I've been coming here with my parents for a long time, and we've always loved the food. The service is friendly, and it's not too expensive. We eat the shawarma most often, but the burgers are also delicious.

I came to eat an ice cream with my mother. After making a huge fuss about the dip I chose and procrastinating a lot, it turned out that the menu was incorrect. After I changed my order to a sundae, the man tried to send me away with 2 ice creams while I had paid too much. In the meantime, he had already crumpled the receipt. When I indicated that I would get something back, he gave me too little change. I repeated what I should have paid and the man had to find the receipt and uncrumple it to see what amount I had paid. He started calculating back on the receipt with a pen and paper with an (incorrect) amount that I should have paid, so that his lack of change was correct. Only I also saw what I had paid. After procrastinating for a long time, I got the change thrown in my hand and the man didn't even say hello in a friendly way.

I don't even want to give 1 star, pizza and fries arrived cold, fries were completely limp and wet, I had ordered 2 pizzas and two fries, paid a total of €50 for everything and had indicated that 1 pizza had no onion, but we got it with onion, I felt sick when I was eating because of the pizza, I then contacted them, the gentleman on the phone was quickly attacked because I only indicated that the food that had been delivered was not okay, the gentleman acted unprofessionally and started saying things like you are 1 in 100 and the first to say that the food is not good and he acted aggressively, I indicated to the gentleman that it was about the pizza and not about him and that he should talk more calmly to the customer and remain respectful to me and show understanding because I don't think it is normal to talk to your customers like that, in the end the gentleman said, just find another pizzeria to order new ones and then hung up on me and blocked my number so that I could no longer call them back. , find it very unprofessional and not possible that you pay so much but more the fact that you talk to your customers like that! . I advise no one to order here! I will certainly never order or eat here again!

Been coming here for years for the shoarma dish. It's just great. Friendly service, speed and good food.

What an antisocial employee. A man with short hair and glasses refuses to even consider a 3-year-old's chocolate ice cream. He's a big mouth, refuses to sell, and demands money without even processing the order. Nothing is possible as long as it's in his best interest. Damn it!

What a customer-unfriendly business. I am seriously ill and needed to go to the toilet. I didn't have time to ask if it was possible. When I returned upstairs I was told that as far as she was concerned I should have shit in my pants. While I would have liked to pay a few euros to use the toilet. So no, not again, not even to eat.

Had 2 menus delivered last week, food was hot, delivered quickly, portions were large and of course very tasty! Until next time 👍

Don't waste your money, it is literally a frozen pizza from the supermarket for €15. Really disappointed. I bought a pizza quattro stagioni and the mushrooms looked like the were cooked before.

Had a shawarma menu delivered today, the pita bread was torn, we had telephone contact about this, 2 new ones were delivered (only 1 was torn), this was returned and I received feedback about it. I would have torn this myself 🤔 no way!!!! I was made a liar!!! order for 37.50e and then they make a fuss about a pita bread? How? The included garlic sauce was also as thin as water... NO NO No more bella fiore for me!! Was a good customer for years, that is now over. In the past, you as a customer were treated nicely, but that has now clearly changed... Pity!

BAD EXPERIENCE The restaurant was CLOSED and we went to get an oliebol. We didn't know where to eat it, so we sat on the EMPTY terrace and kept the table tidy. The man from the pizzeria was apparently there and came out, he shouted something at us, we were asked to leave and we immediately agreed. We had our hands full with bags from the supermarket and an oliebol in hand, so we tried to eat it quickly to be able to leave at all. The man immediately came to us and started calling us "d*m" and shouting loudly that we had to leave, we didn't even get the chance to do that. We left and he started calling us "k*nk*r M*ng*len" and more.

Hello As a kebab, it's a very good place, and the children's set is also okay. The salads are terribly average, almost just lettuce.

I recently had the pleasure (or rather, the misfortune) of ordering a pizza from Bella Fiore. The experience was unforgettable to say the least, but not in the way you would hope. First of all, the presentation: when I got my hands on the pizza boxes, I was immediately disappointed. The boxes felt greasy and were clearly not sturdy enough for their contents. The grease had seeped through the boxes, making for an unpleasant first impression. Opening the box only made things worse. The pizzas were literally in a puddle of grease. The amount of oil and grease found on and around the pizzas looked more like a poorly executed art installation than a meal. The taste? Unfortunately, it was just as disappointing as the sight. The crust was soggy and limp, soaked in grease. The topping, which could have been fresh in itself, was so overpowered by the greasiness that it completely lost its flavor. Every bite was a battle against an abundance of oil, which left a heavy feeling in the stomach. There was one positive point, however: the experience left me with a well-oiled poop the next morning. But let's be honest, that's not the kind of aftermath you'd hope for after a night of pizza. In short, Bella Fiore really needs to take a step back and rethink their approach. More attention to quality and less oil would make a world of difference. For now, I will continue to order my pizzas elsewhere.

Uncooked, uncut , ingridients not spread on pizza just in the middle not to mention smelling bad .

I am a creature of habit and therefore order the pizza carbonara almost always and everywhere. Unfortunately, this was the worst I've had in a long time. An overall sour taste totally ruined the pizza. Definitely not recommended.

My kids really enjoyed the pizza at this restaurant! The taste was great and the portions were generous. The friendly service and cozy atmosphere made it a perfect evening for the whole family. We will definitely come back!

I ordered from Bella Fiore for 25 euros. They were at the wrong address and refused to deliver the order to the correct address, but I had paid everything. Never worried. Never order from them!

