The pizza was really bad... I think you'd be better off with a pre-made pizza, taken from the freezer. You'd be better off eating at Domino's than this disgusting place.

Delicious food for an affordable price, that is also what the service and atmosphere of the restaurant are like.

It took over an hour and a half for delivery. Even though the food was good, the fun was completely gone. You're losing customers this way.

Order delivered very late and lukewarm. No salad at all with the shawarma.

Long wait (1.5 hours). I called to check if it had gone through and was told they were on their way. After another half hour, the food was cold and the salad warm. The pizza was even completely dried out. I got my money back and had to return the food. After two hours, no food.

A few years ago, the dishes had a lot of meat on them. Lately, it's been more rice and fries. Easy if you want to monetize your dishes that way. It's become a bad place. I hear it a lot from people I know in Deventer. They've lost me as a customer too.

The food was supposed to be there at 5:45, but it didn't arrive until 6:30. Bad business...

The food was delicious. The service was great, from a young man. He was very polite and friendly. There was a lot of food too; we ordered a large kapsalon chicken doner, and it was delicious. My daughter had the spaghetti bolognese and also enjoyed it. It's a small restaurant and a bit older, but that's not a drawback. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

I see a lot of bad reviews about food that is delivered, I can't say anything about that. I have eaten here several times now when I visit my grandpa (he likes to come here) and the food is always fantastic. The people are always nice and you can also sit there comfortably. Again, I can't speak about the experience of home delivery, but you can definitely go there for tasty and affordable food!

We had to wait over 1.5 hours for our order and when it finally arrived, it was wrong. What we did get was burnt and not at all what we had ordered. As if that wasn't enough, the pizzeria was barely reachable by phone to solve the problem. As a regular customer, I am really done with this. Too bad, but this was the last time for us.

Ordered food last weekend, but potato slices and shawarma seemed to have been reheated twice. And upon arrival the food was lukewarm. Normally we order here regularly, but when it is busy they should pay extra attention to the food.

Friendly and professional staff, delicious food and cozy seating. What more could you want? Also an option for pickup and even delivery. I also only have positive points for collection, I have no experience with delivery. But definitely highly recommended for me, especially the pizzas!

Scandalous!! First had to wait 1.5 hours! (Just not reachable by phone.) Got the wrong order and it was cold. Called dozens of times again. Just not recorded...service is really crap!! Provide more staff or at least have someone answer the phone. And make it right with your customers... (we just ordered on a Monday.) So never again for us.

How often we have received the wrong dish (potato instead of rice) and/or the wrong sauce is incomprehensible... And wrong sauce again.

Definitely a regular customer of theirs!!! But this is the umpteenth time that it takes longer than 2 hours again. Ordered at 5.15 pm, called twice with promise it would arrive. It is now 7:24 PM and the food is still not there... not okay anymore. This was the last time an order was placed. Because every time there is something or most of it late. So done!! And when you call, they act like you're crazy and shouldn't appoint you😡

Ordered at 6:10 PM and started calling at 7:20 PM (144 times!!!!) to get someone on the line. It was busy and our order was on its way. Finally received our order at 8:06 PM. What a disappointment! Never again

Delicious food. Lots of choice and fast and friendly service. Drink nice and cold and the price is reasonable.

The experience was not good. The order still did not arrive an hour after the agreed time, they were not available and we had to pick up the food ourselves. The potatoes were cold and tough, and the döner was burnt.

Don't order a hair salon here anymore because you won't get a salad. There was no salt on the fries and otherwise they were edible.

We sat all alone in the restaurant. As long as we waited for the food, we could have gone to a 5-star restaurant. It probably would have taken just as long there. Some ingredients are not listed on the menu. We won't be coming back.

After having a number of bad experiences, I decided to share this. With an order that we have delivered, we always add comments that it must be nice and warm when it is delivered to the door and that the aluminum foil must be marked with what it contains. This goes wrong every time. Never any notes on the aluminum foil and the food is always lukewarm. The order is always delivered at least fifteen minutes later than the order time. I said something about it a few times and now the last time an unfriendly lady on the phone. Besides the usual complaints, we couldn't find any cheese on the döner with shawarma. This is requested in comments. All in all this is definitely not a place to order your food. They don't make any requests, the food is lukewarm and not what it should be, always delivered too late and they don't listen to you. Worse still... you are simply rude.

For the umpteenth time we have to wait an hour or more. Provided a time for delivery but an hour later still nothing. Email and telephone number provided but no feedback. Food is fine, otherwise very poor.

