Beautiful terrace in the picturesque village of Haarzuilens. A wonderfully relaxing spot surrounded by greenery. They serve delicious coffee, and for lunch we had pancakes and omelets. Switching the bread for salad was no problem. Friendly, cheerful, and attentive service. Highly recommended.

Yesterday we celebrated a party at Toetje with 39 people. Delicious food, fantastic service (thank you Marit ❤️), nothing was too much trouble. Everything went smoothly. The owner even came by a few times to ask if everything was to our liking. We had absolutely no worries! Highly recommended!

My favorite restaurant! The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy. The dishes are all delicious and there is more than enough choice.

The food is great it's just very annoying when the staff behind your table starts blowing up balloons... after asking several times to stop and even by her colleagues she only stopped after I got angry🤷‍♂️

Had a nice meal there. On the pricey side though

Staff do their best but ordering food is really below par here. 1 dish at a time and 1 side dish until the next round. Only 1 person takes orders so you have to wait a long time. Many orders do not arrive either. Staff has been addressed several times. The food is good but you can't eat well here because of their lack of staff. Also with the ice cream, little is served, they would rather you walk 10 times than 2 times if they would serve a larger portion. Indoor climate very warm. Air conditioning does not work or is off.

This is our go-to spot when the weather is nice! The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful, and there's even a slide to keep the kids entertained. It's pet-friendly too, which we really appreciate. I have to mention the watermelon mocktail … hands down the best mocktail I’ve ever had! We haven’t tried the all-you-can-eat dinner yet since it starts at 17:00, and we usually come earlier to soak up the sun. I do wish the dinner started a bit earlier so we could give it a try!

Just dessert, very tasty steak sashimi, you are just right full and then you also have excellent desserts

Good food. Something Tasty. That remains engraved in your palate. But it is not abundant. But in the end it's good. Perfect for a group of 18 people. Especially at a good table to be all together. Something private like a family. Thank you !

Very tasty meal. Good price/quality ratio. Very tasty dishes, creative, tasty, colorful. Each time an experience richer and this for €45/person (without drinks). More or less buffet formula with dishes to choose from the menu. Well received, friendly service. TOP, one downside, the acoustics of the room could perhaps be a little better, but the delicious food quickly makes you forget this. Keep up the good work.

Very tasty food, the dishes were very tasty and looked nice. Service was quick and friendly. It was very busy and therefore noisy. But that is usually the case with all you can eat restaurants. It consists of several rooms which makes it seem less massive. We would definitely come back here again.

Beautiful Sunday afternoon in March, so the terrace is full and then you spray the terrace clean next to the customers with an annoyingly noisy high-pressure cleaner. Menu very limited and few healthy dishes for lunch. Not worth repeating.

Ate here on a Saturday evening (Feb. '24) Plenty of parking nearby. (free) Nice atmosphere/decor. For desserts there is a small buffet, for dinner there is a menu with a tapas concept where you can order 1 dish per person per round. This makes you talk extensively about the meal. Dishes were tasty, of course tastes differ and there were preferences, the burrata & full house (steak) were favorites, but the Ebi (shrimp) were also very nice, as was the sushi. Order at the service, using Place the menu upright on your table. All in all: a nice evening out with good food.

We come here very regularly, and the food is always delicious! Sushi, steak, carpaccio, goat cheese, it's all great. The bacon biscuit is also delicious. The owner is a super friendly woman with a good sense of humor. Even if you are pregnant, you will have enough to eat, you will be taken into account. Dessert has a cozy atmosphere, nice decor and good food, highly recommended!!

Fast service, good food and friendly service. The choice of desserts is huge and due to lack of time I was not able to taste everything. All the more reason to come back again.

Nice all you can eat buffet with table service. In between you can enjoy the extensive dessert buffet. During the Christmas dinner the atmosphere is perfect and the service is very smooth. The extensive menu provides sufficient choice.

On Boxing Day with family we had a delicious meal at Toetje. In addition to the menu, they also had steak tartare and venison steak: delicious! It was really a party, in which the service also played a large part, friendly and attentive! This restaurant is highly recommended.

Have eaten here several times. The concept is very nicely conceived, and not even that expensive. You pay around 45 euros, and you can order as many small dishes as you want. I really recommend sushi and poke bowls. And on top of that, they also have a fantastic extensive dessert buffet! Restaurant nicely decorated, but I didn't think the flamingos were necessary.

Don't go to Toetje for an extensive lunch. Only a very simple menu with bouncers, 2 types of pancakes and 2 salads possible. Something we also eat every day at home. Nothing from the dinner menu possible. Unfortunately misled by the tasty looking website......

Had dinner here for the first time yesterday evening with a group. We were not familiar with this concept, we also indicated this. We were given an explanation and then had a delicious meal. Our group drank quite a bit, which caused the bill to rise considerably. After paying, the owner at the cash register said with a smile that if you had included a drinks package, it would have made a big difference. Why hasn't this been said or offered before? The way it went was really not fun and you really feel like you've been taken for a ride!!! Too bad because this really caused a big letdown, especially if this is done by the owner. They should really be ashamed of themselves for treating your guests like this!!!

Nice staff, but long wait for order

Very nice place full of greenery. Ate outside on the terrace for lunch. It was very quiet (a Monday). The service was extremely friendly and the food, coffee and desert were delicious, neat and tidy. Recommended!

Beautiful large terrace where we sat in the sun. Ordered an omelette with mushrooms for lunch, which was served with 2 slices of bread. We enjoyed it so we will definitely come back here.
