them and they brought it to me almost the same. A disaster. They believe that because they put cumbia they make Argentine dishes good. DISASTER

If you like disgustingly smelly frozen products, this is the place for you. Beer prices are not declared and, depending on the mood of the overweight host, probably cost 8.00 euros per half liter. Alex went to the toilet 5 times, but if you need an AU for work, I would recommend the saftladen. Demented old people who smell babies are also employed there.

Price performance doesn't fit here at all. At the snack bar you can get at least the same quality for significantly less money. Once you have ordered, you will no longer be asked if you would like anything else. You have to chase the service. Prices are not listed for the beer. It's better to ask before you order...

We went for dinner. We took two dishes: SEA AND LAND and PLATO ARGENTINO. The first was very tasty, the second was not as tasty as the first, but also not very bad. The service is excellent, the Russian-speaking waitress helped us understand the menu.

Beware of the tourist trap! Hungry and naive, we let the waiter speak to us on the street and went to the restaurant. There were offers on the outside of the board that were nowhere to be found inside. The drinks menu has no prices, you have to ask the waiter, who will then think of a price. The spare ribs on offer were dry and tasted as if they had been made a week ago and had now been warmed up in the microwave. The fries were bad and the salad was a joke, a few lettuce leaves with no dressing. Bread basket (€5.5) and BBQ sauce (€2.5) cost extra. They advertise that the Italian restaurant next door is part of it and that you can order from both menus. The bruschetta was poppy seed rolls. And still we had to wait a long time for our food. We had stomach aches all evening because of the money and the spare ribs. Expressly not a recommendation!

DONT DO IT. Please, turn to the left and go to burgerking... this place is a mess... everything is frozen of the shelf from the cheapest grocerystore and they don't even try to hide it. I've never left anything on my plate because of taste and this was the first time, ridiculous prices especially for the quality of the food. It is made next door!!!, walked through that italian restaurant, over both outside dining areas, through the Argentina restaurant. If lived my whole life in Amsterdam this is my single worst experience in a restaurant ever!!!!!! PLEASE GO TO BURGERKING
