What a lovely, atmospheric brasserie on the Beeckestijn estate! It's housed in its own historic building. Upon entering the restaurant, the homey atmosphere is immediately apparent. The very attentive service ensures you get a drink and the menu quickly. We chose a lunch platter with various dishes. Delicious. We also enjoyed a Pinot Noir and a Verdejo. The restaurant was full and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Nevertheless, the service was friendly and helpful. We would love to return for the brasserie and a stroll in the beautiful garden.

A truly fantastic location, of course. A cozy, relaxed atmosphere and a friendly welcome. You immediately feel welcome. The staff is noticeably proud of their delicious menu and provides excellent explanations of the dishes, as well as helpful advice on the wine list. Everything is done in a friendly, hospitable manner. Unfortunately, we were a bit short on time, but they accommodated us without any problem. The food was exquisite, and the Crème Brulee was exceptionally good. Lavishly presented, yet pure and perfect. Where else can you find that? Highly recommended! We will definitely be back with friends and family! Fantastic!

What a fantastic restaurant! A perfect four-course lunch.

In the late afternoon I've went @brasseriebeeckestijn just for coffee, but they twisted my arm by bringing me already some delicious appetizers to stay for dinner and my YOLO mindset did the rest. I would rate this dish 9/10. Same goes for a dessert with warm chocolate (forgotto takea picture). The coffee afterwards was 10/10.

Delicious food in a beautiful setting. Brasserie Beeckestijn is highly recommended. The dishes were not only beautifully presented but also very flavorful and refined, with a clear focus on local ingredients. We enjoyed the salmon with tagliatelle and tomato salsa and the flat iron with potato, bay leaf, and mushroom jus, both exquisitely prepared. The desserts (creme brûlée and pear strudel made with pears from the park) were also delicious. The beautiful location at Beeckestijn country house and the friendly, attentive service completed the experience.

We stopped in for coffee after walking the grounds of the estate. The walk was lovely - many geometric paths and little gardens to wind your way along. I had hot chocolate, which was tasty, and came with three tiny sweet bites. That was a really nice touch. We didn't eat, but the food looked interesting. Nice cozy location.

And the presentation. It's not what I expected here. After all, I had imagined something completely different during my previous visits a while back. Before ordering, we received a platter with small olives and some dip and chips. We hadn't asked for this. And it was also on the bill. Then they asked if we wanted water in a carafe, plain water. We had reserved it. It was a hot day. And water was also on the bill. This is unacceptable. And inappropriate. To serve customers something without asking, without pointing it out, and then charging extra. You should be ashamed of yourself. To treat your guests this way. And to disadvantage them. And the food isn't what it used to be. The location hasn't changed. But the food has. And that's a real shame.

Extremely poor service, very unfriendly! My children wanted a grilled cheese sandwich and Dutch pancakes. The waitress wouldn't let me order a regular cheese sandwich for myself, but he would let me order one for my child? The boss doesn't allow this. Very strange. I had to order something else, since a grilled cheese sandwich is only for children and not for adults??? Bizarre! There was also barely any powdered sugar on the ready-made Dutch pancakes. Very nice braserie in a beautiful spot in Beeckestein. What struck me first was the capucino. Was served on a platter with some treats. You don't see that very often, but in my experience it should be that way. Not that well-known and tasteless cookie in a package that you get almost everywhere. The food is excellent and well presented. We opted for the Beeckestein plank with all kinds of tasty snacks. Recommended.

After having eaten at this brasserie several times, we went to dinner at Beeckesteijn again after a long time. Unfortunately we had a somewhat lesser experience this time. It started with the board with a snack beforehand. That was taken away before we finished it. We had the 6-course menu and we only received the first course after an hour. There was a lot of time between each course for our taste. The second course was pigeon but was announced as duck. At the fourth course the empty wine glasses were taken away and after that we were never asked again if we wanted anything else to drink. In addition, I find water service very expensive if it is tap water and I always have to pour it myself. The food, on the other hand, was delicious. All in all a shame.

Next time I come, the butter cake will be the first thing I order, because it is home-made and very refined. Furthermore, this brasserie is romantically located near a castle, in the middle of the wooded park that comes with it. The manager is a friendly man who likes to take time to chat. Perhaps he comes from Limburg because the lunch menu includes pickled meat. However, be quick for the latter, because the menu changes every eight weeks. Wonderful place!

Als er staat "met asperge" verwacht je toch niet 1 (lees een) asperge. Voor een glaasje cola (geen flesje) betaal je 3,75 en voor een glaasje spa rood 1,00. Nee voor ons nooit meer. We voelen ons bedonderd.

Leuke verrassende andere wijnen die goed gekozen waren bij de gerechten. Gerechten waren divers en heel erg lekker. Ook mooi opgemaakt. Lam was werkelijk fenomenaal zacht en mals en smakelijk. So nice and cozy, delicious food

Very beautifully situated terrace next to a beautiful park. Friendly and smooth service, delicious non-alcoholic beer and delicious mackerel sandwich full of omega-3. After this we visited the French and English gardens, a walk of about an hour. Met the many volunteers who maintain the hortus and herb garden.