What a drama tent! Everything has been going wrong here for 12 years. Order incomplete, order not as ordered, there is always something! Delivery only after 2 hours. Meat is hard to find in dishes! Dramaaaa

The menu clearly indicates that ordering a children's pizza is possible, it is just a normal pizza and this is considered less pizza. You order a chicken doner and are served something else. When they come with your order it is fried, a pizza carbonara with a fried egg on top is not acceptable. Just like the pasta carbonara is sold here with salami. I think a real Italian will turn around. There is also a cat in the shop... not hygienic at all. My advice is walk to the other side. New York pizza. Always good and quality for your money

Very bad experience at this customer-unfriendly restaurant. Ordered two pizzas for almost 30 euros. Then you would say that you can expect excellent quality. Of course, I don't expect anything special from a pizza, just that it is fresh and warm. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes, we received two cold pizzas without garlic sauce. While this should have been included. Once we called, we received an uninterested employee who told us that the pizzas cannot be delivered warm at the current temperature. Quite strange if you live 1 km away. The fact that it is busy is fine, but the solution I get is to have the pizzas sent back and then warm them up for us. Good solution... if you are already hungry and receive such a rude answer from an employee, this is not a desirable solution. Not a single spark of understanding from this best employee. Ordered a hair salon this week, it was so nice that I ordered another one today (for pick up). It was ready on time, nice and hot, everything good. However, when I got home I saw that they had forgotten the lettuce and cheese (it can happen). Called immediately and within 10 minutes they had a delicious warm kapsalon with cheese and lettuce, delivered to your home! Awesome! Delivery person had a nice chat with us. Positive about Pizzeria Maria!

Great place to order pizza. Calzones also very well filled and nice and large. For hair salon etc. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Vriendelijk aan de telefoon. Snelle levering en heerlijk eten.

Vaker hier gegeten altijd top. Vriendelijke mensen en het eten is er altijd goed. Laatste keer besteld. Bezorger was volgens mij onderuit gegaan met zijn fiets. De saus zag overal behalve waar het hoorde. Gebeld met Maria werd netjes opgelost door nieuwe te maken en te laten bezorgen. Bezorger zelf kon het niet goed hebben dat hij terug kon voor een nieuwe bestelling en had een grote bek zodra ik mijn voordeur sloot. Bij terugkomst er wat van gezegd. Bezorger begint meteen met k..... te schelden. Kansloos stukje wat moeders had moeten doorklikken.

Niet het gezelligste restaurant om te zitten. Het eten is prima en meer dan voldoende. Storend dat er mensen in en uit lopen om af te halen. Wel vriendelijk personeel.

Heel lekker eten maar niet echt gezellig

Wij kwamen daar rond 23:30 aan om snel nog even een hapje te eten. We bestelde een kapsalon met kalfsdöner. De kaas was echt bitter verbrand en de patat ook. T was echt niet lekker. Normaal was de kwaliteit goed maar dit keer echt totaal niet

Alleen maar goede ervaringen. Eten is er altijd binnen de uiterste bezorgtijd en is gewoon warm!

Anderhalf uur moeten wachten terwijl het uiterlijk 3 kwartier zou duren. Eindelijk aangekomen was het koud. Smaak ok, maar flauw. Kortom niet aan te raden.

Ik haal mijn bestelling altijd zelf af. Dan staat het altijd binnen een kwartier voor je klaar. Ik vind de kwaliteit van de pizza's altijd al goed en de shoarma en bijgerechten ook. Ik haal nergens anders.

De laatste drie keer kwam de bestellingen een half uur tot een uur en een kwartier te laat. De laatste keer reuzebroodje shoarma besteld, online betaald, staat ook goed op de bon, maar kreeg gewoon broodje. Daar over gebeld. Krijg je te horen, dat ze zeker weten, dat ze een reuzebroodje hebben ingepakt en dat ze er dus niks aan gaan doen. Nou, dan word je dus afgescheept als leugenaar. Ze zijn deze vaste klant kwijt.

in mijn laatste drie bestellingen heb ik twee keer de verkeerde bestelling gehad, waarschijnlijk was het ook opzettelijk zo gedaan aangezien de andere gedeelte van mijn bestelling wel ‘compleet’ was, het eten is niet vies, maar ik krijg er vaak na een paar uren buikpijn van.

1e keer bestelt no problemo,2e keer eten koud,3e keer kan je gewoon wachten omdat ze wat vergeten waren erbij te doen wat wel betaald en bestelt is,krijg je gewoon te horen kan n uur duren,het is opgehaald,dat was dus laatste keer dat ik er bestelt heb,sorry maar nee nietmeer weer

Sorry ik 1 ster af doe, dat komt omdat laatste tijd niet echt goed ga. Bestel je iets met Aardappelen schijfjes krijg je patat, of vlees te lang gebakken zowat zwart is, en bestelling kreeg maandag was alles in zak overhoop saus bakje deksel was wat los en gaan lekken. Mij ex zei laat maar wou eerst bellen. ook vanwege geen aardappelen schijfjes maar patat waren. En nu gister ook wat besteld gegeten voel ik mij niet zo lekker. Ik ga morgen weer bestellen als weer niet goed is bestel ik niks meer bij ze. In begin was even goed gegaan maar nu. ook gehad gaf ik aan prikkelbaar darmen had niet te scherp mag of veel kruiden kreeg ik het nog erop ook buikpijn kreeg. morgen laatste poging. anders klant kwijt.

Het eten is prima! Compliment voor het meisje met de happiness tattoo. Heel klantvriendelijk en correct. Een aanwinst voor deze zaak!

Wauw, ruim 2 uur wachten op onze bestelling, we zitten op nog geen 5 km van de zaak. Als het zo druk is krijg ik dat liever te horen en kan dan eventueel anders besluiten. Bestelling was niet compleet en verkeerde saus erbij.... de wet van Murphy was van toepassing. Tip: neem niet zoveel orders aan! Eerst kwaliteit!
