When the delivery driver is on his way, you can easily track his progress via GPS. I saw the driver stop and not move for at least 15 to 20 minutes. After half an hour, I called just to ask if the delivery driver was on his way, as GPS sometimes malfunctions. A jerk answered the phone, told me not to call, and then hung up. The food arrived 10 minutes late and was cold. I definitely won't call again because I'll never order from them again. Cheers to them.

Yesterday I called with a question. Someone on the line was making some rather strange comments in a sexually suggestive tone. Like, "I think you're beautiful." He also asked if I lived in a student house, and I said no. He then said, "Too bad." I also heard that other colleagues were there who apparently condoned this behavior.

Food was delivered "to the door," meaning to the dirty steps leading to the building's front door, next to a spiderweb. Despite providing the exact address, the delivery person didn't even ring the intercom. Attempts to contact the establishment resulted in multiple rejections. The food was cold, and the service was abysmal.

Very poorly run business. Not recommended!

Very unfriendly staff. We went in for two cans of drink, and the only thing the employee said to us was "Paying by card?" and nothing else. No hello, no goodbye, nothing.

When delivering 2 pizzas and 2 milkshakes, one milkshake was missing and there was a different flavor pizza in between. After telephone contact, this was resolved very neatly and we still received the correct order. Thanks for the services!

dramatic pizza.. had a half/half pizza and all the ingredients were pushed to 1 side. sauces mixed together. haven't ordered in a long time because there is always something wrong with our order, now again. cheesebread was very tasty!

I ordered a box. Was a total mess. Ordered fries but didn't get them and chicken wings weren't included either. According to the manager, they weren't there. Now I got those limp chicken pieces. Never seen anything so disgusting.

May 5th ordered a pizza here. Was called 10 minutes later that the dough was gone, I found this quite special for a pizza place... young man told me that my money would be refunded but so far nothing received. Also here several times a cold pizza from this domino at home.

Wow!!! Picked up pizzas. What a delicious pizza, the taste of the base is great. And the topping too. Really fantastic!!

Received a voucher for the 2nd pizza for free. So I thought it would be nice to pick it up at the store. Turns out it wasn't possible! Because it had to be done via the internet. That wasn't mentioned anywhere on the receipt! Instead of an apology, let alone pizza, they pretended we didn't understand it properly. According to them, the computer was in charge, because their human boss couldn't solve it either. Then we went for a delicious pizza at a real pizza restaurant. I'm never coming here again. It is misleading advertising. When I said angrily that I had a bad review in mind, they said they weren't interested in that! I understand that employees apparently have a hard time staying upright in such a tent, but I always think the company as a whole is responsible for this.

The pizza was smaller than the pizza I ordered and the pizza I received looked nothing like the pictures on the website! The pizza is supposed to be 35 cm, but it's only 30!

Crappy tent pizza is inedible literally falling apart drowned in cheese sauce. Can't even pick it up, falls apart. If you call them, you will get an aso on the line. Who portrays me as aggressive, while I submit my complaint in a calm tone. Never ordering here again. They should be ashamed of themselves with this customer service

Didn't get the right size of pizza, and an Ultimate Cheesy Bread was missing. The delivery person was sent back and called afterward. Ultimate response? how did I have the nerve to return a good pizza and how did I realize that it was the wrong product. The gentleman had already worked here for 15 years (this location has not even been around that long), and the gentleman never makes mistakes. Final score? The gentleman called back to inform me that they would no longer deliver to me the same day, and that I would only get a refund for the Ultimate Cheesy Bread (never had it returned). First class scam. Do you want a good pizza? order delicious at Pizzeria Picobello.

Every time I come here there are different people but the attitude is the same, the customer service is zero. They are not polite at all. I only come here because of the taste of the pizza. I would never come here if there was another branch nearby

As for the service, it was hopeless. My intercom doesn't work, so the supplier ignored the matter and didn't even call me. The pizza was only delivered after I called the restaurant after 1.5 hours, because that was the maximum time. We had to wait another half hour for the cold pizza. I don't recommend it to anyone. What a bad… thing. We order something with spinach. Employees get on the phone and say that home delivery is different from the site. The employees pretended to be the manager. Then called back as it says exactly the same on their own site. So I wanted a new one. Now I got the manager on the phone. This manager didn't care and got an answer with what do you want me to do now. You don't get any money or anything back. I became quite irritated and the manager also had quite a big mouth in return. Like come here and apply yourself. Really a bad thing!! Don't steal

I ordered loaded fries and a chicken combo box from this store via Thuisbezorgd. Not normal poor quality; the chicken and fries were pale, limp and soggy. I'm not one to quickly call because the food isn't as expected, but this time I did. Then I got on the phone with the manager, who immediately spoke to me in an extremely rude and conceited tone. “The food is pre-cooked, so it's done anyway” (I didn't say that I expected to get deathly ill from it, but that it simply wasn't edible.) 'Yes, it was simply baked according to instructions, so I can't do anything about the fact that you don't like it/think it's of good quality' 'Yes, but what do you expect from me? I'm not going to bring new food, because I don't think there's anything wrong with it and we're not going to get a refund either." Then he told me to file a complaint with Thuisbezorgd, because yes, I placed the order with them, not with domino's. To which Thuisbezorgd of course (and rightly) indicates that they are an intermediary and that the quality of the food must be arranged via dominoes itself. I order veggie pizza, out of believe I dont eat meat, and in the second slice I find a piece of meat. Got 0 understandings to the situation, the kitchen is super dirty, will never be back to eat there again!!! #dominos Not for vegetarian!!!!

