Bella donna in Noordhove

I've been coming here for years and am very satisfied. This Turkish restaurant is truly a good example for many entrepreneurs in this industry. The owner runs the kitchen himself and ensures good and consistent quality and hygiene. The delivery service is also truly excellent! Come rain or shine, always with a smile. I rarely have cash on hand for a tip, but despite that, the delivery driver often still has a lollipop for my daughter. Thanks!

My friend ordered a kapsalon and a beer. The beer was €5.00 and the kapsalon €11.50. When he got home, he discovered it was a portion of fries with a few shreds of meat. A bit pricey for fries! We went back, but he wouldn't budge, only saying that if we wanted more meat, we'd have to pay €25.00. Once and never again. In the end, I paid €16.50 for one beer and left the food. From now on, I'll just go back to Oosterheem. They just give you regular meat and won't rip you off.

A household name in Noordhove for years. Yes, it was once ⌛️better. But if you ask the owner you will get the old scool pizzas 🍕 that you were used to. Just good and honest food 🍽️ at a fair price 🏆. And yes prices will increase from 2022/2023, but where not? Don't complain and just appreciate a service-oriented pizzaria! or have a nice meal at that crap tent Tibiria in the village street or cook 🌺 yourself with your expensive products from the supermarket. You get Turkish pizza cold. You ask for the sauces separately and they put them on. No, customer is not king.

It was my first time ordering a lamb chop dish from Bella Donna. I have absolutely no regrets If you want to eat delicious lamb chops, this place is highly recommended. delicious meal.

The pizza is perfect, nothing wrong with it, but what's going on with the garlic sauce? The second time the sour taste is no longer good, you had good garlic sauce and now you don't :-(

Exactly what we wanted and expected. Good in taste. Well baked. Nice and warm. Excellent price-quality ratio. We had a pizza fruti di mare and a Turkish pizza lamb.

Picked up two pizzas from Bella Donna tonight. After waiting more than 20 minutes, one pizza was not the one I ordered. When we arrived home by car, 3 minutes from Bella Donna, both pizzas turned out to be very lukewarm, therefore not really edible and the incorrectly made pizza was also inedible. Way too salty. Both pizzas thrown away. I called and got a meaningless OK. answer. I will never eat at this "restaurant" again. The next time we get the pizza from the neighbor "Albert Hein".

We have ordered food in the past and it has been good. The last time the spaghetti was undercooked. The chicken satay was dry, the fries had been fried several times and the lettuce was old. You cannot send a message via email. Very annoying. We are done with it again.

The gentleman started coughing and then sat with his bare hands to his mouth. Without washing his hands, he continued preparing my hair salon. I didn't need it anymore. Very unsanitary.

Pizzas are good. Since they are no longer available for home delivery, no delivery time is indicated when ordering. That is not good. Ordered 4 pizzas today and received 3. Fortunately, after telephone contact, the 4th pizza was delivered within 20 minutes. That's really fast! Top! After all, we are human and mistakes can be made. It's about how you solve it.

Not our preference, staff speaks poor Dutch, ridiculous prices, pay extra if you want to pay by card and prices do not match the menu (read: for the same order you pay something different every time... Turkish pizza cheese!) and very minimal toppings !

NOT RECOMMENDED! Had two pizzas delivered. A pizza margaritha and chicken backon. The chicken bacon pizza contains chicken and pepperoni, so no bacon. According to them, I should have seen this when ordering. The margaritha had almost no tomato sauce. Dry salty snack with cheese and dough. Finally called the store to ask if they could do anything for us. Even sent a photo of the pizza via WhatsApp to make it clear that there was a minimal amount of sauce on the margaritha pizza. I had to come over and they hung up while I was still talking. Finally drove by for a new pizza. I didn't get this, because the tomato sauce was absorbed into the cheese and dough during the baking process. I have remained calm at all times, both on the telephone and in the office. When I asked why the owner hung up on the phone it was because he didn't have time to argue about one pizza. The owner had a very aggressive attitude, both on the phone and in the store. As other reviews also indicate here: the owner cannot admit a mistake and you can always find out for yourself. Do not order here!!

Very bad service. When the wrong pizza is delivered, I get an extremely unsympathetic gentleman on the phone. No apology, no refund, no replacement pizza. Fortunately, Zoetermeer has several pizzarias.

Terrible service. You order pizza without peppers and get a pizza with peppers and extra peppers. When you call them, you are told that it is your own fault because you are unclear. Great customer service!
