Ordered two different pizzas, none of them had tomato sauce and the the ingredients were tasteless. The kitchen is run by 3 Gen Zs which spend the whole time talking loudly about their very boring life, quite entertaining (contain sarcasm)

Warm place. Amazing BURRATA and FUNGHI AL FORNO. All pizzas look great, I tried PIZZA PORCINI E SPINACH, added some spicy oil... and some red wine.

As a pizza lover who has been to more than seven pizzerias of different levels and nationalities in Utrecht, I can say this pizza is unbeatable. It's more delicious and digestible than 99.99% of pizzas out there. The staff is super friendly, and they speak good English and Dutch. I'll be back! P.S. Try the one with mascarpone, pine nuts, green pesto, and pastrami—it's so good you'll end up licking your fingers!

A bizarre amount of money for a very small pizza consisting mainly of air.

Although they had misplaced our 13 person reservation. They managed to keep us happy with a free drink while waiting for the table. We had seats outside while we waited, which was fine. Pizza was great, it was an amazing experience of food and socializing. Thank you!

We have been eating the tastiest pizzas in Utrecht and actually in the whole of the Netherlands here for years. In Italy you can sometimes find similar pizzas to enjoy. The Tartufo and Margherita are our favorites. Tasty Montepulciano wine and great service. Recommended!

We both found the pizzas to be of substandard quality. Poorly topped and mine quite tasteless. Forgotten herbs? Not recommended.

Pizza has a reasonable taste, unfortunately no real Italian products such as real Parmesan Regiano on it

Unfortunately our pizzas were not warm, at most lukewarm. The cook baked 2 new ones for us, but they were not much better. The base was a bit warmer (and tasted good), but the cheese on top was still cold. We have had a nice meal here before, but definitely not this time. Too bad, because the service was friendly and helpful.

Found the pizza too crispy and the service was impersonal and fast. Furthermore, my pizza was very boring. Cheese, olives, mushrooms and spinach, little taste. My girlfriend's pizza was better just very salty. Quality was average but I also thought the pizzas were quite pricey. Did not meet expectations. Please visit us for your own opinion, tastes differ!!

Had a nice meal with a group. You have to place your order at the counter and get your drinks yourself.

It was all nice. Nothing special to come back for, but not super bad either. Strange lighting and a bit dingy. Pizza was sparsely topped and 5 cm from the edge no topping at all and that was a wide hard crust. It is also special that we are asked if we have finished eating while 2 of the 4 are still eating.

The restaurant is fine, sometimes very busy but not always, the pizzas are good as wel, the fact that you have to go and order your food at the desk is fun and different than normal.

De houtgestookte pizza-oven zorgt voor zeer smakelijke pizza's. Vriendelijke bediening en ongedwongen sfeer doen de rest. Wel rekenen op 45 minuten wachten op foccacia bijgerechtje en nog iets langer voor je pizza komt. Bestellende afhaalklanten gaan schijnbaar voor.

I went for a pizza on a Thursday and it was an overall great experience. The pizza 4 formaggi I ordered was very tasty, with a crunchy "roman style" dough. The staff was really kind and I also enjoyed the Italian music in the background. So far the best pizzeria I've been to in the Netherlands!

The pizza here is really good. By category the staff was amazing and very friends. Overall it went really well. The atmosphere is very nice and quant. The salami pizza was very good with fresh homemade tomato sauce. The margarita needed a little more salt. Then the prosciutto pizza had like a penne vodka sauce as the base. Very creative and all on Italian thin crust done in a brick oven.

I loved my pizza (acciughe), the beer, and I really appreciated the good and particularly friendly service. The pizza crust is thin, without bubbles or giant burned spots: it is cooked to perfection. What impressed me was how the ingredients melted together. The cheese (authentic), the fresh basil, and the eggplant came together nicely to tame the sharp taste of anchovies. It was a feast for my sense of taste. There are some traditional options on the menu, like Margherita, and other options that are unique to Basta Così. The owner must be in love with pizza to create such a perfectly balanced combination of ingredients. Good job! Also, I did not get the name of the waitress, who was super friendly, but she works there on Wednesdays. Cato was the cook and I really need to say: "hats off, thank you for the masterpieces." I highly recommend Basta Così. It was recommended to me as the best pizza in town. Now Google is asking me to update my review after some 6 months. Well, Basta Così is a regular destination for us. I have tried other dishes that were really good, but my favorite is still the pizza acciughe. Whenever I'm asked for a good pizza recommendation I don't hesitate to send people here.

From an Italian's perspective, the finest and most authentic culinary and empirical Italian experience in the Netherlands as far as I am concerned. All the products (from the mozzarella to the limonata) are from Italy, the interiors are very cozy and the all the guys working there are very at ease but nonetheless very kind and efficient. Well done 🇮🇹

Pizza afgehaald (salsicca piccante). Het was een lekkere pizza met goede ingrediënten. Omdat mijn keuze geen groente had heb ik gevraagd om paprika toe te voegen. Voor 1 euro meer heb ik 5 stukjes paprika op mijn pizza gekregen, wat ik erg karig vond. Ik zou dat dan ook achterwege laten (dan kun je beter thuis nog wat groente toevoegen). De prijs vond ik hoog voor een mild belegde pizza. De smaak was echter goed en ondanks de drukte was het personeel vriendelijk. Daarom alsnog 4 sterren.

Really, really good pizza! Some of the best thin crusts in Utrecht. It's fast, but steps up from fast-food and it's always lovely to have a pizza and a drink and soak up the sun for a casual meal out. Another plus: great service- are always friendly and smiling.
