We ordered takeaway pasta from here for the first time and had a delicious meal, and the soup we got on the house was also super tasty!

There was a bit of a wait, but that could have been due to our friend's lack of communication. But the staff was very friendly, which made the wait easier. The pizza, on the other hand, was incredibly delicious; the crust, the base, and the topping were melt-in-the-mouth good. This was a pizza that doesn't get in your way and leaves you with a lovingly full stomach. Thank you, and yes, I would recommend ordering your pizza here.

We had to wait for hours! And the food tasted like old meat, the pizza was burnt and cold! It's a real shame because I always thought this place was so good, but alas!

La Famiglia's "pesto sauce" is red tomato sauce with some added herbs. I called to complain, explained what pesto is , but they refused to admit that this was not pesto.... Never again.

Placed an order on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at 4:45 PM. Will be written off immediately. And received confirmation that our food will be delivered at 6 p.m. Now after waiting 1 hour nothing and orders can no longer be placed and they can no longer be reached by phone. La Famiglia I want my money back. No food so refund your money. Would like to have a response to this.

What a bad thing this is, order delivered half an hour late. Then also the wrong order. Called and said they would still receive the correct order for kapsalon chicken. Waited 2 hours, appetite was already gone so kept it. Now see that they delivered pasta instead of kapsalon chicken. This is bizarre, you cannot deliver the wrong order twice. The delivery man called twice more and asked what I had ordered. Kapalson Chicken says okay, fine, he says. Maybe that guy should call less and start taking his work seriously.

Kapsalon lamb shawarma was great. Unfortunately the order arrived half an hour later than the stated time. Next time communicate to the customer if you are not sure in advance whether you can deliver on time or not. All in all a 4.8!

Fantastic food! The pizzas are crispy with a thin crust and delicious toppings. The fries taste good aswell and the wings are juicy and better than at kfc (not spicy so you don’t have to worry about bowel problems later on) The owners are really friendly and nice people and I will definitely come back whenever I’m in Zwolle. All in all I give the La Famiglia experience a 5/5 *

Ordered something via home delivery, I just didn't pay attention and something went wrong with entering the address. Everything was resolved after contacting La Familiga. And I still got my food. Ordered from La Famiglia yesterday evening and have never been treated so well on the phone. I called for extra garlic sauce and I got it for free from the house, I also got a delicious soup (also paid for) these people deserve to get such a review and I hope that I now too encourage more people to order your food here! Worth the detour!! Already ordered twice this week, from this restaurant and still satisfied! Quality of the food is good, food was hot, very friendly delivery person and employee on the phone. Today something went wrong with the order. Can happen to the best. More than satisfied, it was resolved with a delicious lentil soup from the house.

Really liked this place. Ordered home delivery, the food arrived quickly (within the time they said), everything was still hot despite the freezing weather. And enjoyed the meal, quite tasty.

The hair salons are very nice here! Always delivered hot and nice large portions. I also find the delivery times here to be a lot faster than other places in the area. A mistake was made once, but it was resolved quickly and friendly. Great company!

Today we went to Slagharen for a day and on the way back we wanted to have something to eat. I googled with 3 families and ended up at this place. Really and truly!! We were welcomed here with open arms and what great service!! These people are really great and then the food, there was nothing that was not tasty. Everything was delicious and we enjoyed it. Delicious pizza and friendly staff!

After waiting two hours and the second call, I find out that they haven't even made the pizzas yet. Furthermore, no compensation was offered even when I asked for it.

Ordered 1x before 8:15 PM, arrived much earlier, when I called, they politely offered to prepare a new one, I waited until 8:45 PM, the order was not complete, I wanted pitas and got soup with it.

After waiting two hours I finally get my hairdresser and döner sandwich. I ordered a "large" kapsalon and a döner sandwich without vegetables and I get a "normal" kapsalon with fries that are too soft and a wet döner sandwich with vegetables... Very sorry. Anyway, after waiting for so long and the eventual disappointment, my appetite was already gone. Just like my €15.00... I will order my food somewhere else from now on.

I had mentioned allergies in comments, but these were not taken into account by the restaurant. Ultimately, they wanted to make a new paste after a call (and confusion on the phone). We were able to pick this up an hour later. During collection, it was apparently the intention that the wrong pasta was taken, while this was not requested. The restaurant was not very forthcoming in understanding or correcting their mistake.

We will never eat here again. We thought we would have an easy, quick bite to eat before we went on holiday, but we both got food poisoning. So had to postpone vacation for a few days. A week later I spoke to a friend of mine who had also ordered there and she also had food poisoning. If you don't feel like getting sick then I would definitely skip this thing.

Good and cheap food whit's you can eat at the restaurant itself, can pick it up or let it be delivered. It is located quite close to the city centre and is thus easy to reach whit's is great if you need a quick bite. There is good serving and the servers are nice.

Ordered food via Thuisbezorg. It would take an hour, but they supposedly showed up on the doorstep after 15 minutes, did not ring the doorbell, but did call my cell phone, but I missed the call. Called back later and they said they didn't answer the door. There was no point in arguing, so they would bring a new order (deliberately asking for a new hot meal and not the old one). The boss then promised to make a new order but showed up with the cold first order.. then tried to call but each time the phone was not answered or the phone was hung up.

Food very good and delicious. Staff very friendly. But we have ordered online several times. Which also received confirmation. But when we arrive on site we find out that they are simply closed. While online it said open (Saturday and Thursday).

We had placed an order via Thuisbezorgd.nl, everything was arranged, we received a phone call that it was too far and that they wanted to cancel the order and they immediately hung up, trying to call back was blocked. Very unfortunate, actually a bit sad.

Ordered here for the 2nd time today, delivered within 15 minutes and friendly delivery person, the food is delicious and certainly not expensive, they are also not stingy with the portions and I am 100% sure that we will order here more often.

For no reason whatsoever, and while I walk past this store with my baby in the stroller, I just get racist comments thrown at me. This from two adult men, one of whom is part of the business. I am very surprised by these expressions and realize how pathetic these two men are. That they feel it necessary to make comments about my ethnic background for their own cause. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't want to order anything from people like that!

Great service! After something went wrong on January 1 due to the crowds, this was neatly resolved somewhere! Quality of the food on January 1 was good, as well as today. The owner has shown that they are a company that takes itself seriously and solves problems. Every catering company makes mistakes when it is busy, how they deal with this is a good indication of the quality of the service! Perfectly fine in this case!