We ordered a party box and the pizza was not cut and instead of 8 chicken pieces I had 5 and the atmosphere is not to be found here.

Not customer friendly! I really don't recommend ordering here... rather order from another dominos. First of all, I answered the phone with "joo" and even had to check to see if we had accidentally called a friend? That wasn't the case, so I still had dominos on the phone when I asked about it. Was curt, order was incomplete and something was out of stock so they just gave another one instead of calling first for a replacement or cancellation? When emotions rose, the seller also went along with the emotions and started to be loud in return instead of calming the situation by calming down. The delivery person would bring the other things that were forgotten, but we never saw anything from the delivery person for the rest of the evening... but we paid for it! He said it would be refunded but I have little to no confidence in that after the rest of the experience.. Very bad! Never again! I hope management will do something about this because this is really not someone you should let work with customers but someone you put behind the dishes.

With these Domino's it just depends on who is in the kitchen. Sometimes it's really excellent, other times it's meh. However, always very friendly staff and pleasant and fast service.

Completely abuse the plastic surcharge. Count 10 cents PER sauce container. Even the supermarkets only charge 4 cents. Pathetic way of making money. Was last order.

Bestel altijd het zelfde een pizza kaas en jalopeno. Elke punt zit ongeveer 2 pepers heerlijk nu een pizza vol peppers waarvan je je afvraagt wie wil dit eten.vroeger top 🍕.laatste tijd regelmatig moeten checken en terug gebracht 2 x. Dit is de derde keer.jammer dat een goede naam vroeger steeds minder wordt foto gemaakt en geklaagd wat uiteraard niet de bedoeling is van bestellen van een maaltijd.

Voor de 3e keer geen saus op de pizza. Wordt niet meer bestellen hier;).

Mijn eten was super snel klaar en de pizzabakker Shewin was erg vriendelijk. Het eten was ook super lekker

Duurt lang met de bediening om ons te helpen en het beeldscherm was kapot dus ik moest ook nog meer moeite doen om te kiezen

Voor de de Zoveelste keer is het uit deventer bimnstad weer koud geleverd en weer een uur verder keizerslanden is veel beter de stad kunnen ze beter dicht gooien zooitje

2 uur mogen wachten op mijn pizza. Na ruim een uur toch maar gebeld waarom het zo lang duurde. Bleek de bezorger het niet te kunnen vinden... Domino's laat mij dan niks weten... Pizza was ondertussen koud dus ze moesten een nieuwe maken. Ook hier ruim 3 kwartier op gewacht. Toch maar bellen of het goed was gegaan, was de bezorger vergeten mijn pizza mee te nemen. Al met al dik 2 uur lopen kloten voor een pizza. Ik woon nota bene 3 minuten van deze locatie af...

Deze Domino's is beter dan de andere Domino's waar ik ben geweest, zowel binnen als buiten Deventer. Pizza's waren al bijna klaar en we waren iets te vroeg. Goed heet, lekkerder dan wat ik van Domino's gewend ben. Klantvriendelijk personeel, vroegen netjes om de QR-code na aangegeven te hebben binnen te willen eten. Niks te klagen!

Prima om snel aan een pizzaatje te komen en ook mooi in partjes, dus a knife? Who cares

De meest treurige bucket die ik ook gezien heb. Slappe kip, totaal niet crunchy, de Wings zijn erg klein en ik kreeg de verkeerde saus erbij. Bezorging was netjes op tijd en vriendelijk. Pizza's hier nog niet geprobeerd, die zullen vast prima zijn.

Pizza was binnen een redelijke termijn klaar en smaakte bijzonder goed. Personeel was vriendelijk en de zaak zag er schoon en fris uit. Precies zoals je van Domino’s verwacht.

Nadat het beeldscherm aangaf dat mijn pizza klaar was nog bijna 10 minuten moeten wachten op de pizza (die al die tijd onder/in een warmhoud unit lag). Ook qua smaak de volgende keer weer naar een gewone pizzeria. Dit was de eerste en laatste keer Domino's.

Snelle en vriendelijke service in de winkel. Maar de bezorgers zijn vrij aso. Meer dan eens weg geduwd en van anderhalve meter afstand geen sprake.

Lekkere pizzas, maar ik had hem om 18:00 besteld, en hij moest blijkbaar opnieuw gebakken worden. Daardoor kreeg ik hem rond 18:15 pas.
