Very nice braserie in a beautiful spot in Beeckestein. What struck me first was the capucino. Was served on a platter with some treats. You don't see that very often, but in my experience it should be that way. Not that well-known and tasteless cookie in a package that you get almost everywhere. The food is excellent and well presented. We opted for the Beeckestein plank with all kinds of tasty snacks. Recommended.

They dare to try surprising flavors and combinations, without being crazy. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Despite the chic appearance of the building and the surroundings, you immediately feel at home. All in all, this is a place I'd love to keep coming back to and highly recommend.

After having eaten at this brasserie several times, we went to dinner at Beeckesteijn again after a long time. Unfortunately we had a somewhat lesser experience this time. It started with the board with a snack beforehand. That was taken away before we finished it. We had the 6-course menu and we only received the first course after an hour. There was a lot of time between each course for our taste. The second course was pigeon but was announced as duck. At the fourth course the empty wine glasses were taken away and after that we were never asked again if we wanted anything else to drink. In addition, I find water service very expensive if it is tap water and I always have to pour it myself. The food, on the other hand, was delicious. All in all a shame.

Wilde gaan lunchen ,drinken besteld,toen werd er gezegd rookvrij terras,ook niet vapen,die meneer was ook erg onvriendelijk, drankje afgerekend en weggegaan,zou handig zijn om een bord neer te zetten met rookvrij terras,dan kun je zelf je keus maken!!

Furthermore, this brasserie is romantically located near a castle, in the middle of the wooded park that comes with it. The manager is a friendly man who likes to take time to chat. Achteraf (zonder dat dat ons verteld was) werd hier een flink bedrag voor gerekend. Tevens klopt de menukaart niet met wat je krijgt. Als er staat "met asperge" verwacht je toch niet 1 (lees een) asperge. Voor een glaasje cola (geen flesje) betaal je 3,75 en voor een glaasje spa rood 1,00. Nee voor ons nooit meer. We voelen ons bedonderd.

Zeer vriendelijke en vakkundige en geschoolde bediening. We hadden een 6 gangen verrassingsmenu ( als je wil kún je even spieken ) met wijnen. Leuke verrassende andere wijnen die goed gekozen waren bij de gerechten. Gerechten waren divers en heel erg lekker. Ook mooi opgemaakt. Lam was werkelijk fenomenaal zacht en mals en smakelijk. We hebben van elke hap genoten en voelden ons verwend en gastvrij ontvangen! Prijskwaliteit verhouding is goed

Very beautifully situated terrace next to a beautiful park. Friendly and smooth service, delicious non-alcoholic beer and delicious mackerel sandwich full of omega-3. After this we visited the French and English gardens, a walk of about an hour. Met the many volunteers who maintain the hortus and herb garden.

Absolute aanrader. Leuke sfeer, zowel binnen als buiten, personeel altijd vriendelijk. Maar t belangrijkste, het is er altijd lekker eten. Vandaag hadden we latte-macchiato en appeltaart. De koffie is heet, geen lullig glaasje, en erbij 3 kleine hapjes en glaasje water. De appeltaart, ah de appeltaart, serieus de lekkerste ooit in een restaurant gegeten, ze maken hem dan ook helmaal zelf, en dat proef je.

Fantasisch luxurieus eten. Het enige wat miste was dat de man achter de bar tenminste nog een keer opgekeken had van zijn glazen poetsen en ons bij het verlaten uit de saal totziens gezegd had.
