Think three times before going there. The owner is crazy. He should first be able to deal with people well and be customer friendly. I have nothing against the employees there. They are still customer friendly but you have to go and see for yourself. Feel free to take the first bite. They have much better food there and most importantly. The owner and owneress are very customer friendly.

Today for my son's birthday we had a lovely meal here via Groupon, we were welcomed very friendly and were allowed to choose our own table so we sat outside on the terrace, we were quickly offered a bread board and asked for drinks, my daughter wanted ice cream in her drink and got that too, I was taking a picture of my son who is having his birthday and Isabella immediately asked if I could take a picture of you all, very friendly, just a little extra service and the food was really delicious, the chef had made a mistake and had put cheddar on a burger instead of bacon and that was immediately resolved, so this service was also very good. Thank you all, you made the birthday dinner a great success and extra stars for Isabella for her friendliness. See you soon.

After a walk, enjoy delicious fresh fries and a cup of tea on an outdoor terrace with picnic tables. €9.30 for 3 teas in a cup is on the pricey side. Nice service.

Walked in and didn't sit down. A large sign telling you that the terrace is (partly) self-service and terrible music that is too loud (we were here on a Sunday afternoon)

We were greeted friendly as soon as we entered. Choose your own table. Good and fast service and the food was superb. There is also a kids menu available.

Once again very successful. The fresh pea soup with brown bread was simply fantastic. See you soon.

Open despite the low season and everything you need

Had dinner here once with friends in the evening. Atmosphere is good and everything looks neat. There's nothing to complain about the food either, but boy did it take so long! We had in mind to go back to the beach after dinner, but that didn't work out, we were still eating in the dark. They came to take the order quite quickly. The starter also took a while but was still doable, within half an hour to 45 minutes. Main course was dramatic, had to wait more than 45 minutes! We were already over hunger by then, so we left half of it behind, such a shame! Especially because it wasn't cheap. We asked about it 3 times and it was always 'It's coming soon'. They closed at 9:00 PM and we were still eating our burger at 8:30 PM. The dessert was on our table in no time because it was almost 9 p.m. and we were actually looked at as if we wanted to leave. If it hadn't taken so long, we would have left much sooner. Food is good but service etc could really be better. We will go to a different restaurant next time.

Unfortunately we were unable to eat on the terrace. The kitchen was closed at 8:25 PM. Normally at 9 p.m., this is early but is too short due to staffing. The adjacent snack bar was still open. Because the terrace for food was already closed, we stood in line for more than 15 minutes to order. Then waited over 40 minutes for the order. Smaller orders were given priority. The size of the chip shop is not suitable for busy days, which means it is also a lot of work for the staff. The snack bar space is also extremely small. I'll come back again on a less busy day to see if it's better then and I'll adjust the review if it's better.

Hier gisteren geluncht met wat vrienden via Groupon. Lunchplank was absoluut niet voldoende voor 3 mensen per plank met 4 kleine brioches en 4 plakjes stokbrood. Navraag bij personeel en eigenaar ? resulteerde in de mededeling dat zij uitmaakten wat op de planken kwam aan de hand van wat voorradig was in de keuken. Kwaliteit was in orde maar jammer dat wij het idee hadden niet gekregen te hebben waarvoor wij betaald hadden.

It was a beautiful Wednesday morning in July. Despite the school holidays and the fact that Beach West is located close to the dunes and the beach, there were plenty of full - paid - parking spaces available. Beach West is simple in design, yet cozy and atmospheric. Very friendly service. Nice large terrace consisting of 3 parts. Neatly clean toilets. The lunch we had (via Groupon) was nicely prepared - looked nice and tasted excellent! Worth repeating !

Had lunch here on a summer Monday afternoon via Groupon. A delicious lunch board. All tasty things. Enjoy sitting on the terrace watching people coming to and from the beach. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Friendly staff. Toilets clean. Park in front of the door, pay at the machine or even better, via a parking app, then you really pay for the time you spend there and you don't have to think in advance how long you want to park. Worth repeating.

The tastiest fries in the area. We haven't actually eaten inside yet, but we regularly get fries before or after a walk on the beach and they are really delicious!

From lipstick on your wine glass to an allergy to peppers that had not reached the kitchen. The waitress' apology was very sincere. The new plank took 10 minutes to arrive. When we indicated that our drink was now finished and we could have walked on the beach a long time ago, we asked if there could be any compensation for the wine. When it arrived it took a long time before the order was taken. Once recorded, once again practiced patience. This while it was not very busy. Ordered some things from the chip shop. Heerlijk gegeten. Bediening was super vriendelijk en attent. Ookal was het buiten het seizoen natuurlijk en was het rustig, het eten was met zorg bereid.

Mijn boerenomelet met spek bevatte helaas géén spek... En toch beweerde men dat er snippers spekkies inzaten...

Ernstig verbrand vlees toch serveren . Is niet best , we kregen een bak koffie voor het slechte vlees . Dat is een prima gebaar. T zou beter zijn om t gewoon niet te serveren echt zonde leuke tent op een leuke plek .

Mooi restaurant met lekker eten. Wij hadden een Groupon voor een verjaardag met burgers. Er was iemand bij die liever een frikandel wilde ipv een hamburger, maar dat was niet mogelijk. De bediende was erg onvriendelijk en rolde onder andere met haar ogen. Het was geen leuk begin van de verjaardag. Ons eten bestond uit een bakje patat met een hamburger, een slaatje en mayonaise. Ik zal er wel een foto bijzetten van het eten wat wij hadden. Het was gelukkig wel genoeg eten.

Prima hier. Lekker eten na een strandbezoek.

Waren 2x hier zum essen und es hat uns beidemale sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich.

Is er heel leuk zitten ,aangename bediening,

Vandaag scheen de zon en dacht stukje fietsen. En misschien hapje eten. Even zoeken en halverwege zat Beach West. Dus die kant op. Daar aangekomen, gezellige dame van de bediening en vervolgens allebei een angusburger gegeten. Was goed klaargemaakt, patatjes erbij en klein bakje sla. Precies genoeg. Prijs kwaliteit was goed , zeker een aanrader.

Ein tolles Restaurant, sehr leckeres Essen und der Service ist top. Kommen gerne im nächsten Urlaub wieder.

Nur Pommes und Frikandel getestet, aber sehr nett und gemütlich dort. Sehr nette Bedienung.

Beach West bezocht onderweg naar een bruiloft. Leek ons makkelijk vanwege loopafstand van onze bestemming. Snel onze bestelling opgegeven, Fish and chips. Duurde best lang voordat het eten op tafel stond maar we zaten lekker in het zonnetje op het terras met een biertje. Het wachten was het waard. De gebakken vis was heerlijk met een knapperige beslagkorst. De patat was óók knapperig. Goede keuze.

Super leckeres Essen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das essen wird schnell serviert. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

Door het slechte weer waren wij met ons twee in het supergezellige restaurant. De zeer goed verzorgde lunchplank was absoluut de moeite waard. Zeker aanbevelingswaardig. De vriendelijke gastheer en het heerlijke eten maakte ons bezoek absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar.

Een plezierige ervaring op een steenworp afstand van het strand. Vriendelijk en attent personeel. Ruime menukeuze en snelle bediening. Volgende keer, ook op een doordeweekse dag, graag verse kruidenboter bij het brood😂
