They always forgot to bring you everything !! I paid two times for drink but they didnt bring drink !! So for what i paid !!!!! I work hard i dont gonna pay you money for nothing !!

I ordered one pizza and one drink here this week: 22 euros. It took almost two hours for delivery. I've ordered from here before, but the pizza I received was small instead of large, burnt, and tasted absolutely awful. Last time, the pizza was really good. I won't be ordering from here again; it's disappointing.

The pizzas are incredibly delicious and crispy. I think they have the best pizzas in Helmond and Lierop. They're a bit on the expensive side, though. But again, the pizzas themselves are delicious 💯

All time the delivery are in the Time The drivers delivery are always happy with the smile 😊😁 and deserve it the respect I speak English and I order sometimes when I'm in the area Helmond because I am still working truck driver at scheepsboulevard 5, Roumanian guy, I am , but more international but the orders of Bella Amica have good payments at orders , otherwise the drivers have to buy from tankstations where the price's are expensive and the eat is unhealthy but at Bella Amica Helmond the eat has good quality and lekker eat ,and when I drive I don't need to buy anymore from tankstations where is very expensive 🫰

Ordered and picked up a pizza, when I arrived home there was a long hair in it, called them and they would send a new one, an hour later still nothing, called again within 10 minutes it was there, called 4 times later 2 hours later the pizza arrived, delivery person friendly man but otherwise no good word about this place, never again for me

We ordered two hair salons and a pizza. Delivery took a long time. The delivery person himself said at the door that the pizza was burnt. And a new one would come and bring it. Unfortunately he never came back. We wanted a hair salon with shawarma, and this was just doner. Kapsalon was also very dry and not warm. I also don't understand how you know that your pizza is burnt and it is still delivered.

Ordered at 6 p.m. via Thuisbezorgd and waiting time 50 minutes... fine in itself. But after 1.5 hours we called to find out where our food was, it just went with the driver, but according to home delivery, food would already be on its way in 30 minutes, that's strange! After another 30 minutes we called again and a car just stopped. OVER 2 hours later we had food! 😖 The calzones themselves were good, according to the people who ate them, but the spare ribs were incredibly greasy, the fries were soggy and the sauces were not included... I called again about that and they still have to be delivered 40 minutes later, I don't think they will come again! This was the first and certainly the last time we ordered something here!! Bad service, so definitely NOT recommended!!! What a disappointment and money €53 wasted 😠

Finally delivered to my hair salon after an hour and a half, cold. You will also spend more money if you order by telephone. Large Kapsalon chicken fillet in chili pans is €17.00 delivered via home delivery. I had to pay €18.50 at the door for a hair salon that was delivered cold and late.

We ordered a chicken wrap and a pizza. Contrary to most reviews here: The food arrived on time around 45 min. later, Wrap was still warm and pizza also. It is literally like in any country where I ever ordered food: Germany, USA, UK, Switzerland, Poland, Austria, Netherlands, Beglium and so on. You order, get food, give some tips and enjoy the food. So this was okay, nothing to complain about pizza and wrap was warm and jummy. Maybe some people need a bit of a reality check. This is a food delivery and not a 3 star restaurant. If you expect a 3 star menu für 20 EUR, sorry aint gonna happen. You get what you pay for: Good food for a slighly higher price, as its delivery. Thats all.

We arrived at Bella Amica in Helmond 3 minutes before closing time and were still warmly welcomed. Despite the late hour, we were still able to order three Kapsalon. After a long and tiring day at the HUP Hotel, this store was our salvation! The portions were huge and the food was simply delicious. We would particularly like to highlight the incredibly friendly owner, who was still in a good mood even at a late hour. Clear recommendation, we will definitely come back!

Bad company. Ordered ice cream for dessert at Bella Amica ice cream shop. Apparently Bella Amica is a different company. After asking appropriately where our ice cream was after 1.5 years, we received a special appearance with a cocky behavior on the leash. 90 minutes was a normal time in Helmond (Helmond with a diameter of 30 minutes by bike). If we wanted it faster, we just had to pick it up. Big mouth, bad company.

5 Pizza's besteld. Cipollo besteld, Pollo gekregen, gebeld en binnen 20-30 minuten had ik de Cipollo. Aan de telefoon en aan de deur meermaals excuses aangeboden, maar dat hoeft niet, het is niet het einde van de wereld. Super service, Bedankt! De Pizza's waren heerlijk!🤗

De desserts zijn heerlijk alleen de lever tijden zijn belachelijk ca. 1,5 tot 2,5uur voor 1crepe met wat sides [REACTIE] Het is een gemiddelde ik denk dat ik maandelijks wel 1 of 2x bestel bij jullie en heb altijd minimaal 1,5 uur wachttijd voor 1 crepe met 'n paar macarons.

(Meerdere malen) achter elkaar dat de sauzen leeg zijn gelekt door heel de zak door. Laatste keer voor mij.

Vaste klant en vandaag 2e keer oprij.... een opgepiepte vies lauwe bestelling.... zonde.... maar dacht klaar ermee en belde netjes op, kreeg de baas aan de telefoon die mij zeer netjes ten woord stond, maakte zijn excuus noteerde wat niet goed was, en binnen 20 min stond er iemand aan de deur met een gehele nieuwe bestelling..... en kan je vertellen ja dit was wat we gewoon altijd gewend waren van ze... warm, vers gewoon een lekker bord bikke op een saaie zondag..... bedankt bella amica voor de nette service en hoe mijn klacht opgepakt werd en meteen in orde gemaakt werd.... mijn complimenten. En gewoon lekkere verse warme hap blijven serveren liever 5 min langer wachten en lekker ....dan 10 min eerder en weg kunnen klappen. Al met al 5*

Bezorging ging perfect. De maaltijd werd heet geleverd en smaakte overheerlijk. Zeer sympathiek personeel en je kunt aan de deur pinnen op een draagbare pinautomaat, perfect. Ik kan deze zaak aan iedereen aanraden.

Service was super goed en het eten was in een woord geweldig. Ik heb nog nooit zo'n lekkere kebabschotel en pizza gehad ik raad het iedereen aan om hier te gaan eten!
