Ultimate cheddar burger was delicious with extra cheddar cheese sauce..

Last Tuesday we were in Rotterdam and had lunch here. The food was ready quickly, fresh, and hot. The restaurant was clean. The manager and staff were very helpful. Highly recommended, a solid 5 stars.👌💯💯💯

I've known Burger King since its inception in Rotterdam in 1981. For a long time, you didn't go to any other burger joint, but to Burger King for a good burger. The Whopper was truly the king of burgers. Unfortunately, Burger King has been giving up on them for years. We still go there, but we're often disappointed. This time, too, we ordered two large burgers (BBQ Master Double and Crispy Bacon Chipotle), but we found them tasted a bit cold and weren't fresh. Not bad, but certainly not good. A shame—especially for the price! Go back to your roots, Burger King! Start making good burgers again!

I first ordered loaded fries WITHOUT bacon came with bacon. I asked for a new one, very unhygienic work because they scooped with hands. I asked for another one for a friend, the same one, again with bacon on it. had to ask for a new one again.

I ordered two simple cheeseburgers and they came without cheese. I handed them back to the friendly staff member, but they added cold cheese to the same burgers without washing their hands. Same burgers were now cold. Totally unacceptable and unsanitary. I pointed out the problem, threw the food away, and left. An unfortunate experience.

Employees assemble citizens without gloves. You can look into the kitchen from ordering devices. I saw a man scratching his hair and butt. It was 24 degrees yesterday and they are wearing hats. I understand that it can itch. He happily continued smashing burgers with his dirty hands. Hygiene is not important. An employee also ate the sauce from a container while working. For this he used the knife he smeared with. Really no quality or hygiene control. His colleagues saw it and laughed. How is this possible? Nasty stuff

Burger King is far underrated as a fast food burger chain but it's the best out there. Amazing flavors, amazing burgers fresh products (unions, tomatoes and lettuce) for a reasonable price compared to others. Go all out and get yourself a double pattied bun and indulge yourself.

Excellent Burger King. The food was tasty and well worth it, especially with offers. In my opinion, the atmosphere and service were better than at the branch on Lijnbaan.

I just had dinner at this Burger King location in Rotterdam and I must say that it was not disappointing. It is centrally located and the food was hot when I got it, it was as I expected. I did think that the staff could be friendlier and less grumpy, so that was a slightly bad experience, otherwise I would definitely recommend this Burger King.

Small Burger King that is comparable to the McDonalds on the Korte Lijnbaan. Food was almost cold. They should be ashamed of themselves. Burger with fries and some of those cheese balls. Cheese balls were the only thing warm. And that for €18.90. I think food should be at least 60 degrees. Impossible that it was.

I call them 5 times they answer they don't talk and I get no response order came 35 minutes late while the distance only takes 15 minutes and the food was cold and there was hair in my food

The worst place I've ever been. Deposit for glasses was not refunded! There were many errors in the order! When you order a milkshake, you can't be sure you'll get the flavor you ordered! When I complained, they threw up their hands. It was my first experience at BurgerKing.

Best Burger King frenchise in Rotterdam North. The other two are not good and somewhat unhygienic. This one is much better, and its burger tastes better. Also, you can pour your own drinks with how much ice you like ( you shouldn't, but you technically easily can refill your glass 😅. The fries in this place are tasty and fresh much better than any McDonald's. Do recommend.

The service was really horrible, the woman at the counter saw that the floor was full of soda and she was on her cell phone... The soda machine was disgusting, there was soda everywhere. The bathrooms were dirty. They got my order wrong 3 times, and I had to go there and explain the mistake. The service was very bad, the phone was very dirty and the potatoes were all cold.

There is no atmosphere in a BK around lunchtime. It's just bunkering.

Ate here for the first time. Burger with tasty milkshake. Order placed via column. Food and drinks prepared quickly and well. Cup deposit returned via scanner with a tap. Toilet was upstairs.

I ordered 2 burgers, fries & a coke for take out. Once we got our order I went back to the cashier because my cup was dirty. I gave my dirty cup, he put the dirty cup back with the other cups and gave me a throw away cup. I asked for the cup I paid for and he gave me a smaller sized cup back. Then when we found a spot to eat. We found a hair in our fries, there was no lettuce on my burger and we didn't receive the cup for our sauce I paid for. And all this for a higher price than competitors I'm never visiting a Burger King again, thats for sure.

I got no tray because the restaurant is closing after one hour! Ridiculous! When asked for a tray, he said sorry not anymore because we are closing!!!!!!!!!

The employee was nice and helpful, but the manager was unhelpful and walks away and ignores you when you ask something. Order took 30 minutes to make. Once I got home I saw that my burger was completely burnt, tough and cold while the rest of the burgers and fries were still warm. The burger is as thin as the cheese itself. Then called and didn't answer.

The concept of fast food is hard to find if you have to wait more than 20 minutes for your order.

I regularly go to Burger King, but this was so bad. The receipt says Eat In, but we received the food in a bag. The staff was unwilling to put the food on a tray. Then we ate from the bag upstairs, hardly anyone was there on Friday evening, later and read these reviews, very understandable. The fries were cold, the Whopper lukewarm and not worthy of the name. You pay for a deposit for cups, but you get throwaway cups, another way to steal money from your customers or boost your salary. My advice, walk past this quickly, there is a better Burger King further on.