Slecht geregeld eten was optijd, bestelling is verkeerd over gekomen. Ze zeggen kijk in de bestelgeschiedenis daar staat iets heel anders dan wat ik gekregen heb. Geen doekjes slappe friet. Zeer slechte ervaring

Slechte pizza. De bodem wordt niet met de hand gemaakt, er zitten machinaal gemaakte gaatjes in. De pizza is erg karig belegd. De bodem is erg droog en het lijkt eerder op die van een diepvriespizza dan van een pizzeria. Totaal niet knapperig, lijkt eerder op droge koek.

Zag er van binnen leuk uit, mevrouw achter de Balie was erg aardig en klantvriendelijk. Helaas was er geen lasagne. Toen maar voor een burger menu gekozen. Milkshake was lekker maar daar hield het wel bij op… patat was na 5 min rijden al zo slap als wat en burger was ook voor de vuilnisbak gemaakt

I was not allowed to use the toilet with just a payment. I also had to purchase a drink. Ridiculous! I had just spent 2 hours in the car where I had spent a lot of time in traffic jams. Bad service

Pizza margerita is gewoon een diepvries pizza. Wat een troep. Aardappelschijfjes compleet ‘slap’ door het vet. Bella fiore heeft een flinke downgrade ondergaan t.o.v. (Ongeveer) 2 jaar geleden

Heel leuk en klantvriendelijk personeel en pizza's zijn erg lekker. 😋

Hier vanavond mogen eten met acht personen. Hoge verwachtingen, maar helaas viel het erg tegen. Slordige maar vriendelijke bediening en een verbrande pizza. Daarnaast duurde het erg lang tot het eten werd geserveerd. Bij navraag gaf de bediening aan dat ze druk waren met bezorging. Tot overmaat van ramp was het ijskoud binnen, geen verwarming. Wel was de Kapsalon een aanrader, deze hadden we beter alle acht moeten bestellen.

Was lekker, nogsteeds van mening dat ze de lekkerste korst hebben!

Vandaag twee pizza's besteld maar kan me niet heugen de knop geen tomatensaus te hebben ingedrukt. Alleen aan de rand een beetje tomatensaus , pizza bolognese was daardoor smakeloos. Uien er half rauw op. Salami pizza van mijn dochter helaas zelfde verhaal met de saus, maar smaakte nog enigzins vanwege de salami. Wij bestellen er niet weer.

Vandaag eten besteld bij Bella Fiore. Gewenste bezorgtijd 18:00-18:15 ivm werk van mijn man. Om 17:40 stonden ze al aan de deur. Bestelling : 2 broodjes shoarma, een broodje kipfilet, kindermenu met kipcorn en fristi en een lamacun met shoarma. €43,- De broodjes worden geleverd in een hamburgerbakje. Gepropt lijkt het wel. Vlees in folie, broodjes waren gescheurd. Broodje bovenop de folie en een pluk ijsberg sla erop die warm en slap is geworden. Kindermenu €9.95. Klein zakje patat met appelmoes. Een kipcorn doormidden gebroken in een zakje. Fristi vergeten. (later nageleverd) Ronduit slecht eten en presentatie laat te wensen over.

Eten was goed goede service Alleen het was koud aan de voeten doordat de deur steeds open en dicht ging.

We bestellen hier regelmatig voor bezorging (we doen dit via de website van het restaurant, niet via Thuisbezorgd) en zijn over het algemeen tevreden - bezorging is bijna altijd vlot, ook op drukke dagen en het eten is meestal prima (af en toe iets te vette shorma of minder lekkere gebakken aardappeltjes, maar over het algemeen goede kwaliteit). Aanraders zijn ook de burgers die op het menu staan.

Ouderwetse inrichting. En eten tja moet je van houden..pizza is goed

Niet zo boos doen, als je het restaurant inloopt inplaats van de afhaal afdeling.

Super lekker gegeten hier vanavond. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen en heel erg vriendelijk personeel.

Wij komen hier regelmatig voor een snelle pizza of shoarmaschotel. Altijd lekker en personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Gezellig klein restaurantje. Ook afhaal is erg goed.

Ik was verbaasd over de prijs dan de kapsalon, maar man man wat was die groot. Heerlijk!

7,50 ....een flinke prijs voor een Lahmacun met sla en als extra wat tomaat en komkommer. Bakje met een bodempje uiensaus (0.75) inbegrepen.

Eerder niet zo positief, maar de pizza’s die we op 22-1 hebben besteld waren erg lekker. Dunne bodem en niet vet! Erg goed. Nieuwe kok?

Heerlijk en goede service. Had laatst een kapsalon besteld en die was supersnel klaar. Schrok er van ;-) zo snel

Ik kwam er voor een lactose-vrije maaltijd maar dat kon niet worden gewaarborgd.

Heerlijk eten dat je kan bestellen of van kan genieten op het terras. Geweldig!

Prima eten ,maar iets vriendelijker is geen overbodige luxe

Netjes voor elkaar en het eten is zeer goed.

Sinds lange tijd weer eens een pizza's hier besteld, want... Deze zijn gewoon de lekkerste van Deventer, dat is al jaren zo. Maar wat we nu kregen... Te kort in de oven geweest, dus erg slap. Weinig smaak, en mager belegd. Via via begrepen we, dat de gespierde kok er niet meer zou werken? Dat zou dan idd de magere kwaliteit verklaren. Helaas en erg jammer, de pizza's waren er altijd super.

Je moet het niet te vaak doen, maar voor een lekkere shoarmaschotel ben je hier wel aan het goede adres.

Bella Fiore is geen (Italiaans) restaurant waar je snel naar binnen stapt. Het is gelegen op het winkelcentrum Colmschate. Ze hebben ook een bezorgdient en de eerlijkheid gebied te zeggen dat het altijd prima smaakt!
