Pizza Aro in Industriegebied

I ordered through Thuiszorgd (Home Delivery), one dish with incredibly tough meat, one Turkish pizza that was practically burnt, and one pizza where I literally had to search for the toppings. The delivery driver also arrived almost half an hour late and didn't read the note I'd given him to reach my front door due to a technical issue with the gallery door (the doorbell connection wasn't working). This was my first, but definitely my last, order from here.

Complaint/Review: I ordered Turkish pizza from this restaurant. I paid €6 for a regular pizza without meat. In total, I paid around €42. Because they said it wasn't "much," they refused to deliver it, and I had to pick it up myself. When I finally picked up the food, the Turkish pizzas were cold, and the meat didn't smell fresh (it didn't smell like ground beef)—it even stank. I'm very dissatisfied with the food, the service, and the communication. For this price, you expect at least hot and tasty food, and better service. I would give zero stars if I could. Definitely not recommended!!!!

Terrible service. I ordered a kapsalon without cheese and got one with cheese. Then they said I ordered one with cheese and got really angry. So, don't order from here.

I wanted to get a pizza in the evening, and thought: I'll just drive past Aro. But the employee looked sinister and unhygienic, but he kept staring at us in front of the door. It was very uncomfortable so we decided after 1 look in the kitchen to go. That we didn't feel like diarrhea.

Ordered a certain burger and they no longer had it. Just sent another citizen. Pizzas delivered without sauce, limp lettuce. Called, man got angry and said "what do I want now?" Once but never again.

Very bad!!! You ask if the fries can be served separately and then everything is mixed together. The lettuce is brown, everything is dry and no taste at all. Then suddenly they don't understand Dutch and everything is delivered to your home. Everything can go in the trash!

The pizza is thick, tasty and always hot. The delivery guy is very nice and always polite. Absolutely 5 stars

Kapsalons is really bad, doner is just shawarma. Fries are wet, and the lettuce is really dry and old. the rest of the food is fine. but hair salon is bad for the 3rd time

Ordered from this pizzaria several times. It is always quick and deliciously hot, as if it just came out of the oven. If you ask me, the best price/quality in Zoetermeer. 1 large luxury pepperoni for 18 euros and you can easily eat it for two. Definitely recommended.

I just ordered food here with some friends, firstly the order took a very long time. Longer than the stated time. Then I get my large kapsalon chicken, which was half full and only contained lettuce, fries and chicken. No other vegetables or anything. The fries were limp and dry, the chicken was half raw and the lettuce was dirty. I am now struggling with a terrible stomach ache from the hair salon. First and last order ever here! Not recommended at all times, not now, not ever!

The pizza was okay, but the hair salon was very poorly stocked. For a hair salon costing €13.00, you at least expect it to be completely filled. Shame

Best place in Zoetermeer in the sense that they help with diet and food is always delivered very quickly and always tastes good! Been ordering there for a year now!

Food was ok. Ordered Kapsalon, fries were soaked in oil, not crispy. Large hair salon but the container was not filled to the brim while other things are. The hot wings and chicken pieces are fried too hard, if you are not careful your teeth will fall out.

Besteld via Uber. Werd snel bezorgd onze pizza's. Ik had trek in mijn vegetarische pizza met diverse ingrediënten, waaronder artisjok. Daarom ook deze besteld. Maar vanalles behalve artisjok! Nog restaurant gebeld en het gezegd. Het antwoord was oh dan is de menukaart bij uber niet aangepast, ik had het doorgegeven. Nou echt niet, op de officiële website van pizzeria Aro staat ook gewoon met artisjokken. Hier kom ik niet meer. Ik laat mij niet bedonderen, bah. Echt niet normaal. Ik bleef vriendelijk aan de telefoon omdat ik zijn praatjes geloofde.

Aro was altijd favoriet. Maar de laatste 2 x lange bezorgtijden en het eten is duidelijk slechter. Vette karige pizza's Grote kapsalon zit weining vlees in alleen vette patat. Jammer maar een vaste klant kwijt.

Heerlijk Turks broodje met shoarma. De saus werd apart geadviseerd anders werd het broodje sompig.

Hele lekkere pizza, super goede service!!

Dit is een van de beste bezorg pizzeria's van Zoetermeer. Waar je tot de late uurtjes kunt bestellen en je nachtelijke trek kunt stillen. 2 grote 46cm pizza's besteld bij ze. kalfs en lams shoarma wat ik had grote trek. Eerst werd ik netjes gebeld door de eigenaar om de bestelling te verifiëren.Wat ik heel netjes vindt. En toen belde hij nog een keer omdat de bestelde lams shoarma op was. Er werd netjes een alternatieve pizza beleg geboden. wat wel op voorraad was. Dit geval kip . Toen de bezorger aan de deur kwam belde hij netjes op me telefoon. De pizza's waren rijkelijk belegd en goed op temperatuur. Er zat zelfs een afstandhouder tussen de pizzadoos om te voorkomen dat de pizza aan de doos plakt tijdens vervoer. Ik heb hem een euro fooi gegeven omdat hij zo snel was met de pizza's bezorgen. En ik kreeg ook nog een gratis fles cola van het huis. Ik ga hier zeker vaker bestellen.

Dit is de beste pizza die ik heb gegeten. Veel beter dan de domino’s of New York. Heb een 46 cm grote pizza peperoni deluxe besteld! De ingrediënten waren vers en de pizza was goed belegd! Echt elke euro waard!