The biggest issue is that the staff are extremely untrained and even the manager is not aware of the discounts. As an American fast food, you cannot expect anything American from it. The manager dismissed our conversation mid-discussion and acted like he was not seeing me because he did not want to talk about the issues I had. I believe a reminder is needed that this place represents an American brand and cannot be operated like a local doner shop. It is very unfortunate and the BK corporate has been contacted. Last but not least, it is worth mentioning that one of the employees who was a teenager (unfortunately I forgot to ask for the name) helped solve the issue. Props to her and keep up the good work.

I waited 15 min for a damn meal. There was almost nobody there and burger king has 4 workers!!!! The whole floor was disgusting. Somebody spilled a drink on the floor by the soda machines,and what did the workers do?? They just put a sign saying "the floor is wet". When the floor is dirty,you take 5min to clean it. Instead, people are walking in it and it gets all sticky and grose while the workers are chilling in the kitchen. You are dealing with food and the #1 thing should be hygiene,which you have no idea of. Amazing job of being dirty, you guys SUCK!!!

Nothing to complain about the food, but if you wonder why it often looks deserted, it is because the service and preparation time is bizarrely long while there are almost no orders. Waited 15m+ for my food. Employees also prefer to engage in unfair, customer-unfriendly discussions when they don't even have to.

Absolute 0. Slow, blunt and ignorant service. Staff is rude and cannot communicate with sense and should learn some manners. The whole restaurant is dirty and full of trash. Has not seen cleaning for quite some time. No trays, soiled tables. Food is mediocre. One of our burgers was cold. Tea is foaming, so it is tedious to fill the cups and it takes ages. Paid for plastic reusable cup, got paper cups. Service is slow, needed to wait for our first order longer than usual. Could not even order the second time, as the restaurant closed before the actual closing time. When pointed this out to the staff, they bluntly shouted, that they have nothing, so we left. This is inadequate and sad. This kind of service and staff has no place in a civilised Rotterdam. Recommending a serious training to the staff, for so many reasons or recommending to employ higher quality people.

Ordered at 10pm, burgers ice cold. Staff are standing there doing nothing and the room is very dirty. Soil wet, rubbish bin completely full. Tables downstairs not cleaned. Beverage machine very dirty. How can this be open as a burger joint, never experienced this before 🤬😵‍💫🤮

If I could give a 0 for customer friendliness and service I would have! Hygiene 0.0!!! I'm heavily pregnant and after dinner I had to go to the toilet. I immediately noticed when I walked in that there was no toilet paper and the entire toilet seat was covered in urine. This looked like dry old pee from yesterday. I kindly asked the staff (at the Lassa) if they could please refill toilet paper and clean the bowl because I really had to and could clean with my big belly (which is clearly visible) as I am not very handy or have the opportunity. am to stand to urinate in some position. I was told "coming soon". I waited 10 minutes and then staff came down again. So of course I immediately went to the toilet. Back up the stairs, but well, I had to go! To my surprise, nothing was done at all, it was still dirty and no toilet paper was replenished. Rude and not friendly at all!!! CITIZENS SHAME ON YOU!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!! Placed a LARGE order via home delivery. It was only delivered after 1 hour. The delivery person was on the road for 45 minutes. Then I had to look for the delivery person, because he could NOT be found! Ridiculous that I have to SEARCH for my order and the delivery person. Then I call the branch and the phone does NOT work!!! HOW is it possible that the branch cannot be reached? I find this ridiculous and expect to get my money back for this COLD order..

Decent double whopper burger menu, but more expensive than in France it seemed to me

I get the whole idea of reusable cups, but at least wash the cups properly. They gave me a very sticky and dirty glass. I didn't even use it. It's not normal for Pepsi to look like that, it's like that because the cup is dirty. And the burger tasted bad.

Fries were cold and tough Burger was gross and even a bit burnt I didn't get a straw and I'm too shy to ask And the drinking machines act stupidly, causing a lot of foam to come out and then the cup only fills halfway and then you have to refill 5 times. #angry

I love it. The same beefy tasty burger smoked with the good fry's and sauce makes me always to come back with pleasure. Good , tasty friendly. Recommend!

Food is good here! Except when you arrive at 10.40 pm, then you have nowhere to sit and you no longer get drinks and they make you pay 2 euros extra for 'deposit' cups that I never got.

Very dry twister fries, and king burger is smaller than a normal whopper. Seems the quality of the food differs per BK restaurant, because the one in DH Spui is actually pretty good.

Normaal heel lekker maar afgelopen keren smaakte de sprite heel zuur, en bruisde deze niet wanneer deze uit de machine kwam. Ook was de extra ling chilli cheese al redelijk afgekoeld. Andere keren was het eten wel gewoon lekker.

Lekker gegeten aardig personeel kreeg gratis sausje.

Mmmm, I love the fries with cheese, bacon and jalapenos, also the burgers are tasty. I liked them, the staff is very kind and nice.

There is always a problem with the ordering machines

De werknemers zijn aardig. Je kan helaas alleen pinnen maar, mooie plekken boven om te zitten daarnaast kan je drinken tappen hoeveel je wilt..

I was not allowed to charge my phone. There are baby locks on every outlet and I was told by the (not so nice) staff that I am not allowed to charge my phone. This has never happened to me before, so if you need to charge a device, avoid this place. The food was ok.
