I ordered food and after waiting for 30 minutes I got information that the order was cancelled

Honestly the best beef burger in Rotterdam!! Hi quality!! Very very delicious burger. Good size patty, juicy, smokey, well seasoned. The vegetables are fresh and actually have taste. No need to add extra patty as the burger is well balanced and interesting on its own. Nice thick slices of genuine bacon. Delicious and good quality buns. “This is not just a bun with salad and meat, only true craftsmanship and pasion is able to balance and combine the ingredients such to create a whole experience that will make you understand the essence of a burger” Excited and looking forward to the day they begin to toast those delicious buns on the grill with butter. Wish they also would have milkshakes.. Ordered from here 3-4 times now. They are usually very fast with übereats but I have also experienced receiving a cold burger. I think this is more due to courier than the kitchen 🤔🤔

Arrived raw and cold, burger was also cold.

Ordered for the second time: cold again. One item was also missing. I ordered two fries, but only one was delivered. You can't call them either. Mediocre. I won't order from here again.

Finally eating after 2 hours. Food was cold but tasty, which was a shame. In addition, we were missing something from the order. Called Casper's food court (that's where this store is located), great service. We indicated that we were missing something and the gentleman on the line indicated that he had no delivery people, so it could not be resolved unless we came to pick it up. Ultimately we get a discount or something like that. on next order... Couldn't get an excuse from the employee (I think the owner). Finally we wished him a nice evening, the only response was; yes, bye Conclusion: Food would be good if it was hot, service is terrible.
